My back of hand was hurt by a rough hole on the top of the corner of plastic chair in the hotel room 213 (a small piece of skin was taken off). I hope it can be smooth in order to not hurt others any more in future. Another thing is, the room smells strong chemical smelling 。(formaldehyde or cascophen ?)I have to open the window during whole night bearing 1st floor unsecure outside。。。 Other aspects made me quite satisfied, One more thing is ,toilet should have a U-shape ring seat cover in order to respect ladies. I really admired your shower room's 10 seconds water spray system, its reallly save water and avoid people forgetting shut off. It is great invention to protect our environment .

Can be improved! It didnt feel safe since the door lock was not working properly, plusthere werea lot of activity outside the room atallthe time! Breakfast superpoor. Only cofee, milk and 3 types of bread! The shared bathroom and restroom outside our room was dirty and not enough hygine suplies! There was no touristic map available nor qualified personnel to help us with it! The room itself was clean! The location was 1 block to the tram which ot was a plus! But no restaurants close by.

Of course the rooms are not big, but the wall in front of the bed with hundreds of post card, the dark colors, the grey corridors do all worst. Before coming, I was recommended to check in on line. I tried, but during the process, I was required to pay again. After having called the support desk, I learned that I was not necessary and the payment requirements a mistake... from such a big group like Accord, it is not very serious. And we waited in front of the main door because we didn’t get any information to come in, and the receptionist was occupied on cleaning bathrooms - or the bathroom: one for 20 bedrooms! Only relatively positive experience: the reception was friendly and helpful (when available though). I have tried other F1 which was much better. I do not recommend this one!

We did not get 3 individual beds as we agreed, so my daughter slept in between. The tap of the sink was broken and water came out on the floor.

I'm a regular Accor customer and have stayed at quite a few F1 hotels (among others). This was the worst I've seen. Shabby corridors, dirty shower, some very noisy guests... Room was clean and quiet (which is all I really want) and staff were great.

The room, the towels, the bathrooms, all were dirty. It was also very noisy. We have been disturbed quite early around (6.00am) by others customers who were making a lot of noises and no one came to make less loud. And to finish with have been blocked in the parking with our car because the access code changed and we haven't been informed!

Awful. Cockroaches in room, electronic door pad wasn't working, showers and toilet stunk. It was absolutely horrific. We couldn't wait to leave!

Hotel was excellent, facilities terrific.The only downfall was the front of house reception.An ignorant man who appeared to dislike everyone bar his muslim friends and family that called in and out all day.Its a shame, only spoke one word to us in five days, it was a merci on our departure.

The sheets are durty, the room are very small. The staff is not so frendly, the breakfast is until 9.26 although you are in the row to pick up your coffe....
