Escaso tomas de corriente e insuficiente sistema para enchufar diferentes clavijas "ranura plana paralela, inclinadas, redondas o ranura para carga directa de celulares.

The room was clean. Their was an awfull smell in the bathroom due the drain. At night their was a very dry air in the room, which caused heavy cough and dry throat The airfreshener smells like you are the whole day in a restroom. May be they should choose another airfreshner perhaps vanilla, this is the same airfreshner in the lobby. The toilet in the lobby has another airfreshner, which smells great. When they are training soccer or tennis, you can't get asleep until 12.30 am due the screaming and noise. The team at the frontdesk was very kind. The ladies doing the housekeeping TOO.

The maintenance of the room were poor and the air conditioning was not working. Thus, ventilation was non existent (except if you opened the window which made the room too noisy...) and too hot at times. Also the bed mattress was too hard. We understand that it might be a personal preference matter, but when we asked the reception person (Rodrigo) if there was any way to solve this (like adding a one layer of pillow...etc.) his attitude to address (or try to address) the issue was not helpful at all. We chose Ibis as we expected certain level of quality but it was a disappointing experience.

The staff was most friendly and helpful. I didn't have breakfast but twice had dinner and the food was perfect. However the rooms would benefit from some refreshing and some English speaking news channel on the TV would be a good idea.

After a long flight (incl. transfers) of 16 hours, we finally arrived 05.00 am in Mendoza. Our booking was confirmed via friends for only 1 night. Our final destination was another address in Mendoza. Unfortunately, the room wasn't made up and we had to change the room to another level, with all the luggage we had. We had only 5 hours of sleep. After complaining, there was no compensation for a late check out after 12 or at least a cup of coffee/light breakfast.
