« Last minute booking »

My stay from beginning to end was a pleasure. Very friendly helpful staff - I had decided at the last minute to bring my car and parking was quickly and easily arranged on site. Room was very clean and quiet, and had a great shower (one of the best that I have experienced in hotels recently). Check in and out only took minutes.

I was surprised by how good the inclusive breakfast was, and how comprehensive were the kitchen and bar services but disappointed that the staff were not able to speak English fluently. The room was cosy but cheaply furnished and the ventilation was inadequate. The in-room bathroom facilities were good, as were those in the public areas of the hotel.

A very N. relaxing stay - our room was very quiet and comfortable, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a good breakfast selection and were able leave our car in the car park whilst visiting an exhibition.

Great stay at IBIS. Location was brilliant for a short walk to Canary Wharf and straight onto the DLR. Room and hotel facilities excellent. The provision of early breakfast was a nice touch.

It was really good! Staff was amazing! Very good food and comfortable bed. Room perfeclty clean but the drains made tge bathroom smell a bit. Nothing major but it was the only thing negative from the experience.

Very pleasant experience, easy check in, twin room small but very clean and quiet considering that it is right in a busy road system. The Blackwell DLR station is just across the road, so ignore the TFL route planner that will send you to a station 15 minutes walk away.

« Horrified at the lack of security allowing me access to an already occupied room »

TV unable to switch on, but was tired enough to not even bother to complain. Being given a key to an occupied room did not inspire confidence, hence jamming the door with furniture just in case the same thing happened to me.

Stayed in this hotel to go to an event at the London stadium & found it a great place to stay. Easy to walk in to canary wharf for shopping/eating etc & great transport links in the DLR station just opposite the hotel & jubilee line from canary wharf. Really friendly staff, excellent customer service when we arrived back needing some food after the gig & cleanliness of the hotel was great. Also good value parking.

Nice clean, modern hotel, simply furnished, friendly staff, nice food, good minimalist bar open later than most at Canary Wharf. 15 minute walk to shops and restaurants.

« I paid more for less quality »

Worst hospitality. Toilet area was a mess and I was given a disabled equiped room. I won’t go there again. Parking too was expensive and was not stated on the website/during booking online
