I haven´t been to the hotel for the simple reason that through no fault of my own the date of my reservation had been changed. When I called and asked for assistance to change this error a disrespectful and arrogant young man wouldn´t listen to my complaint and was certainly not going to help me. I will state a formal complaint, especially because his attitude and the way he handled my request were really appalling. When I called the number he had finally brought himself to give me I spoke with a more friendly woman who sent me a link where I was supposed to state my complaint. In stead I received a link to a promotional site. I couldn´t find any place to state a complaint.

Experience on par with expectations. Some drawbacks: . no hot water . area outside in front of our window was full of trash (empty bottles, plastic, cans.. )

Arrived at 11pm and there was constant banging of doors and people walking up and down the corridors all night shouting until 6am when we woke!! Beds comfy smelt of smoke! Toilets a walk from room not great with kids! Noise was the worst though!!

We have stayed at f1 hotels a lot over the year’s but after this experience we will never again stay I can’t believe they charged us to stay there we had four rooms and although it’s non smoking every room stunk of cigarettes even 1 room someone had covered the smoke detector so they could smoke and we had to take it off the rooms were dirty we had our 11 month old grandson who has breathing problems had to sleep in the best out of the four rooms and woke up coughing all day they were so bad I never had the heart to ask all members of group to reimburse me for them as I was so embarrassed by the state of the hotel on arrival there were 4 cats roaming the hotel which I believe belonged to the night manager I was expecting someone to jump out with hidden cameras as a joke it’s was so disgusting we could not complain as they did not understand us avoid this hotel at all costs

I had no where to go and f1 from Accor Hotels helped me to get a place for the night. Had acces to microwave and could eat something. Also needed a shower and it was all perfect for the unlucky day I had. I slept well. I recommend it.

Keeping in mind the price paid, you cannot fault the hotel. A spartan room but comfortable bed, good hot shower but rather small bathroom, comfy bed in a peaceful location just off the motorway. Easy to find, easy to access, secure parking ... it was a bargain. The only negative comment I can make is that it should be made clearer that bathroom towels are not incudes ... make sure you bring one!

The night staff where in tracksuits and to be honest they could have been guests or complete strangers. Nothing to identify them as staff. They where however very polite and helpful. The room was clean and basic. The shower and toilet in the room was small but clean and worked well. The bed was clean and comfy. Breakfast was basic....very basic.

I would like to preface this with the fact that I stay in hostels and campgrounds relatively often, so my standards here are truly nothing outrageous. We arrived around 23:30, and could see the receptionist guy fiddling with a locker. We politely knocked on the window and he just raised his voice “wait wait wait” while we stood outside in the cold close to midnight outside the locked entry. We were there for probably 5 minutes before he let us in, only after we knocked some more. The rooms are key pad entry, with NO DEADBOLT inside the door. Which means this cranky and rude receptionist could key into our room or anybody who wanted to take a crack at the code. As two girls staying alone, just a latch on the door or anything would have gone a long way. There was a window in the room with two locks on it though? And a small sink and small tv in a very small room. All of that is fine, not asking for much here. The sheets smelled like cigarette smoke though which was a bummer. If you plan to stay here, do not use the bathroom or shower. You will feel dirtier getting out of the shower than when you got in. When we were checking out after our one night stay (chose this place for proximity to airport and price), we saw someone “cleaning” the bathrooms, AKA he stood in the doorway of it and sprayed it down with something just shy of a power washer and used a very heavy used brush to give the floors a once over. I was hard pressed to find a toilet that did not have pee sprayed all over the seat and floor. Again, not asking for much. Happy to wipe pee off the toilet seat, it happens. But the floor was STICKY and you could see all the spray. All this to say, the hotel advertises minimal amenities, so I was expecting a hostel-like experience, but it was worse than most motels I have seen. Just, don’t stay here. Just don’t. The towels are only 1 euro though which is cheap so I guess a shout out there.

Having stayed many times previous it was good to see a thorough remodel/decoration had taken place. Some good food outlets within easy walking distance. The removal of the coffee vending machine was a slight disappointment. Breakfast though basic was excellent value and a great way to start the day

Booked and paid for by phone through Accor Hotels; 3 rooms for 9 people on the 3rd Jan 2018. Arrived to be told we did not have 3 rooms; only 2 ; one for 6 persons and 1 for 3 persons. This was not suitable for our party, but told NO OPTION as hotel full. This was a complete surprise to us as your web page still features a Trio room. If the hotel was revamped then we should have been contacted to allow us to decide on other options available. (I did not want to share with my Daughter in law) This was a very bad experience for all of us, in complete contrast to the way we were treated in Coquelles.

Computer failure in a part built hotel

Despite checking in online 24 prior to arriving, the receptionist seemed totally surprised that we needed two rooms. It was explained to me that due to a computer error they could not verify my booking. But when the receptionist contacted their superiors by phone, it seemed that my booking reference did not register on their system either. I had all the relevant confirmation emails and receipts, yet he then proceeded to point at the credit card reader and expected me to pay an additional €40, even though my paperwork clearly showed that I had nothing more to pay. My family and I had to stand in the reception area, with exposed wires hanging out of the wall, for over 40 minutes while he talked on the phone, before finally issuing me with my room details. The rooms were very difficult to find, as the crudely printed direction signage did not even list the two rooms that were looking for. Eventually, after searching various corridors in this partly built hotel, we found our rooms. Where we then had to make our own beds, as neither of the rooms were prepared for guests. The only reason I did not score this hotel 1 out of 10, was because the breakfast was acceptable, and exactly as advertised. I have been using F1 hotels for many years now, and I am quite aware of what sort of service they provide. I have never felt it necessary to complain about them in the past. But these events ruined what would have been a lovely weekend in Paris. I very much doubt we will be using F1 again after this disappointing experience.
