The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was fresh and varied. the room was ok, the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner and I had a little spider in the bedroom for company :) overall a good stay.

Good - staff were friendly and efficient - I left a fit-bit watch and the team collected it from my room and posted it first class back to my offices in Newcastle - brilliant service The decor is a little dated but the hotel is clean and has enough amenities for a short stay. I didn't eat breakfast - but was charged - this should be tracked for consumption before being billed - I have queried and I am awaiting a reply regrading a refund.

Lovely welcome, room was great, clean and plenty of electoral plug. Perhaps a map in room to show were nearest attractions are, cafes and shops ( which are recommended)

Everything is great! Small but clean rooms. Friendly staff that help out. Breakfast was very good. Only thing that was disappointing was the 'restaurant' that they clain to have. They offer frozen pizzas.

Was told room wasn’t ready at 3.20, when check in was at 2o’clock, then they gave me a key to a room that was already occupied (a bit embarrassing for me and the half naked man who opened the door) then when I did get the right key, twice I was locked out my room because the key stopped working!

Excellent service from all the staff. Rooms very clean and beds made / towels changes couldn’t ask for more. Very helpful manager who was friendly and went the extra mile make our stay better.
