This hotel is very busy. I spent a week with my family and never ever not found a queue at the reception. My advice would be for the hotel to hire more people at the reception. Also there is a rush in room cleaning. Our sheets were changed only twice and on other days the sheets were just quickly pulled. It was also dusty especially under the spare bed where we found spider webs and lots of dirt.

We were given a room that literally stank, it was awful. We asked for another one and the next one we got was a bit better except black long hair all over the bathroom! There was black hair on my towel!! Location is weird I would say, staying in this hotel is a no no.

« Good but could’ve been better. »

The stay was generally comfortable, however, the deal given to me included access to the pool. Upon reaching the pool, it was closed for maintaince. I believe that deal shouldnt have been given if the pool was not going to be available. Furthermore, I was smoking on the porch, and a staff member came to close the door, I asked him to wait and he said that place was not for costumers, however, there was no sign put. His attitude was very unpleasant. I went to the smoking area to smoke, but the door wouldnt open from the outside, the same staff member came and closed the door where I was clearly having a conversation with a friend inside. He said I had to enter all the way from the main entrance.

Friendly front office staff, however their manager failed to solve my dissatisfaction with the unprofessional way and disrespectful manner of one of the coffee and restaurant staff. He was very rude and bad image of your hotel and I’ll never think to come back to this hotel again. He lacks the minum attributes to deal with customers. In a separate note, elevators was out of service most of time.

The hotel is good, nice and clean. The staff are polite, kind and helpful. Our room was a little bit small and uncomfortable for 3 persons as the lack of cabinets and storage areas for our stuffs. But we didn’t spend too much time inside our room as we were busy during our short stay in Paris. We enjoyed our stay.

« 5 night stay at Ibis Clichy-Batignolles »

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel since it was close to an RER C station and 2 Metro stops. Also, many bakeries, restaurant and shops in the area. Not touristy. The only issues we had with the room were that it was quite small and had no mini fridge. But what it lacked, was made up for with Air Conditioning(a rarity in Paris), a comfy bed and a great shower(American style) with great water pressure!

We've been staying at your hotel every time we visit Paris. The checkin this time took much longer than needed. After showing the confirmation on the mobile it took multiple times to find the reservation. After checkin we went to the room and noticed it was with carpet instead of wooden floor like presented on the site. Also the carpet was dirty and stained. After the first night I noticed with my heavy breathing that the room is very dusty for I have a dust mite allergy. The rest is as expected. The big garage is always nice for parking the car.

Generally the stay was OK except for the first night when I discovered that the air conditioning was not working in the room. This led to a sleepless night as it was like trying to sleep in a sauna. I complained torecepton the next day and they said they would get it fixed. On returning to the hotel that evening it still wasn't working. Down to reception where I was told that the air con on the whole 5th floor was not working and they would move me to the 9th floor the following day. I was very annoyed as this meant another sleepless night. I made my feelings very clear to the lady in reception and went back up to the room. Twenty minutes later there was a knock at the door and a hotel maintenance man was there. He took the covers off the ceiling mounted air con,fiddled about for five minutes 'et voila' it started working and worked for the rest of my stay. So much for the 5th floor air con not working!!!

The room was decent, but could’ve been a bit more clean (handprints on the wood, cleaning products on the floor, etc). Location was decent. Our room wasn’t facing the street side, so we did not experience noise from the streets. It was close to the subway line 13 with good connections to other lines. Breakfast was simple and good.

« Good comfortable hotel, great location »

Excellent location. 5 min walk from the Brochant metro station. Direct line to State de France were able to get from the Ed Sheehan gig there in 20 min. The area is very safe, many cafes opened till the late night, few groceries. The hotel room was pretty dated. Air conditioner was working only when set to 30 C cooling the room just a bit, while it was impossible to have the window opened because of a big noice from fans on the nearby building. But overall we were there only at night so not a big problem.

I have stayed in many Ibis hotels (mostly in Paris), and I’ve always liked them. But this one was really disappointing. Not up to usual Ibis standards. The hotel is situated in an unpleasant area, the metro line 13 is awful - always too many people (not to mention the rush hours). Taxi and Uber drivers often cannot find the hotel, as it is kind of hidden, and it is not evident at all how one can enter the territory. The room was quite noisy. Fortunately I had almost no neighbors, but there is a big construction just near the hotel, as well as a children’s playground, so from 8 am every morning there was much noise from outside. The room is small (that’s not surprising and OK for me), but what I appreciate in Ibis hotels is that they usually manage to perfectly equip the room, so it’s really comfortable, and I have enough space for all my stuff. But this time the wardrobe was hidden behind the TV and was hardly accessible. The toilet was just behind the bathroom door, also very uncomfortable. And there were less shelves than usual. Cleaning is not good at all, looks like they never cleaned the sink, and once just after cleaning they left the room with no toilet paper at all. The staff tried to enter the room, when I just arrived and was about to take the shower. I put the “please do not disturb” sign on the room door when I arrived. The man said the he had to check that the previous person had left.. but come on, you can just check with the reception, they have all the information! The A/C didn’t work when I put it on 25 degrees (only for colder temperature), although it was pretty cold in the room for the first 2 nights, as the window was not well isolated. But the staff brought me a heater, so finally it was fine. When I tried to open the window later, mosquitos came in the room at once. Breakfast: not a big choice of food, but everything is fresh, you have eggs, pastry, fruits, yogurts, cheese, ham. But very often there are queues for food, as there are many people in the hotel, but only 6-7 eggs can be boiled at once for example. And at 10 am they would already run out of some food. However the hotel is big, staff mostly friendly. But I would never stay there again.
