All staff were very friendly and helpful: at check in and check out, at breakfast, when calling taxis for me to get to business meetings, at housekeeping. At the end of a long work day, my room was relaxing and quiet. The thermostat in my room seemed difficult to get at precisely the correct temperature.

My experience was just ok. I had noted in my reservation that I was arriving from a transatlantic flight. I had also had communicated with the hotel via separate email. Understanding an early arrival is never guaranteed, what I did not like was being told I could benefit from the early check in for a supplement, or I could wait 2 hours. Shortly after, the agent told me to wait an hour ... and then told me to come back in 45 minutes and then he would give it to me. Furthermore, I came back 2 hours later but the room still was not ready. So what would have happened if I did want to pay ? I was grateful for a late check out. Nonetheless, the Asian agent assumed I spoke Chinese and kept repeating himself in Chinese although I said in French that I did not understand. It’s not because you have groups of Asians that you assume each Asian looking guest speaks an Asian language. The counter on which the tv / coffee are was cracked. There was also a random wire hanging from the top of the window frame, in the middle. You have stated that works in the lobby are finished : I would say 90%. The way to the guest elevators is full of white walls, empty of any decorations and with paper “no access” signs. Same thing for when one heads to the public toilets across from the reception. I also find the ping pong table to be random. On a positive note, housekeeping was great and the room was spotless. The room itself is also nice, it’s just the details that could be refined.

I found the Hotel to be pleasant enough with well trained and welcoming staff. As a delegate to the Skal International meeting I experience too the banqueting and conference aspects of the Hotel which I thought were attractive and well run with efficient / pleasant staff and good quality food and beverages. I was though disappointed by not receiving a refund on my first night's accommodation despite my having notified immediately my day late arrival by cancelling my first night due to the cancellation of my flight due to bad weather at Charles de Gaulle/Roissy Airport. I will be writing to the Hotel management in this regards with a further request for a refund.

Extremely good. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and equipped with all the expected amenities. Every member of staff that I came across during my eight day stay was friendly and helpful. In particular, I cannot commend the kitchen staff highly enough who went out of their way to assist in catering for my various food allergies.

« It is my favorite hotel in the area »

I like a lot the lobby and it has quite improved with the renovation of the bar. The breakfast is one of the best i had worldwide. The rooms are very comfortable. The location is absolutely great, two minutes from the restaurants, fnac, sephora and cinema. But i always have one problem it’s in the bathroom piping for the shower. I haven’t got the time to leave a notice to the managers but in room 825, the hand shower flow is quick the first 5 seconds then it becomes very slow. Overall i had an agreeable staying. Thank you

I have been coming to the Pullman regularly for the past 10 years, nearly once a month, and am usually very happy. Friendly staff, efficient service, clean rooms. For the past year or so, the hotel has been renovating its lobby. Where we previously came in to an open and inviting space, we now come into a diner. Sofa groups in the lobby are replaced by ping pong tables, giving more the impression of being in a youth hostel rather than a 4* hotel. The wall are cladded with cork, probably to protect them during the refurbish. Parts of the lobby are still under construction. The room service menu, which used to be very good, is now limited to a few items (stay away from the pizza, it's a frozen pizza microwaved). I asked the clerk in the lobby when the refirbish would be done, and he answered in a year or two. If that is the case, I will leave the Pullman for the first time in ten years, and try another hotel, hoping to come back to a clean, open, inviting and luxurious lobby as it once was. First impressions are everything. It's just not good now.

Tom Dixon's choice regarding materials includes cork, stainless steel, marble and leather. We are currently implementing decorative items, vegetals and lights that should create the cocooning mood you expect. Many comfortable chairs are located in the lobby, private cabins allow you to gather in more intimate areas. The playground area is a very small part of the 400m² lobby. The room service menu which you are referring to, was indeed the one that was offered while our bar was closed, which is not the case anymore. We apologize for the wrong information that you were given regarding the transformation end date and hope you will have another opportunity to discover this new place, where we are eager to welcome you. Nice modern accomodation, suite experience very pleasant, will prefer this type of room from now. Staff at reception and comcierge absolutely kind, polite and professional. Healthy breakfast room service missed jogurt, what was the main part of this type of breakfast, eggs oversalted. Guess it was just by chance as the suite is dedicated to have the breakfast in the room, indeed. Breakfast in the restaurant with great fresh choice. Convniet location to Bercy village with cosy atmosphere. Subway in front of the hotel makes this place easily accesible, same for river bank walk or jogging. Looking for the new wellness area in preparation, for this type of hotel it is a must

Another very pleasant stay in one of my favourite hotels in the world. More in an effort to be helpful and constructive rather than moany, there are a couple of things that could be improved. My wife and I found the music in the bar rather intrusive, especially when we were sat near a speaker. And how quickly we were served coffee at breakfast was rather hit and miss. Some days it was quick, others we had to wait. All in all though, we love the Pullman Paris.

First stay in a Pullman hotel. I was expecting and was told by my friends to expect very standards. Everything was amazing - The room comfort was above expectations for a standard room but I suspect I was upgraded - the room size, the cleanliness, the access, the furniture, the bathroom, the large window giving in so much light, I must mention the king size bed and very comfortable mattress and pillows, etc. ... The reception and welcoming was also very good - one short queue with a hostess welcoming us to the next available receptionist. You are dealt with in privacy (no next customer briefing down your neck!) and shown to the elevator. I did not have the time to enjoy the restaurant and bar area but it looked spacious and inviting. Finally I would have liked a coffee machine in my room but perhaps this is available in a different type of room
