« Bad location and poor facilities »

Unlike every other ibis I stayed in. Old, poorly manteined facilities. Very bad location. Breakfast was low quality, low variety. Never gave the welcome drink according to LeClub policies. Charged me for the room despite the email from accor.com saying that the stay was completely paid and stating clearly “Amount to be paid at hotel: 0”.

For the payment, I inform you that the reservation platform always throws the message that you should not pay at the hotel, but unfortunately to be able to charge in Argentina, the page does not ask for enough data to do it, clearly the collection is not done twice. Lively hotel, there is always someone at the lobby or restaurant. Easy and free parking. Plentiful breakfast. - Sadly the Accor points for the stay have not arrived yet (a week after the check out).

The only remarkable memories were the front desk employees. Really nice and professional. Good breakfast Dinner incredibly expensive for the bad quality of the food. Bad odor in bathroom. Shower temperature kept alterning between ice cold and burning hot within seconds. Shampoo felt like detergent. Clean sheets. Have stayed at better Ibis.

I reserved the hotel as a transit hotel arriving at 1.00AM in the morning and having to travel on within a few hours. Having some Accord points, I reserved two rooms using those points. With low expectations of the type of accommodations, the check-in was a bit lengthy but ok, the key to one of the rooms did not work (the door would not open), so they changed the room, and then, the next morning at check-out, we got the surprise that the two rooms reserved with points only really paid for one room. The reason given was that the value of the coupon was insufficient.

AWFUL... First of all even though the website stated that all rooms had air conditioning; when we did the check in the receptionist said that this was not true because since the temperatures at night were very low the AC was not needed. On top of this, the bathrooms were dirty and the flush valve of the WC was not working properly.

We always stay at Ibis. In Mendoza many times throughout the years. We have noticed this hotel needs a major renovation. Everything is very old and no safety deposit box in rooms.

The Ibis hotel in mendoza is at best a dated roadside motel with a bar. We had to change rooms because the original one we were assigned had stains in the sheets; the property is in need of some renovations; the laminate floors are peeling, the paint on the walls needs a refresh. Nothing about this property is absolutely terrible but nothing is welcoming. The staff is OK.

The hotel and stuff were polite and helpful. However, me and my boyfriend booked a tour to Mendoza in the hotel. Even though it was very obvious we do not speak spanish, the tour was only in one language and the tour guide told us that hotel stuff didn't inform them that we are english speaking. The tour lasted the whole day and we didnt get almost any explanation - not even the stuff like now we are making toilet break or make sure you buy bottle of water here .
