We were delighted with the helpful attitude of staff and we had a nice stay for three nights. The room was small yet compact and comfortable. We were able to access parts of Sydney that was wanted to visit.

« Never before experience »

Booked a single room for 3 nights as on business trip. The toilet malfunctioned on the second morning and all the sewer overflowed on the bathroom floor. Never had such a experience in my life and was left nauseating at the sight of it. Luckily, the reception staff was very helpful and promptly allocated me to another room. The breakfast services is below standard at the price that is charged. The inverter function of the room does not work.

« Comfortable hotel in great location »

Very basic hotel but location close to Central Station makes it a good choice for travellers. Lift was a bit slow but room quite spacious and included tea/coffee and bikkies. No complaints about facilities in this price range with room rate very affordable for 2 night stay.

Lucas was friendly and welcoming. The newly renovated bathroom was a welcoming surprise and well over due. The renovating noise from the other rooms at 7am was not appreciated.

Very friendly staff with the hotel well managed and well maintained. Our room was well presented and all the amenities were very clean and more than adequate for our stay in Sydney. The hotel is within walking distance of all the main Sydney central business centre , Botanical Gardens, Opera House, Circular Key and several Railway Stations. A great location at a modest cost.

« Noise keeps me awake until after midnight. »

I couldn't sleep because of the noise (singing sounds) until after midnight. We booked the rooms including breakfast, however, when one member of our team had breakfast, which was not good, we had to pay for that. Breakfast was not included in the room charge that we paid.

This hotel is nice and quite, centrally located and has fresh, well laid out rooms. The restaurant did get a bit busy, and the breakfast was good. Very functional. The bar area is a bit exposed - a partition forming two seating bays may make the bar area a bit more appealing and less of a thoroughfare.
