The front desk staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. I got just what I needed---a quiet, relatively inexpensive place to spend two nights close to the airport in Geneva. Hotel is also close to a shopping area for food and other necessities. It is too bad the taxi services are SO expensive but there is a cheaper alternative by using buses which aren't too complicated; you just need to ask at the airport information desk and the tourist information office in Ferney Voltaire (which is actually a delightful little town!). If I come your way, I will stay there again!

I was disappointed that you sell towels to guest and you did not have a pressing iron. These are very basic things a hotels should provide. I had to attend meeting with my cloth very twisted. I think you make yourself so low with things that are very basic and cheap.

The room is ok. But that is all. The WiFi was not working all time I have stayed there. Which was uncomfortable for especially foreigners. I could ch could maps, taxi service, food delivery. Anything. The guy in reception was not doing anything. When I said wifi doesn't work.

Way overpriced. Only good things were friendly receptionist, good mattress, crispy clean sheets, security. No towel available for taking a shower!! Coffee was bad. Otherwise ok thanks

1. Room claustrophobic 2. Room was no air at all 3. Can’t open window because of mosquitoes and cigarettes smoke from outside 4. Toilet and shower was to small. 5. No one warring me about the conditions.

Very hot in room (35C). Opening the windows let in bugs. Many people coming and going - and making noise - until 3AM. Impossible to sleep. Undergoing construction and access was problematic. My wife and daughter felt very uncomfortable with neighboring clients. It appeared that only men used this motel. Lots of yelling and drinking. Just a horrible experience.

From what I've read on the internet I expected terrible conditions in this hotel and seeing the corridor and the outside I thought those comments were true, but the room was amazing! I don't know if all the rooms look like ours but our room looked as if it was just completely renovated. Everything was new. New bed, new mattress, new bathroom. We were pleasantly surprised. And the wallpaper with old posters is amazing! I think they're now renovating all the hotel. Also, I have made a mistake in my reservation and there was no problem to change it.

Tiny room with ensuite bathroom. Could hardly fit my suitcase in a way that I could open it. No towels provided. There was not even a bin for trash. Staff friendly. Breakfast basic as well but ok for the price.

« Very tired looking hotel with noisy work being carried out »

We were not warned of possible noise disturbance when I checked in and was not expecting to negotiate a building site. We didn't need to leave until late the next day which was fortunate as we had a very bad night sleep due to a thunder storm and mosquitos. However we did leave earlier than planned and could not sleep in due to loud building machinery noises from early morning.

« Cramped, unorganised and middle of nowhere. »

Room was okay but very small and did not look anything like the photos. Not enough information about amenities and no cooling. Did not recieve any info about free breakfast. Staff were nice and friendly however.

« The hotel was full of dirty and in a process of refurbishment »

I've never saw something so horrible in my life. The hotel was full of mess, dirty and inconvenient situations. The rooms have the sign of non smoking but our room was smelling strongly not only to smoke. It was 1am when we arrived extremely exhausted and the last thing we wanna it to do was deal with this situation. Also, the rooms have no Bathroom/toilets. This must be something ALERTED in cap LETTERS in the moment of the reservation. I was traveling with my mother, a young lady and i would never had accepted to stay in a place in that conditions. The hotel has NO OPTION AT ALL as close the door until the refurbishment be done. I'm extremely disappointed specially because i've never imagine that a hotel from ACCOR could be treating a guest in a so disrespectful way like happened to us.

« Under renovation, overdue but welcome »

Two active showers on floor 1, fan dryer out of service on one. Room booked as twin, issued as triple. Coach party on second night using corridor as noisy meeting place, reported at 2300hrs but no action taken to request quiet. Otherwise cheap and simple as expected, looking forward to renovation, was getting dirty.

« Fell short of expectations this year »

I have stayed in this hotel at this time of year every year since 2005. However , a few things fell short of expectation this year. Bed linen clearly not checked as the pillow case had a large smeared blood stain on it about 10cm wide. Neither of the dryers were working in the showers on the ground floor and the ground floor corridors were covered in plastic which made the place look like a building site. I understand F1 is budget accommodation but I still expect reasonable standards to be maintained.

« 20 minutes to check-in and very noisy 2nd night »

I had to wait at the desk whilst the receptionist tapped on his computer and he eventually got my room. The second night at 10:00pm what appeared like 200 young people turned and caused a huge amount of noise to at least 01:00 in the morning. I accept the initial getting in the rooms, but shouting, running up and down the corridors and slamming doors to 01:00 is unacceptable.
