Toiletts in the reception very dirty, horrible odour. In the bar chairs were very dirty, stained. Toillets in the rooms extrimely smelly. In both showers only very cold or very hot water. Hair dryer overheating and burned my kids hands. Milk to my tea in the bar was served in paper take away coffee cup. When I complain about odour from the toillet which already everyone could smell in half of reception, receptionist look at me and said harsh OK, starting to do other things and ignoring me. Offer is missleading. Hotel right now is certainly not a 3 stars. Probabely not even 2... Very bad experience. Waste of money.

When we arrived in our taxi, we were not dropped off at the door but at the bottom of a staircase which we had to carry our bags up because the elevator was out of service. The rooms were small and the bathroom was so small, we had to stand in the shower to open or close the door. Then when leaving for the airport, we asked the desk clerk to call us a taxi. He replied that he couldn't because his computer wasn't working. I asked him what I could do to get a taxi. His reply, "I don't know!" I said that I was from another country and had no idea what to do. He still could not or would not help me. I am very disappointed with the service.

Disappointed! The pool was an extra charge. The elevators were very limited. We had to carry our luggage down the stairs. Then, saddest of all, my wallet went missing from our room. Quite a challenge since all ID was inside. I usually find this brand quite satisfying.

I am a Gold member of the Accor hotel . My room was whith the air conditioner broken. They have repared it the same day. The following day early in the morning I try to take a shower and the liquid soap from the shower wasnt open. Impossible to use because it need to be open with an special tool. To give you un idea of how big was my bathroom , to use the toilet i have to, open the door, enter inside of the shower close the door and then use the toilet. If this Ibis has this actitude to fidelice the customer they have failed

Quite a big IBIS with large groups of tourists. Overall a nice, 2-night stay in a quiet room on the 8th floor (kindly given to me as I had requested online). Lady at check-in was nice and helpful (gave me tips on best way to get to La Defense by public transport). Buffet breakfast ok, although it was definitely nicer to have it in the quieter (smaller) breakfast room on the 1st morning. My stay did not start very well though. I arrived at the hotel on foot with a suitcase and a backpack. It was a real pain to find the entrance. Exiting Metro Brochant, I saw a sign to the hotel. So far so good. However after that, not one sign! Google Maps took me to the entrance of the hotel car park and again from there, no sign whotsoever to the reception. After 10-15 mins of walking around the block, I finally saw the small alleyway and eventually the lift that takes pedestrians to the reception level. Please Accor, add some signs for people arriving by foot! Inside the lifts of the hotel itself, it would also be useful to add a small sign to explain that you need to use your room key card to make the lift work!

This was my second stay at this hotel and it will not be the last. A very comfortable bed, friendly staff and quite a good bar. It's also very handy for the place I visit in Paris.

The room was very small,u cant even walk its was absolutely disaster there isn’t space for luggage, bathroom is terrible had a very bad experience !!!

There was a long row to check in and there where only two desks open. It was a little bit bureaucratic, everything was via email and then I have to fill in my emailadress? The personal was friendly. They only did not tell us about to use the hotelpass for the lift, so we have to use the emergency button. The room was oke.

The location was really near the metro, which was really convenient. The room was also very nice and quite clean. The breakfast was good. The only thing that I have to remark is that the vending machine is very expensive. Overall I enjoyed my stay

This hotel has comfortable rooms, and the shower is spacious and powerful. It seems that only some of the rooms are currently renovated. Though mine had not been and the décor was a little outdated it was still a comfy bed and a quiet place to be. Very little could be heard once in the room.

The room was old and tiny, really tiny. The room overall was outdated but clean except black mould growing on the ceiling in the bathroom. The wall socket by the bed was pulled out so we were no able to charge our phones near us. The room was cold so we have asked for the heater to be brought to the room. Firstly it was not delivered, we had to ask again. The heater broke after two days. I think the worst part was CONSTANT walking in our room on the morning. EVERYDAY people would walk in into our room without knocking, First, when we were sleeping, and then after breakfast. On our check out day, A MAN walked in to our room three times at around 10am (check out was at 12 so I dont understand WHY) Bar pretty much unhelpful, wouldnt provde ice bucket,
