The gentleman who greeted us at the desk and each time we went through the lobby was very friendly, helpful, approachable. The wine and craft beer selection was surprisingly good. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was lovely and generous. Enjoyed our stay.

Ibis World Square is conveniently located and close to restaurant and shopping areas. Had no issues checking in and out of the hotel. Had a corner room on 13th floor and my stay was excellent overall.

Disappoint and lower expectation

Experienced unclean room, dirty bed sheet and towel. I could see housekeeping did not clean the room well. Staff was average. Staff informed me that I cannot get the point from this stay as I booked via agent. This is very disappointed me. I should get the point from the stay as I intended to stay with accor hotel even booked via agent as I expected to get the point and always consider hotel in accor group. If I known this before, I would not consider accor hotel as I can find better hotel and more competitive price.

Location excellent but rooms are extremely small for the price of accomodation. The real area to focus on to improve is cleanliness. I had hair over bed spread, hair on towels and hair in bathroom

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The space was well maintained and very comfortable. The milk unfortunately was frozen and it was hard to get hot water in the shower apart from that all was fine.

Room good. Bedding great, except for the way too high pillow! Bathroom good, except our bath mat was taken when the room was cleaned and a replacement not provided. Block out blind in room temperamental, but my husband fixed that, but it will need to be checked by maintenance. Breakfast ok but not brilliant. Our biggest problem was the external noise from traffic, revellers and homeless people lounging on the footpaths near the hotel and berating passers by. Not very welcoming.

The room was clean and well presented. The newly renovated bathroom was a nice surprise. The only thing I would suggest is being able to adjust the temperature of the AC as it was rather cold and worked quickly. Overall, a nice stay.

After paying for early check-in, we were told there was no room available yet. Exactly why we paid for early check in is bec we were arriving early. We come back to our room at around 9pm, only to see our door left wide open! The room was made up so we are sure this was left open by housekeeping. We were shocked. There was a disturbance on our floor, by the guest in the other room, but it took us 45 minutes to connect to reception. Either the line was busy, or front desk would not answer or hang up on us. We had to call front desk 3 times to fix a/c in our room. Apologies by the hotel, we were offered free dinner - on the day were checking out. Haha.

I have checked your reservation and your room was checked in at 7.59 am and the early check in charged was removed as a goodwill gesture. I am sorry the room was not available before your arrival.
