Thank you to all the staff who helped look after the Eastbourne College girls hockey tour. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff from the initial contact and group bookings to early check in's and changing meal times. The rooms were comfortable and clean and the location allowed us to walk/tram to matches and training. We will definitely come again. Many thanks to all those involved.

I spend one night. Room was big, and clean. Access by car to the hotel was easy. Entry to underground garage is narrow for long cars. The day after I had to go to the airport - access was fast and easy.

Overall our stay was not horrible but it was definetely not great either. I would not book the hotel again and I would not recommend it to others. Let's start with the positive, the breakfast staff was amazing, super friendly and smiley. Now the rest, the staff at the reception was not great. At check-in we were not given the information on the "premium" internet we paid for. At check out, we were not even asked if we enjoyed our stay, no smile or any other customer oriented behaviour. We stayed at the hotel over the weekend, so it was very quiet. We were given a room facing a busy road. There was a fair bit of noise when opening the window. We used the aircon at night, which is located above the bed - super annoying as the air blew straight on us the whole time. There was only one choice of pillow, very hard and not adjustable. Overall our sleeping experience was horrible.

The stay confirmed again the brand reliability. Branch at Seestern was actually not my top choice in terms of location. I booked it because of attractive room charge. Actual experience turned out to be excellent, although dining outside hotel was not so convenient and may require taking tram ride for 1, 2 stops, or even longer distance.

The staff was very friendly couldn't have asked for more. There's one thing I would definitely want you to change Is the options you have for breakfast, everyday you had the same food its very boring to eat the same thing every day. Please change the options everyday. In room no 204 the lights were not working above the mirror and the bath tub had the flush issue, I had to open the knob with a spoon. When I checked inn the knob was missing the lady on the reception bought a new one but that did not work. Before any one checks inn I think you should do a complete check if everything is fine.

Since I spent one week in another Mercure hotel nearby I decided to give this hotel a try. It was a very good decision! For a minimalist like me it is quite luxury category: air condition, minibar, even sauna. The parking is a bit "out of range" pricewise, but else: I really liked it!

Sauna didn't work for the 4 days I stayed. On Sunday I couldn't have diner at the hotel restaurant because it was close. There is no more chia with coconut milk (my favourite) at breakfast. Also noticed 1306 loyalty points from my accordhotel account have been wiped off from my account due to "account regularization", wonder what is that..

Friendly staff, room clean and neat. The sauna, steam room and gym was very nice and clean. I am n bit disappointed in the breakfast. No a lot of options, especially if you want fried eggs or omelet.
