Small rooms, limited recognition of membership, poor service prior to arrival and no acknowledgement or follow-up to messages sent in response to booking messages. Expensive for the overall value of the stay..

Staff were friendly, however tea/coffee facilities were not clean, and bathroom(while clean), had stains in the basin and not appealing. There was also no fan in the bathroom

The front desk staff are poorly trained. The room facing Goulburn street was noisy due to traffic. Bathroom smelly. Had to change room. Gabriella the manager was the only helpful person who knew customer service

Your hotel is very convenient to most things in the city and generally quite comfortable however if I can make a suggestion that you have a top sheet on the bed and the option of a couple of light blankets in the cupboard. Having only a doona is not a good option. It can mean being covered and too hot or not covered and too cold.

« Centrally located budget hotel »

Checkin was easy, however after that getting in and out of our room was complicated. From the first tap to open our door there was issues with the card/card reader. We were only able to enter the room with a manager access key, which meant having to wait at reception each time we wanted to enter our room. Not only that the following day the lifts didnt work. No offer of a discount or any bar/meal credit was offered.

Good Location, Good Size TV in room, Beds a bit small, I am over 6Ft, Breakfast was fine except (NB) The Coffee coming out of the Coffee Machine was terrible, need to change your coffee supplier.

I checked in before arriving and was told my room car would be ready. When I arrived, the lady on the front desk was very cold and provided very little in the way of customer service. There was a considerable wait of approx. 5 minutes which seems excessive *if* the card was actually ready. I did note that she spent some time with the card and the computer indicating she was still setting it up. The room was small and outdated, with an extremely loud fridge I could hear all night (stayed two nights for business). This made for tired mornings as it kept me awake. The breakfast was sub-par and I purchased it elsewhere both days despite paying for breakfast at the hotel. Would not recommend staying here to others.

To arrange cheaper and better carpark facilities. The carp[ark was over $50 per day but you could only take your car out once a day. If you took it out more than once it would cost extra. This has made me tell my collegues never to book at your Hotel. Once this changes please let me know.

She handle very professional and gave me an option. After my checked out , I realized that I left my house keys in the room and called to hotel. I had a great stay at the Hotel. Staff we very helpful, breakfast was great. I was even allowed a later checkout so I could go for a run just before lunchtime and then have a shower. Made my stay that much better. Room was very clean and quite. Being in the city I thought it might be noisey but did not hardly hear a sound.

« It was what i expected »

Overall my stay was ok, staff in general were friendly, i was a little disappointed when i made an enquiry about when the room would be ready a few days before hand and was given the standard response of 2pm, by a man at the front desk, very short with me and didn't even bother to look at my booking details, on the day i was able to get in earlier but still left me unsre until we arrived.
