We did not check in into the hotel. We found it after difficulties. It was midnight and they were lots of young people at the entrance drinking and looking at us in a no nice manner.

The hotel is worn-down and needs renovating. When I checked in around 11pm, it took 15 to 20 minutes because the computer system kept going down. Furthermore, the room I was given has a very unpleasant oder.

The hotel was clean and comfortable and the gentleman on reception very friendly and welcoming. I ordered and paid for 2 towells but didn't get any. Other than that it was fine

Have stayed here several times before and it was basic but ok. This time the hotel was permeated with a discussing smell including the room. In addition there was no towels where previously there had been, was not warned that they are no longer provided so had to buy one from the hotel. Not happy and am checking out other hotels for a straight forward overnight stay whilst passing through.

Not great, I booked 2 rooms alongside my dad as we were 4 adults and a baby, but soon arrival the receptionist said that we only had one room under my name and there was no room under my dads so we would all have to sleep in one room, he also said there was no more rooms availiable and that all the hotels near by were also fully booked, after 13 hours of driving we were exhausted and the option of 4 adults and a child sleeping in 1 room was not possible. Eventually after almost an hour of asking the receptionist to check and keep checking he realised that my dads room had actually been given to another person by mistake, and he managed to find us another room, and although thankful for having 2 rooms that we pre paid for we were just annoyed that it was almost 1 am when we we able to access our rooms and we had to be back on the road by 9.30

This was my first time in an F1 Hotel, I wouldn't call it a hotel, but a road motel. Rooms can be clean, but look really cheap. There were hairs in one of the beds. Bathrooms are outside the rooms....there is a sink, but no towels, you can purchase them....I will not repeat...they shouldn't be listed as hotels....

The hotel was quite hard to find in the dark. The rooms were as expected but needing repairs like the radiator falling off the wall in one room. Our overall experience was greatly enhanced by the manager Lucien who gave us a warm welcome and was most helpful with everything. He made a big difference and we highly recommend him and therefore this stop at F1 because of him. Thanks for making an ordinary stop much more enjoyable Lucien.

Terrible, your staff was ignorant and spent her time outside at the Kebab take away trailer, the trailer was opened till late and people sat around eating smoking and drinking until late this was situated right outside our room so not much chance of getting to sleep early I was shocked to find we had to pay for towels because we expected them included as we always had done staying at any of the F1's we had on many occasions and to be honest we are now looking at alternatives to your establishments in the future although we did also stay at another on our way back to the UK. the room was dirty and as I said your staff was not helpful when I inquired about stuff she seemed more interested in the Kebab seller and paying guest was being left at the desk always waiting for her to call back in. this is one stop I would recommend to ignore and drive past I felt that I had been left to fend for myself. one more point is that the kebab seller was running a cable through the fire escape door and this door was left open so anyone could enter and possibly rob guest rooms plus it was an hazard waiting to happen. I could continue with this report but my time is valuable and I feel this will all fall on deaf hears and as usual be ignored. however should you wish to prove me wrong please respond back via my email address. ka… I use F1's 4 to 5 times each time I am driving through France so it would be in your interest to reply if not then I may do my own youtube survey of my experience.

« Hot uncomfortable without power one night and again during the second day »

Had no power all night from shortly after arrival. The air-conditioning, power, lights and TV were not working in our section of the hotel. The towels were removed from my room and I was expected to pay for new ones, this happened every day. On the Monday morning I went out and returned and there was no power to the whole hotel. I contacted a friend who was staying in a nearby town.He came and collected me and my luggage in his car. We decided that I would be better off staying with them. I explained to him that I had paid for 4 nights and breakfast and had only stayed 2. I would like to be compensated for the terrible conditions I have had to stay in and a refund of some of my costs. I have been staying in F1 Hotels and IBIS Hotels every year I come to France for the Tour De France, I have even stayed in them in other countries. The toilets and showers were dirty, one toilet had no paper all the time I was staying there.
