« Good Hotel, but old one. »

The hotel is placed in very good location. The reception and attention were good, there were always someone available for service. The bar is open 24h. The parking lot is free and the breakfast was good. For the hotel a good investiment would be new towels, the current ones are in pretty bad shape, and mini bar for all rooms.

« WE FOUND SOME IMPROVEMENTS . IT IS A GOOD 3 STARS HOTEL IN MENDOZA »

Cleanness was better than the previous trip. Unfortunately the carpets is the "black point" of this hotel.

« No Air condition and very bad behavior from the personal »

I paid for the room in advance, and once I get into the room I have no air-condition: the reason is that the air-condition do not work and the temperature outs was of 29 celsius and at night 24 celsius It was impossible to sleep after spending 10 hours in the road driving.

Regardless that the personnel did a good job on the service, the rooms need urgent maintenance and investment. Just 2 towels (no hand towel at all) in the bathroom, obviously old floors, lack of paint, etc.

Ibis was a nuce motel , but the noise from the park made it unbearable to sleep . The receptionist moved us to another room when we mentioned it. Staff were amazing
