« Adiquate but will not stay at that particular hotel again. »

I have stayed in many F1 hotels and sadly I have to say that this was one of the worst. The reception when we arrived was not as friendly as others. The hotel was dirty especially the toilets and showers. there were no towels in the room and when my wife went to reception, they made out they they couldn't understand what she wanted so we used the spare sheet, which I found unacceptable.

« The room smelt heavely of cigarettes. »

The stay was ok room smelt of cigarettes window sill dirty with cigarette ash, outside the window on the grass were lots of cigarette butts, sheets were clean so ok.

As like many times before, your hotel has been very accommodating to me, your staff are friendly and helpful in every way, however this year 26th July, the room i was given the bed had been used, the reception quickly changed the room, if i was to criticize anything it would be the toilet floor this is grossly unhygienic it made me cringe ! and would be nice to have towels.

Polite staff very helpful upon entering. People smoking in the rooms with the windows open.. which endangers the lives of people who stay at f1 hotel. It looks like residents that live there contribute to the large pile of rubbish outside food waste,plastic cups,card board, it's spread all over the back lawn. Limited parking for cars as it has many trucks parking there. Please limit the amount of truck spaces so cars can park.

« all you need 4 little money »

For me its important that I can have a good rest after a long drive. F1 Angouleme provides exactly that in a clean environment for a top price. I would not mind to pay a Euro more, if the towels were a little bigger, but this is not of importance. All in all I had a very good stay and will surely book again

Definitely one of the worst hotels I have ever been. The condition and the cleanliness of the place were horrible. It looks like no one is there to keep a minimum maintenance of this place. I can deal with a common shared bathroom, but not if they all of them are dirty. It is simply disgusting. A part from this, there were other guests making noises in the corridor later than 10pm and early in the morning since 5am. The recepcionist should speak a minimum of english, at least to explain me how to reach my room.

« Booked two nights, only stayed one »

We were planning to stay two nights as a stop over on our travels around France but could only handle one. We've been staying in budget hotels the whole trip so we weren't expecting anything fancy but found the shared bathroom too gross. It stunk of sewage and the floor was filthy. Didn't even brace the shower as from looking in the door it appeared to have mold in it. I know we didn't pay a lot but I expected budget not filthy, there's never an excuse for that.

Accommodation was usual standard and very clean. Stay spoilt by my car being vandalised in the car park. All 4 tyres destroyed.

There was a problem with the booking maschine, and when we found a worker she didn't talk anything else then French!!!!! There was also a problem with the automatic lock to the hotel room, so we could not get into our dog in the room. They solved that problem in 15 minute. One toilet did not have any light. And the 2 others on our floor was very dirty. But as we were only there for 1 night, it was okay compared with the cheap price!!!!
