One day business travel, without any special comments. A little bit difference Mercure Recife and others Mercure , for instance, coating of door apartment needs better care. Special breakfast at 6:00 am, everything was ready.

the same mistakes that i told last time happens again. a very old room. didnt receive my welcome drink. internet conection failure... a great breakfast and good localization. its seems that nobodys read this report.

The hotel staff is very unpolite and the stay was terrible. I don`t recommend this hotel ever. I believe this hotel is under of a accor quality, but it has a bad management. Is very expensive and the quality is low for the price.

I arrived at the hotel, we stayed more than 20 minutes to do the chekin, when I arrive at the room I discover that there is no soap to take a shower, I call the reception that answers me that I will have to go and buy the soap, as the hotel does not have for guests , I was extremely disappointed with the lack of dexterity of the officials with the guests

The service was great. At the breakfast, I expected more attendance but it seemed that staff was shortlisted. I expected at least a bottle of water as a courtesy in the apartment, especially because we are from Embassy.

Internet rarely works; Reception phone calls are very hard to get answered; no room cleaning on first day - although I left early in the morning and back late in the evening and no sign to do not distribu - it was clear... have to ask twice to have the service.

The hotel is in a good location, near of the beach and good restaurants. The breakfast is formidable. The attendants are very courteous and the room is very comfortable. Some external structure needs to be repaired.
