We did not get 3 individual beds as we agreed, so my daughter slept in between. The tap of the sink was broken and water came out on the floor.

I'm a regular Accor customer and have stayed at quite a few F1 hotels (among others). This was the worst I've seen. Shabby corridors, dirty shower, some very noisy guests... Room was clean and quiet (which is all I really want) and staff were great.

The room, the towels, the bathrooms, all were dirty. It was also very noisy. We have been disturbed quite early around (6.00am) by others customers who were making a lot of noises and no one came to make less loud. And to finish with have been blocked in the parking with our car because the access code changed and we haven't been informed!

Overnight stay! Dirty sheets and pillow cases! Room smelt and outside the front door as we walked in was a group of men just staring for a woman this felt unsafe

Awful. Cockroaches in room, electronic door pad wasn't working, showers and toilet stunk. It was absolutely horrific. We couldn't wait to leave!

Rude receptionist. Given smoking room and no choice. The smell was very bad. Hot room so window open. Generator going outside all night. Dirty toilets. worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

Hotel was excellent, facilities terrific.The only downfall was the front of house reception.An ignorant man who appeared to dislike everyone bar his muslim friends and family that called in and out all day.Its a shame, only spoke one word to us in five days, it was a merci on our departure.

This is not a hotel but a hostel. The first thing you notice is a foul smell which pervades the whole building. I checked in online so this was confirmed and we were handed a code for our door, along with a small hand towel (i am 6' 4" and wouldn't have dried my foot after a shower). In the room there was no carpet the window and radiator in disrepair and the room was illuminated with harsh strip lighting. The room was nearby the toilets and showers but suffice to say I wouldn't even entertain a shower or sitting on the toilet. All night it seemed that Tobacco smoke was being funneled through the air conditioning and I was constantly awoken with the noise of people walking past and talking at reception. I couldn't wait to get out and the only saving grace was that the tram station was about 150 yards away. How you had the audacity to charge about €90 is beyond me. All in all thoroughly disappointed...and would expect a refund.
