No drinking water given in the room . We tried to get even 500ml everyday , but in vain . We were advised to buy water from the machine installed in the lobby .

We loved the service room (cleaning) but we Hope to change some olde fourniture (like chair)

I would advise against selecting this particular hotel for accommodation. Our experience upon arrival was marred by subpar service. The sole receptionist present was casually attired, and their grooming left much to be desired. Furthermore, the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the establishment were unsatisfactory, with evident neglect apparent throughout the premises. Despite the initial appearance of cleanliness in our assigned room, closer inspection revealed significant shortcomings. Beneath the surface, cleanliness was lacking, evidenced by accumulations of dirt beneath the bed and in the corners of the shower. Additionally, maintenance oversights were evident, such as improperly installed light fixtures and a malfunctioning TV remote. Disappointingly, the response to our request for a replacement remote was dismissive, with the staff suggesting we retrieve one ourselves. Further adding to our discontent, the absence of English-language channels and the lack of in-room hot beverage facilities were notable inconveniences. Moreover, the limited ventilation, with windows only partially operable, exacerbated discomfort during warmer temperatures. Despite the oppressive conditions, the hotel's policy restricted air conditioning usage until June, regardless of prevailing weather conditions. Compounding these issues, we encountered a broken bedside table, which further underscored the disregard for maintenance and guest comfort. Given these observations and experiences, I strongly advise against choosing this hotel, particularly for those attending the Olympics.

From the check in counter, the receptionist was not pleasant. The 2 big ladies on duty during this period were not nice. They responded to all questions with such pain and not helpful. This is not the Accor group culture. They made communicating difficult, every question had a negative response. The bathroom windows had moulds.
