Compact but clean room. Our room was very quiet. Free parking in secure compound (although lights were not working). No towels provided free, purchase for €3. Basic but good breakfast. Free WiFi. 5km from airport.

« You can sleep here, but there is no wardrobe and the room is dry. »

There is less space in the room and no place to take out the clothes. The heating in the rooms is making the room dry, so that you might get headache. The water is warm and it is clean enough. Personal is polite and understand English. You can stay for one-two nights if you want to keep you cost at minimum.

Great staff, and the room was clean. However it would be helpful if I had known about the transport to the airport, which wasn't available on the website. 60CHF to get too and from the hotel, meant that the total cost of the stay was more expensive than two days skiing. If I had understood about the buses beforehand I could have prepared for this. A taxi share scheme with fellow guests would have helped. A shuttle bus would have been perfect (could you not work with the Novotel next door?) Either way, it was a surprise that I was not prepared for, and will mean that unless I hire a car, I won't be back.

If you want a room just for sleeping, then it is ok. Of course, I wouldn't ask more at this price point. The bed was comfortable but the room was too small.

« Emergency Location if nothing else is available only - One Dirty room, one not super clean with no cushion covers, thin walls... can't say I'm impressed. »

Upon arrival, I entered my room after getting the information from the Desk officer. Entering the room, it hadn't been done. Sheets were dirty, bed all over the place. I kindly asked for a new room which was given to me quickly. The second room had a sheet, but no cushion covers, bare cushions, with holes, and dirty. Not a great experience, floor was not clean either. The blind was broken, therefore I could not close it properly to avoid light coming in in the morning. Wifi was inexistant, although working, I could not access anything for my business work on my website, and had to switch to 4G/Roaming from my swiss operator... all this at a high cost. Thin walls with noisy neighbours entering the building at 1am didn't help, but the sleep was good once I dropped. To be Improved : Cleaning, Cleaning, Cleaning Room Service & Checking rooms before Checkin of clients Have basic Singles available (just soap, or just toothpaste) maybe in the food/drink distributor ? I had to ask for the towel which I had paid for, the clerk had not noted that I had been charged for one. Not a huge problem, but just good to check if we want people to feel "welcome". The cost might be 50€ per night, which might seem "cheap" to some standards, however cheap doesn't mean broken, dirty, in poor state. It just means less service and extras not included (as is the towel, drinks, and everything in the hotel basically). I might have to come back for business, but hope this feedback will really be taken into consideration for all future customers, pride and ethics should come first... and Accor is not showing it's quality and level of standard from the other hotels in the branch with this hotel, they are putting a bad name on themselves and on all the other hotels of the group.

I have stayed in many f1 hotels over the years, so I know what to expect, they are a no frills hotel which provide a good base at a reasonable price, and I feel people are a little unfair when they leave bad feedback as if you want luxury you must pay for it.

The front desk staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. I got just what I needed---a quiet, relatively inexpensive place to spend two nights close to the airport in Geneva. Hotel is also close to a shopping area for food and other necessities. It is too bad the taxi services are SO expensive but there is a cheaper alternative by using buses which aren't too complicated; you just need to ask at the airport information desk and the tourist information office in Ferney Voltaire (which is actually a delightful little town!). If I come your way, I will stay there again!

I was disappointed that you sell towels to guest and you did not have a pressing iron. These are very basic things a hotels should provide. I had to attend meeting with my cloth very twisted. I think you make yourself so low with things that are very basic and cheap.

The room is ok. But that is all. The WiFi was not working all time I have stayed there. Which was uncomfortable for especially foreigners. I could ch could maps, taxi service, food delivery. Anything. The guy in reception was not doing anything. When I said wifi doesn't work.

Way overpriced. Only good things were friendly receptionist, good mattress, crispy clean sheets, security. No towel available for taking a shower!! Coffee was bad. Otherwise ok thanks
