Price is good, room was quiet and comfortable. My only concern was cleanliness. Toilet was not cleaned everyday and I felt the bedsheets are not fresh when we checked in.

Hi . We booked two rooms. The tv remote didn’t work in one room and we asked three times to get it fixed over a Eight hour period. The light in one bathroom did not work. We had to use our phone lights. The breakfast was unsatisfactory. One guest said that it was the worst breakfast that he had in five weeks (just travelled thru Europe). The scrambled eggs were like slop. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone and won’t be staying there again. Regards Mark.

Staff were helpful and the room was adequate. However the kettle was rusty and it didn't seem like there was another kettle that wasn't.

Our first room was 1007, we asked to swap on our 2nd day as it was like sleeping with a jet engine in the room (I would suggest you use it as a storeroom and not for guests). The lady at the counter was most helpful, no complaints at all with the service when moving rooms.

The rate was good compared to many other places and the location is both good and bad. Close to many key locations, but also surrounded by massage parlours and gentlemen’s clubs. The room was ok, but not great. Again, you get what you pay for.

We have stayed in Ibis hotels in Aberdeen, SYDNEY Airport and Novatel York as well as Mercure Paris. This was our worst experience ever in the last 5 weeks travel. Breakfast was terrible, went outside and purchased elsewhere. Will not be staying at your hotel again. Even on the 17th floor it was noisy from the streets below.

I was cold the first night. frustrating to not be able to adjust heating from the room. cold shower one morning but appreciated apology and bottle of wine to recognise the inconvenience. staff very friendly and helpful. Reception staff make me want to stay again - home away from home.

Misinformation on name and location, they call ”ibis world suare” when it is not at world square. Poor staffs communication. When we checked in mirror in the bathroom was cracked, we reported to the front straight away, we came back at night, tried to make sure the report was passed to all staffs, we didn’t want to be blamed. Our port was not recognised, but listed at all.

The room suited our purposes of a comfortable place to sleep. We found there weren't enough blankets to keep us warm without the air-conditioner, and the air-conditioner made a gurgling sound (room 1702). Unfortunately we were too tired to call reception about it. A couple of extra pillows in a cupboard would have been nice also.

Name description and picture at website, as ibis World square is misleading/confusing, as it is not located at the World Square. It didn't get through our complain message to other staffs; mirror in bathroom was cracked. There wasn't hand towel. Could be more friendly service at breakfast kitchen.

Experience could have been great if the front desk staffs are friendly and professional. I’m rating this hotel below average. I’ve been to ibis in Europe and had the best customer service, but ibis Sydney World Square staffs have the attitude towards customers and the unwanted sounds when talking to a customers. They should be trained and learned from Europe staffs.
