The room was very small without minibar or even water heater for making tea/coffee. No any welcome Chocolate or gift for the children. Even I was a guest in the hotel, I have to pay 10 Euro to access the swimming pool of the hotel. The breakfast was very bad with very limited types of food. The staff was very unfriendly. They don't smile or say hello for the Guests. The hot water in the shower was terrible, i.e. you need to wait one minute till the hot water come and its amount is very small.

Visited for 3 nights with family (including 2 children under 5), fine as a base to explore Paris but not a great overall hotel experience. Domestic staff were striking over complaints regarding hotel management and work conditions (outsourced to an agency and working under seemingly unfair expectations - especially compared to their hotel-employed peers and allegations of sexual assault of cleaners by the former hotel manager) meaning we had to cross a noisy picket line and security cordon before getting into hotel. Hotel would have been hard to find if it weren't for the drums and whistles as it is tucked in behind a university halls and other flats. Given room with 2 'adjoining' bed rooms but each of those rooms was cramped and claustrophobic with no room to walk round beds without squeezing against the walls. Toilets were behind the door in the very small bathroom meaning you had to step into the shower to shut the door before using the toilet and again after washing you hands. Rooms were tired, shower/sink fittings loose and broken, walls scuffed and damaged, no safe or fridge in the room, flimsy single-use plastic cups in rooms (also wrapped in single-use plastic) and all-in-one shower gel/shampoo/hand wash/body wash bolted to the wall just in case you dared to think you could get a freebie for your €125-a-night stay, room tidy but floors dusty and not convinced they had been cleaned adequately. Hotel (or at least the 'B' wing) tired and dated and in desperate need of refurbishment. Unfortunately attitude of staff in the hotel seemed to match the tired and outdated fabric of the place. Example 1 - came into the hotel after a long day out in Paris in 34 degree C heat and asked for a glass of water each, which was denied by the bar manager - initial excuse was they didn't have enough glasses, eventually offered 4 paper cups but denied water from the bar instead told we could go fill them from the sink in our rooms. Example 2 - the pool was supposed to open at 10am on the Sunday but were told at 10am that the pool needed routine chemical checks and would be out of service for about 20 minutes - if these checks need doing, do them at 9.30am or 9am and open the pool when it is due to be open - if it needs staffing earlier to do this then the hotel should suck it up - guests are paying €5 a day extra to use the pool and members/visitors significantly more. Worst service I've seen at a 'brand' hotel ever and reflects poor management attitudes.

Toiletts in the reception very dirty, horrible odour. In the bar chairs were very dirty, stained. Toillets in the rooms extrimely smelly. In both showers only very cold or very hot water. Hair dryer overheating and burned my kids hands. Milk to my tea in the bar was served in paper take away coffee cup. When I complain about odour from the toillet which already everyone could smell in half of reception, receptionist look at me and said harsh OK, starting to do other things and ignoring me. Offer is missleading. Hotel right now is certainly not a 3 stars. Probabely not even 2... Very bad experience. Waste of money.

When we arrived in our taxi, we were not dropped off at the door but at the bottom of a staircase which we had to carry our bags up because the elevator was out of service. The rooms were small and the bathroom was so small, we had to stand in the shower to open or close the door. Then when leaving for the airport, we asked the desk clerk to call us a taxi. He replied that he couldn't because his computer wasn't working. I asked him what I could do to get a taxi. His reply, "I don't know!" I said that I was from another country and had no idea what to do. He still could not or would not help me. I am very disappointed with the service.

Disappointed! The pool was an extra charge. The elevators were very limited. We had to carry our luggage down the stairs. Then, saddest of all, my wallet went missing from our room. Quite a challenge since all ID was inside. I usually find this brand quite satisfying.

I am a Gold member of the Accor hotel . My room was whith the air conditioner broken. They have repared it the same day. The following day early in the morning I try to take a shower and the liquid soap from the shower wasnt open. Impossible to use because it need to be open with an special tool. To give you un idea of how big was my bathroom , to use the toilet i have to, open the door, enter inside of the shower close the door and then use the toilet. If this Ibis has this actitude to fidelice the customer they have failed

Quite a big IBIS with large groups of tourists. Overall a nice, 2-night stay in a quiet room on the 8th floor (kindly given to me as I had requested online). Lady at check-in was nice and helpful (gave me tips on best way to get to La Defense by public transport). Buffet breakfast ok, although it was definitely nicer to have it in the quieter (smaller) breakfast room on the 1st morning. My stay did not start very well though. I arrived at the hotel on foot with a suitcase and a backpack. It was a real pain to find the entrance. Exiting Metro Brochant, I saw a sign to the hotel. So far so good. However after that, not one sign! Google Maps took me to the entrance of the hotel car park and again from there, no sign whotsoever to the reception. After 10-15 mins of walking around the block, I finally saw the small alleyway and eventually the lift that takes pedestrians to the reception level. Please Accor, add some signs for people arriving by foot! Inside the lifts of the hotel itself, it would also be useful to add a small sign to explain that you need to use your room key card to make the lift work!

This was my second stay at this hotel and it will not be the last. A very comfortable bed, friendly staff and quite a good bar. It's also very handy for the place I visit in Paris.

There was a long row to check in and there where only two desks open. It was a little bit bureaucratic, everything was via email and then I have to fill in my emailadress? The personal was friendly. They only did not tell us about to use the hotelpass for the lift, so we have to use the emergency button. The room was oke.
