« Air conditioning not working. »

Experience would have been better if the place had had the promised air conditioning in rooms. I booked room couple days before stay and got no warning about broken air conditioning. OK it's budget hotel but Sothern France in this time of year really needs cooling. Really bad communication which makes me suspect that it was only "broken" to save some money...
