« Did not get the room Stannard I paid for & the hotel was a building site & did not meet the lowest standards of a hotel. »

Very bad. I paid for 1 break room & 1 premium cabrio room, but got 2 x break rooms. We should have had a private bathroom & toilet, but weren’t given it. The ceilings in the hotel corridors had no ceiling and exposed electric cables. Lobbies & staircases had no flooring & were building sites & dirty. The rooms were dusty with dust from the building sites. Communal toilet doors did not have doorstops and banged all night. We had trouble sleeping due to noise, dust and bad smells. I don’t think the hotel should have been open! I you confirm that the fire alarm system was operating, so that we were safe in our beds? I would like a full refund please?

I was not aware that the hotel was under refurbishment. The staff told me it is advertised on the web site. I checked the following, it's a lie. The bed sheets were just folded on my bed, the staff informed me that it is a new concept. I have to make my bed by myself. When I opened the bed sheets there were some black stains on it! At that point I told the staff that I would not stay there for the night. They refused to reimburse me. The person in charge never answered on the phone so I left the hotel half an hour after I arrived, without being reimbursed. I was extremely concerned about how dirty the hotel was and, most important, I was worried about my safety. There are no ceilings so all the electrical wiring is hanging like that, the fire extinguisher have some tape around them (seriously??). I took some pictures, I am happy to send them to the customer service.

The shower was unclean, and the building construction is not yet finished. The flooring was not yet finished. The corridors were unclean. The receptionist was utterly incompetent. The room was small but clean, the bed was clean and comfortable. The hotel itself was difficult to find.

« I chose low cost but I didn't expect a building site. »

The room was clean and in good order, as was the shower and toilet but everything else was a building site, with dust everywhere. I understand the desire to keep the place open during the works, but more should be done to separate the refurbishment work and the functioning hotel

The new renovated en-suite rooms are looking really good. A great improvement. Hopefully the refurbishment of the hotel will be completed soon.

This is the first time I am disappointed with the f1 Hotel I had the "Handicapped room but had to remove the chair because the room was too small for my electric wheelchair (room 123). Television didn't work for the weekend I was there. Staff was told at the entry to the room. Other F1 had croissants and pain choc for breakfast. This time I had a hard baguette for food. It was not at the normal standard for F1 but the staff were very helpful in a difficult time

« No heating and the hotel is like a building site »

The room is very cold. When we asked the reception to change for a warmer room, we were told that all the heaters in the hotel were broken. The hotel is nit finished, with building work everywhere.

Peinting and in works, humidity, no electricity,... How to imagine that a Hotel has to offer rooms between works and without electricity? Walls were humid and water reached under our bed! Unimaginable. Is it the best way to keep clients really?

Hotel is ok to stay for a day before taking a flight. I tried to book from accorhotel service which does not work well. I would appreciate if Accor hotel card would work on reception. Thank you

« Terrible hotel and experience »

I was so disappointed I had to, after paying leave the hotel and book into another without a refund. The room was very dirty and falling apart . The air con in the room was constantly on and made a very loud noise all the time , so I could not sleep . The halls and hotel were under going works so the whole hotel was dirty and unsuitable for guests. The room was dusty , the bed sheets were unclean and the room was bleak and the walls were paper thin so everything was heard from other rooms and outside. I am a loyal customer and have been staying in formula 1 with my family for many years . I am very disappointed. I could not stay at this hotel even as a cheap stop over so I left and went to another hotel.

« Perfect one-night layover stay. »

We got into Toulouse around 22h and left the next morning at 10h. This was the perfect, cheap hotel for a good night sleep rather than sleeping in the airport.

Heavy, very heavy and unpleasant smell in the room, impossible to get rid of. Everything in the room very worn. Hotel corridors extremely - and I say EXTREMELY - dirty (part of hotel under reconstruction) After having paid for the accommodation via internet I received a notice stating that reception is staffed only till 10 p. m. and for late arrival I would be sent a code to access the hotel and my room. I did not received any message, however; after having arrived to the hotel (11 p. m.) discovered that the reception is staffed 24 hours. Why this? The only thing that complied with normal standards was breakfast. But this can not win the game. Guys, all this combined is simply ridiculous. I do understand that for little money one can not expect miracles, but still - NEVER MORE.

« Great hotel - cheap and cheerful but very good value »

Often stay here whilst visiting Airbus. Booking ahead cost €30 and it’s exactly what I need - a bed for the night. Comfy and walking distance from the airport terminal too. Breakfast is a bargain at €3 for all you can eat. Staff are friendly as well. One tip, don’t forget your towel - but if you do you can buy a “travel bath towel” to keep for €4!

« Had some problems. »

The night desk clerk was very polite and helpful, but the printer was broken so got no receipt for payment. Then the combination lock to my room was broken, so I was told I would have to go up to lobby desk and have clerk open my door every time I left and had to return to my room! This caused me much stress as bathrooom and toilet are outside rooms! The room also was very damp and musty smelling, although clean. I did my best to not use bathroom until leaving next morning and didn't shwer at all. All this after a 7hr trans-Atlantic flight and 6 hr layover in London! I'm sorry but I cannot stay at this hotel again even though I had booked it for the night before departing Toulouse next week. It's a non-refundable booking so I will lose my money, as I had to book in another hotel. I will try to get my money back through booking.com.

« Good but could be better. »

This was our second F1; not as good as the the one near Clermont-Ferrand. Not quite as clean; you need to pay for towels, etc. The location is very convenient to the tram into Toulouse, which we liked.
