Booked this stay on the day of arrival. Booking was quick and easy and the room was clean and cosy. There was a great choice at breakfast and the man on the front desk was very friendly and helpful.

« Hotel Room Good but Parking is a Scam »

I had no complaints regarding the double room I stayed in but I have subsequently received a parking fine for £60. I parked my car and got ready for the night out and was parked in the car park for less than 1 hour. I was aware that parking was an additional £12 a night but I had no need to park for the whole night. I wrongly assumed I could get ready and then leave. I have since found out that there is only a 15 minute drop off window.

Hi I was fairly disappointed with my stay, from turning up after paying for early check in we had to wait a short time for a room to be ready and when it was there were limited rooms and had to settle for a ground floor room otherwise we would of had to wait longer. Secondly, the room/corridor had a pungent smell of paint to the point it made me feel sick. On entering he room was ridiculously warm and the air con did not work. Finally, on arrival the receptionist confirmed and said breakfast was included in our stay however when we came down for our breakfast we were told we didn't and were refused any breakfast. Hopefully, you will see this and resolve it.

We had a comfrtable room, very clean and fresh. Staff were extremely helpful. But for an evening meal on the Friday of our stay. The restaurant was cold. We asked for the doors to the street to be closed, from this point on it was all down hill. Our request was met with dismay from the staff. We ordered our meal . A starter and 2 mains. All the food came out together. Fish and chips was a poor meal, fish grey, batter very stodgey, chips cold. Pizza was nice, however, cold by the time I got to eat it as starters are usually eaten first. Staff member that served us ignored us for the whole time we were in the restaurant. seemed they just did not want us there. We were the only people in the restaurant, and frankly I'm not suprised. Food very poor quality, service not to be recommended. It is a shame as this let down our experience of Ibis.

I have just been charged £23.30p a week After staying and paying in full I will be Looking into it 2moro and expect my monies Returned On checking out asked for copy of Bill and told printer was not working and they would email it too me still waiting very poor
