Unfortunately this was a bad experience for us of f1 hotels. It stunk or urine,the toilets were filthy and I actually felt I had to keep my sandals on in the shower. We were put in a smoking room which we didnt want but no one asked. The sink in our room had brown/black stains in. Our radiator was hanging off the wall.

Everything was as expected, staff were helpful, and we find it perfect for a stop over, in this particular case it's location is perfect for us, we have used it before and will use it again. The only part we were disappointed with was the lack of a towel, which comes as an extra.

we usually stay with F1 boulogne sur mer, and it is usually ok, this time the mattress was not good it seems tohave failed, we ended up using the mattress from the top bunk

« Accommodation was fine but room stank of cigarette smoke »

The check in experience, accommodation and the staff were all great but our experience was only satisfactory as our room heavily smelled of smoke. None of my group smoke and I was not able to eradicate the smell from airing the room. The smell was very strong and the smell continued to linger until the next day and most of our luggage and clothes smelled of smoke on leaving. I have stayed in F1 hotels before and not had this problem. Whilst I appreciate that some people require a smoking room, it would be good to have that choice when booking. Therefore whilst all other aspects of our stay were as expected and fine this experience was not pleasant.

The hotel was clean and the staff were very nice. The entire hotel was full of cigarette smoke. The no smoking rule was not enforced making our experience very unsatisfying.

« Everything ws as we had hoped for. »

We found the majority of the facilities clean & in good working order. The rooms were clean. The car park could not cater for all the vehicles but there was plenty of space in the adjoining industrial estate. The only downside was the difficulty finding the hotel from the city centre: fortunately we've been there before & remembered the Auchan from many years ago.

An overnight stay on our way back to the UK. Clean room, quiet, only one pillow each and bed quite hard. Not too much of an issue of having toilets and shower down the corridor. All in all you get what you pay for and it did the job

We didn’t know what our room number was for self check in early hours, it was not on the email or booking text. I sent 2 emails to which there was no reply. Still waiting. Bed sheets had a load of hair on.

I lost 55 euros by booking a room with you! When I got there I felt so uncomfortable that I couldn’t even get out of the car. When I got out of the car to go to the reception there were about 5-6 people waiting but no one to look after us...it smelt really bad and it wasn’t very clean or looked after. I had to book a room in a different hotel! I will never rent a room there again!

Very friendly staff but the hotel smelt damp and of cigarette smoke. Was a surprise not to have shower/WC in room as it seems other budget hotels have now incorporated this at the same price point. Perhaps it was in the listing, but not clearly enough that I noticed. Clean linen, but otherwise the place felt run down.
