« Does what it says on the tin!!! »

It was mostly fine. The room smelt of smoke and a tiny but we had our own bathroom which is a plus!

« One centence is not how to describe such an awfull experience »

The smell when you enter the hotel for a starter is disgusting. Being robbed of your breakfast packs by staff and have to see elderly customers sitting ob a hard chair fir more than 2 and a half hours, waiting to be booked in due to power failure and have no system in place for these errors and the management of the hotel is below degtading of the Accor hotel group.

« Unwelcoming not very clean »

We needed a cheap place for the tomorrow so we are happy we found you, No one was at the desk when we got in, the guy in the room didn’t say him we needed to look at him and say hi in order to he welcome us. My sheet were dirty (hair/ dust) and there were a marck on the other cover, The sink was almost blocked

Basic quality, inline with expectation of budget accommodation. Receptionist was highly unprofessional: advising my daughter at arrival never to pursue a career in hospitality. The next morning he engaged in a screaming discussion with a lady for a prolonged period of time, first in the reception area, then continued in the staircase. He was verbally extremely aggressive.

« Little disappointing »

Having stayed with you for many years it was disappointing that no towels or soap are provided. We were not aware of this until our arrival. Also the breakfast range has been reduced over the years. No more yoghurt, sliced cheese, apple puree. Why have you stopped using Fairtrade?

« First hotel ever not to provide towels »

This place was OK considering the rate. Untill now they would provide (small) towels, now they won'tany more. You can buy a towel for EUR 3 at the desk. As you're not going to take it with you the next morning when it's still wet, it's an extra charge that's hidden (no advice when you book on their site). That's dishonest and poor hospitality, in my opinion.

« Very disappointing »

I appreciate this is a budget hotel. However, whole family unhappy with the hotel. Pictures online misleading as to the sort of room you are going to get. a big disappointment after a long day to get there. Communal toilets were disgusting. Used toilet paper on floor,floor extremely wet. No liquid soap in dispenser. Corridors stunk of cigarettes/weed. Fire exits propped open. Bed linen not great. Single beds very small. Rooms were small and dingy.We had paid for three nights but only stayed for two and changed our travel plans. On plus side breakfast good value for money, shower was hot and powerful. Staff were helpful and friendly, especially Arnould. We paid an extra 10 Euros per room for a hotel a few nights later and it was in a completely different class.

« Crap, dishonest service! »

Was informed no room available for the I had intended to book, which is fair enough, as the incorrect day was booked. Numerous emails sent after phone correspondence with an employee thirty minutes after booking. Was informed no charge will be put onto card, five times. Checked bank account, charged after the phone call. No responses to emails and no phone calls returned. To receive an email asking how my stay was seems like an insult to injury. My gripe is with being informed numerous times card wont be charged. Less than ten minutes later, card charged. Just dishonesty and greed. This survey is called a Trustyou survey. Trust you, I do not.
