Twice I did not get Nespresso coffe pod I had room service the steak was as hard as a stone I complained they took it back and 20 min after replace it with stir fried beef with pepper which I never asked for

« overall very good service - let down by check in/out desk »

Other than the check-in and check out process, everything was as expected of a Pullman. Bed is comfortable, the room was very good, breakfast ok, facilities and amenities all very good. The problem with the check in and checkout process was a significant let down to otherwise good overall experience. I would like the layout reviewed, as it seems to have been designed by someone who don't usually need to check in. The casual layout that resembles more an Apple store than a local bank tiller. The idea may look innovative on paper, but does not work for the guest, as you end up getting all these guests congregating around the front person such that those who are better at attention seeking gets to be served first. I am not and so I ended up waiting 10 minutes, queue barged by several late comers. The check out was not any better, and needed more waiting time than I factored for travel. I am perfectly happy queueing for my turn, but this layout creates too much inequity, hassle and time wasting. After third time here, I would hesitate choosing this hotel again solely on this point.

« Comfortable stay with some check out confusion »

The stay was comfortable. The amenities are decent and the room was a bit dated, however clean. As the stay was booked with a corporate relationship, at checkout, the front desk insisted that the payment would be made thru direct billing, and in case there was an issue doing that, they would contact me. Instead I suddenly notice a charge on my credit card for the stay, without any contact or receipt. After contacting them, they just said the card was charged and only on requesting, they provided me with a receipt. I would say that customer service experience has not been the best with the staff.

« Perfect for my week end needs ! »

Location is convenient, close to MTR and anyway Taxi always available. Room comfortable and sizable Great breakfast and people at Check in extremely smart and supportive At time of check out Charlene Collet from your staff help me in purchasing a new ticket Paris/MIlan for my mother, book a taxi ... she was calm and fast .. The staff attend to your every need. The hotel has everything you could think of even a computer for guests. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the rooms are very spacious and clean. The lobby is huge! The sharing box for pictures is an amazing idea. Loved everything about this hotel.

« Disappointed by room »

Love the pullman, very disappointed by the sofa bed downstairs in the suite. It was absolutely terrible bed, really not acceptable for the level of the Pullman and even the level of the room. Seemed very strange to us Pullman is having such bedding. There was also a smell (from the bathroom) which was not nice (canalisations in french). It could have been a great experience, the suite was really nice, but bedding and smell ruined the experience. We had diner at the bar. Was absolutely great.
