The room was old and tiny, really tiny. The room overall was outdated but clean except black mould growing on the ceiling in the bathroom. The wall socket by the bed was pulled out so we were no able to charge our phones near us. The room was cold so we have asked for the heater to be brought to the room. Firstly it was not delivered, we had to ask again. The heater broke after two days. I think the worst part was CONSTANT walking in our room on the morning. EVERYDAY people would walk in into our room without knocking, First, when we were sleeping, and then after breakfast. On our check out day, A MAN walked in to our room three times at around 10am (check out was at 12 so I dont understand WHY) Bar pretty much unhelpful, wouldnt provde ice bucket,

The staff were lovely but the room left a little to be desired. The window kept falling open during the night and making us cold, there was hair on the bathtub, and when using the shower and sink the drains would flood and the disgusting contents would well up and fill the floor or the shower and bowl of the sink.

My stay has been negatively impacted because of a blocked bathroom sink. I informed the receptionist early evening and nothing was done. I informed again when I check out the next morning. It is a pity especially since it is probably an issue easy to fix.

The Hotel was at the center so the location was great. Our room was 309 there was a problem with the shower that the shower head could not stay still it was loose. Also, the light in the bathroom was not lighting properly. It was on and off.

The IBIS hotel is very similar to IBIS hotels somewhere else in the world. The rooms are relatively small and the bathroom is extremely small. It was even difficult to enter the bathroom as the distance between the door and the basin is very small (I'm not a thick person!!!). Don't get me wrong, the quality itself of the room and also the breakfast (for France!) is not bad, however, the price (150 Euro/night incl. breakfast) is far too high. Usually for such a quality one pays about 75 Euros as the maximum in other countries. Of course Paris is expensive, however, there are other hotels with a rate of less than 120 Euros available in Paris, which show a better ratio.

We felt the room was ok, however drawers would have been welcomed as having to leave everything in a suitcase was not good. We had issues with food allergies and initially the chef was very unhelpful, but when we spoke to a lady in the breakfast area, she took it upon herself to help us and told the chef and maitre de that they had to provide us with food, so a special thank you to that lady, unfortunately I did not get her name but she was wonderful

It was the worst Hotel i ever slept in (Europe zone). The only thing that looks good whas the bar. The buffet was simple, the elevators did not work. The rooms where dirty and old. The service was really bad. During my stay i talked to four different people at the reception, two of them where really unpolied: Mostly the man. I will never return... Also a bag of mine got stolen at the lobby... When i asked the people at the desk to please check the survuillescamera's they didn't... they told me to go to the police, did not bother to help me in any way and started helping other customers.

Good location, good crowd before the great event ! A bit of queuing for the buffet which causes a bit of delay. Overall we are very satisfied with the buffet, breakfast and certainly with side accomodation (storing room for luggages and shower opportunity)

So despite being for one night only, we had some issues. First the room was advertised with wooden floor but ours was actually Carpet. Second, air control on the room wasn't working. It was hot as hell during the night. And to finish it, we had late checkout so we spent the morning sightseeing. When we got back, jey had stopped working! I loved the location and usually I have great experiences at ibis, but this one was disappointing.
