Overall the staff were really good, bed lovely, very quite. However, the room was way too hot, tried opening the window but room still too hot, put the fan on which was supposed to cool the room, but just heated the room up to over 35c, very difficult too sleep.

Staff very polite and knowledgeable re. local public transport travel. Hotel and room very clean with everything working as described and good choice of breakfast foods and drinks. Room was unbearably hot , the climate control was faulty and did not operate for the whole stay Windows had restricted opening , so no ventilation there ! I assume the hotel,knew this as a fan was readily offered , but blowing hot air around in no way addressed the problem The matress was extremely hard and uncomfortable as were the pillows we would never stay there again Very disappointed as being and Accor menber I expected better However all the staff were extremely nice , I feel sorry for them Offering such a poor product

This system is partly dependent on the external temperature. I can only apologise if this was not sufficiently effective on this occasion. For your comfort in the future, please be advised that hotel staff are available around the clock to assist guests with any issues that may arise; and this instance may have been able to offer you an alternative room to ensure you a more comfortable stay. Rooms were small but very cosy bed was very comfy my only moan is that the air conditioning wasn't working and the room got very hot even though the window was open. Great location.

First impressions was lovely, room was nice bathroom a nice size. No AC unit so was given fans for the heat which okay but I have been to cheaper hotels and they have had AC units. On inspection of the room the toilet seat was quite dirty and some of the fixtures. Nothing that couldn’t be fixed with antibacterial wipes so I recommend bringing some (to any hotel for that matter). But overall staff was lovely and professional, nice location.

I stayed for two days, I reported the television not working properly on the first afternoon and was not looked at pre leaving. I was working nights in Birmingham and when I came back I put the "Do not disturb" sign one door, but the maid still knocked and entered the room ! Also I asked for a booking for two nights when phoning direct and when I checked only one night was booked leaving me to re-book in the hotel.

I've stayed in this hotel a few times and have not been disappointed. It is clean, the stafff are nice and helpful and the location is 5 minutes from my meeting venue. Perfect The brreakast is on an all you can eat buffet basis and is tasty and varied.
