This was our first time to use the hotel F1. Only the reason why we pick up this place was, nothing else was available as we made a last minute booking. Feeling of this hotel is more like staying in a hostel. You need to share the toilet and shower room. Room was clean although I didn't like the odor in the room.

First warm friendly welcome after 16 years of using this F1. Facilities a little faded, and the common shower and toilet areas really do need improving. Clean bedding and room. 75% value for money.

The automated check-in process and the key-less feature are great, especially when arriving very late. Room was quite clean and beds were what one needs to rest over night. The booking was made on Accor website, where I chose and payed towels, too, so I would expected to have them in the room, but instead we had to ask them at reception the morning next to the arrival. The automated flushing toilets are a bad idea, as it does not do a proper job. As for the breakfast, it could be 2 alternative types from one morning to another, as eating same butter and jam for 3, 4 days in a row does not seem a good experience.

The room smelled terrible. Upon arrival, the gate to the parking appeared broken so we could not park on the parking and had to park the car on the street. We had chosen this hotel because it was supposed to have a secure parking.

On arrival the automatic check in was broken (screen stuck). There was no one to reach after pressing the bell at the hotel. No hotline number or similar visible. Online check-in is only available until 12 PM same day. Why? Wasted 2.5 hours and waiting in the cold until reception opened at 5 PM. Breakfast area not enough tables and chairs. Far too small. Shower and toilets not clean enough. Only one way plastic cups available at breakfast. Not environment friendly.

Could have been cleaner. No soap in toilets. Didnt see anyone who worked there for 2 days ans had to go without a towel/shower for that time. Would have been good otherwise.

First of all the descriptions of this hotel is misleading. The toilets and shower are bery dirty and smells Urin that you even smell it till your room. The breakfast table occupied only 10 Persons and then the rest has to wait until they finished eating. Unfriendly employees!

Dear sir/madam; Me and my 2 friends stayed in F1 Colmar Hotel on 3rd of November. We had 2 major experience problems which might be helpful for you to improve for your future customers: 1) I've called your hotel (i think this was the number: +33…) to double check if there will be someone in the reception after 9 PM or not. Because that was the time we would reach to your hotel and we needed to pay the amount in cash. The guy i talked confirmed 3 TIMES that there will be someone in the reception at that time and surprisingly there was noone! We checked in with the ATM look like machine but obviously we couldnt pay cash and had trouble about our needs and feedbacks. 2) The room itself was not clear at all. Bunk bed was full of dust, the room was smelling like somebody smoked a pack of cigarette 5 minutes ago and overall toilets were not clean at all. Blankets seem very old and used where they didn't even put a cover on it! On top, there was no soap, handtowel which are very basic human needs. Overall, it wasn't a nice experience comparing to our Accor Hotel experiences. To be very honest, i will not consider to stay in one of your hotels again unless it's my only option. Easy pre registration and check in. Usual room standard, Should have had window left open before occupation as far too hot on arrival. Great to get breakfast after problems in previous years. Note towels not included for last year or so. So take your own. The central facilities shower WC looking a bit tired.
