« The location and services / facilities are ok except for the TV channels ( very limited) »

The check-in is always taking a lot of time despite that I am a regular customer. Copy of passport, payment etc. most of the time takes around 10 min. I do not know why. In Joinville where I stay in another Hotel the check-in as regular customer is 1 second. 'Hello Mr. Den u., here is your key.' Thats it. Further it is disappointing that the TV channels are very limited and only offering Brasilian channels. Why there is no CNN or BBC for your international guests ? Also your Hotel near Cogonhas airport is offering the same very limited channels. I think for a International brand as IBIS is , you should improve this.

« Great attendants, but very plain hotel. »

I only have good words for each of the attendants I interacted with, in this hotel. I stayed just for one night, and all of them starting with car reception and then through front desk, restaurant, clerks, etc. are outstanding people committed to serve and always showing a smile. But the hotel infrastructure - although looks new - lacks personality. Too plain. The room had the basics, but made me feel like I was in a simple motel. Restaurant had no windows. Room didn't have a single picture. To spend a night for the price it's ok. For a week, I probably would not use it.

I loved staying at this hotel. Al though I seem to have left a lash boost product at my hotel room and wasn’t notified to pick it up :( Other than that (which of course was my bad) I loved staying there. i would love it if they would have a smokers lounge or patio to hang out

First all the building was refurbishing, lots of dust around and the assistant did not tell us by the phone. The sheet of my bed had a role. Coffebreak was really good.

There was huge face-lift being done at this hotel, very inconvenient and lot of dusts, there was no elevator on ground floor so had to carry my bags to SL, no staff offered to help with my heavy luggage... also the air conditioning was broken and had to change my room two times.

Some problems, the bedroom window do not open, there is no air exhaustion in the bathroom, the card system in the elevator works poorly and you can't visit other floors. There is only some sanduíches in the reception and nothing to eat or drink on the bedroom, not even water.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and comfortable. Couple of places to eat nearby. Buffet at hotel is good and reasonable. There is also a Walmart 20 mins walk away. Excellent location for the Sambadrome. You need a car to get around. I would not walk the area after dark

A lot of noise coming from the corridors of the hotel. The door is not sound proof. I could here people walking, talking and even the wake-up call from a room nearby. I woke up twice because of the noise heard.
