Apart from the WIFI network which was terrible as i was not able to connect at all to my phone inside the room. it works in the lobby but not in the room. Informed this to reception, they said they will check it but never got resolved during my 1 week stay. Breakfast/Lunch and dinner were really good with wide range of varieties. It would be great to atleast provide a coffee maker in the room . There was no glass, water to drink etc..

The hotel is good in overall. Very good food (dining and breakfast). Excellent staff and personnel. But the beds (two single beds) could be better (more comfortable) and the water on the shower has a weak flow. Maybe it is because our room was on 11th floor. It could have more pressure on the shower. And finally, a little detail: nowadays it is very common the guests use a CPAP (a sort of machine to help respiration during sleep time). There is NO power outlet near the bed, on both sides of the beds. There is just two power outlets over the table (ok for a cell phone charger or a notebook), too far from the bed.

Beautiful Lounge, which raises expectations

Beautiful lounge, nice restaurant and good gym. However the modern and premium aspect of all this raises your expectations regarding the room, services and amenities. It is a bit frustrating after this great welcoming to find a small screen TV and no pizza delivery at the room. I am not talking about room service from the restaurant, but just to let the pizza be delivered to the room. To go down to the lobby, order and wait for the pizza, made me choose to eat at the restaurant, while the pizza was my first pick. Just some little things along with the excellent value for the money would make me be fully satisfied.

My stay here was a positive experience. Everyone from the staff was nice to me and made an effort to understand me (I speak Spanish). My room was clean, and the food was nice. What I loved the most is that they decorated the hotel with the BTS theme and put their music on, which created a nice atmosphere. As a BTS fan who visited Sao Paulo just to attend their concerts, I loved that.

I came to São Paulo for the recent BTS concert and it made me really happy to see how much effort the staff put into decorating the lobby and actually playing the group’s songs for the guests, which I’m sure consisted mostly of concert goers like myself. The services offered were great and the staff were very helpful. I really enjoyed my stay, however brief!

Overall was good. Unfortunately I signed up on a non smoking floor and someone’s cigar smoke kept coming through the vents. As I am allergic to that I had a couple of bad nights after the event. Please make sure smokers go somewhere else.
