Within seconds of arriving in the parking lot I was met by one of the staff members taking my car for safe parking. Ordered room service, arrived within 10min with my exact order (after phoning to confirm my options). Next morning I arranged for my car to brought in, told me it can take up to 15min, but they had it there in 5min! Awesome service!!

Front desk service was very good, but placed us in one of rooms into an incorrectly configured room, causing us to go back downstairs to only have room changed. Room service was very poor. Tried for two nights to order room service. Nobody ever answered the phone. Had to call directly from cell phone, be transferred and then waited an hour for dinner to be delivered.

Lovely Front Office staff. All staff were pleasant. Room was great, although some road noise during the night (boy racers?). Room service menu was tasty and fresh. Would stay again.

We had a great stay. Everything was perfect. the only glitch was lipstick mark on the coffee cup. So looks like that must have missed cleaning.
