The room was ready when we arrived, a clean and nicely decorated twin bed room. Having afternoon and evening meal service available was a plus, in addition to the self service breakfast bar. It was the perfect place to make a break in our journey from the US to India, and we could sleep well because the hotel was quiet.

The hotel has a frequently shuttle bus service to Frankfurt airport and from the airport to the hotel. The staffs are friendly and helpful. A staff has given a false room (double room, I booked a triple room) but he changed our room immediately. Breakfast is a little bit expensive (12€). But you can buy breads in supermarket in front of the hotel. Parking cost 9€ per day which is very fair price. It’s recommended if you want to stay 1 or more nights before flying.

Staff were friendly and efficient. Room was compact but clean. Some aircraft noise was apparent but to be expected. Airport shuttle does no run very frequently so is not great for getting to hotel from airport. It works well on the return when you can plan which shuttle to take. Breakfast was good

Not enough help? Elevator call button did not work, broken window handle in breakfast area, coffee machine needed attention, waffle dispenser was clogged and the Nutella dispenser was empty. That is a LOT of problems for an Ibis!

The overall experience was very good. From the reception to the room to the breakfast I was very impressed. The shuttle to and from the airport was a big plus factor. I will definitely stay again on my next business trip. All the staff were very friendly and went out of their way to answer any question, even in English.

I've stayed at the Ibis Frankfurt Airport Kelsterbach several times each year for the past 5-6 years. Never had a reason to state a complaint as the reception staff and housekeeping have always done a great job. NOW, they are nearing a COMPLETE Renovation and Redecoration of the entire hotel. My room was on the fourth floor and was recently opened after the renovation. Beautiful color scheme and lots of new in the facility! Totally repainted with newly installed furnishings. Same great, guaranteed sleep bed and pillows, new work space furniture and a few other smaller items. It appears they also replaced all bathroom fixtures (sink, toilet, shower stall). I can't comment on the food offerings as I've never had a reason to try the breakfast or other meal options. My ONLY concern is I wished the Ibis chain would consider more alternatives for parking. WiFi was very good as usual.

Disappointing in general, lack of acoustic comfort early in the morning, although not too expensive overall feel of cheap place.

The reception staff were very friendly and the room small, but comfortable and clean. Access from the airport was easy. The only downside is that the room temperature was too warm. Apparently during the autumn/winter, there is no option for cooling the room temperature. One can open the window, but because it is an airport hotel, one hears the planes fly overhead. Also, there is currently scaffolding on the building. Although I didn't hear anything or see anyone, having an open window next to scaffolding where workers walk is not the most comfortable thought. I recommend the hotel but hope they can put in a system for cooling the rooms during the autumn/winter.

We arrived in the dark and rain, and the hotel was shrouded in construction scaffolding - not very inviting. However, reception was prompt and the room was very quiet.

I booked in May for an October stay. Accor confirmed a twin room but on arrival we got a double with sofa, being told the twins were booked out..really? Then the first room had no sofa, the second try was a room where the sofa bed was not made up, finally a sofa bed complete but a most uncomfortable night. I’m a silver member so I was not pleased. The evening soup at the bar was very good however

I booked my room in May for an October stay and it was confirmed days before my arrival that I had a room with twin beds. On arrival I was told a fabricated story they were all taken and offered instead a room with double bed and sofa bed. First attempt there was no. Sofa, second attempt the sofa bed was not made up. Third attempt got it but what an uncomfortable night.

The experience inside the room is not very well and good! This is in particular the protruding "BED brown FRAME" on both sides. Returning to the bed in early morning coming from the toilet, my right foot (little toe), have hit the lower portion of this bed frame and was painful. I have ignored the pain following morning during the check-out, only to know afterwards, my right foot was swollen and had difficulty in walking properly without limping. Nobody in the front desk upon checking-in informed or advised me as a matter of "warning" or to be cautious. Of all IBIS hotel (Dubai and Bremen) that I stayed, IBIS Frankfurt has only this type/kind of bed!
