Lovely location. Lack of storage space in room, very slow lifts. We had breakfast included, which was a welcome start to the day. In room safe didn’t work, there was no alarm clock in the room.

The stay was only overnight, but it was easy to find, parking was available. The staff were polite and helpful. The rooms were clean. I did find the pillow uncomfortable but everyone has different preferences for pillow height

The aircon blower made a lot of noise, but because they were fully booked they could not change my room, instead they gave me a fan and I was forced to sleep with no aircon. On the morning of checking out the hot water shower was not working well. Apparently, other rooms had the same problem. They should really refund some money for this inconvenience, after all its not what I paid for.
