Room was easily accessed on ground floor, clean , tidy & warm/secure. I had room only with a shared w/c & shared shower but I found both immaculate. I enjoyed my stay , indeed I stYed at a Hotel F1 in Breziers the following day and enjoyed a similar experience there too. Will definitely use again

Made very welcome. Had a room with en suite shower which was very small and little room to move. Sadly the addition of this upgrade also meant that the space in the room was limited. No towels. Breakfast was very basic - choice has markedly decreased over the last couple of years so not likely to choose this again

My son had the room number 211. He was bitten by bed bugs and is covered with spots! My son is asperger and needless to say that he is now traumatised!

The hotel room was very clean. Very small with no air conditioning. We booked to have a shower in our room,so we could shower after a very long days drive. But unfortunately no towels are supplied. When you book the room it needs to made clear. In the morning we wanted coffee but unfortunately had no change . The man on the reception could not change our money. So instead of saying you can have a coffee as he was in charge of the breakfasts. We went away with no coffee and no shower.

My mother made a booking under my name and paid with her credit card. The booking confirmation was under my name / as a contract and it was written on it BRING YOUR CARD , which I did . impossible to get my key. I called the Groupe Accor desk and thay said that the card had to be the one we paid with BUT THIS IS NOT WRITTEN ON THE CONTRACT it is written BRING A CARD on the article "access to the room". Twice it is written something abour the credit card but never BRING THE CARD YOU PAID WITH So I can say that my night was a real mess as I slep in my car nd even 1.95€ was added to the card as the tourism tax per night (even if I did not neter the hotel)!!!!! I would like to be reimburse due to all the problems caused to me thta night. I was a victim of a lack of information.

The gentleman running the hotel was very nice and welcoming. He was the best part of our stay! We had an en suite room where there is no storage, save a small shelf and four hooks. No towels, so remember to take your own. The room is so tiny because they squeezed in a tiny bathroom to make it en suite. If you are a large person, you will find this room impossible fir two of us, plus dogs, it was impossibly small. The breakfast was ok. Only breads cake and cereal but it is very cheap and tastes it!

Very clean and tidy. I booked an ensuite room and was dissapointed to find I had to buy a towel from reception if I wanted to use the facilities. This is the first hotel I've stayed in where towels were not supplied.

We booked a renovated F1 after a long gap and were extremely unimpressed. It might have a bathroom en suite, but you would be stuck if you were fat ...i have seen bigger airline facilities. Absolutely minute...no cups , NO TOWELS.....you could have told us that when we booked!! Decor was trite pseudo travel posters ....boring beige would have been preferable....and the breakfast was very basic ...I’m glad we only booked one, there wasn’t anything I wanted. There was no obviously dedictaed parking.....and the hotel was not easy to find. All in all, we will not be using F1 again.
