A lot of the information on your website was written in English and the pamphlets and printed materials in my room were written in both Portuguese and English. However, when I called the kitchen for room service the person on the phone did not speak any English and when I asked them if I could order in English they said no and hung up on me. I had multiple mishaps with other hotel team members because no one spoke enough English to communicate with me. I would say in order to set the appropriate expectation you should not market yourself as a bilingual establishment when in fact you are not.

There was only one elevator in operation. The gyn had only one running machine working. The accommodation is very old. With that price I would have choose another hotel.

It was a quick visit. I spent only a few hours. my only complain was that I was oriented to pay for breakfast not included in my reservation. Weird, I had no time to validate it.

I really like the location of the hotel and the staff is really nice. There are a couple things that make the stay not 100%: 1. The keys to the rooms are misconfigured all the time. Constantly, I found myself with the need to go to the front desk to get this fixed. 2. The elevator is very slow. 3. The WiFi does not work very well in all areas of the room; sometimes even disconnecting,

From checkin, through housekeeper Bete's delicate attention to detail in organising my room in accordance with my habits and without me having to ask, through the kitchen and restaurant team. I felt at home, and I felt taken care of. The canja (chicken soup) was delicious, but what came in the most disappointing tray I could have ever expected: the smallest bowl with two cold pieces of stale leftover bread from breakfast. For 40 reais, quantity, variety and quality of the sides was underwhelming to say the least. Pizza was undercooked and not warmed through, soggy crust, impossible to eat. Paying is not the problem, being disappointed by what came is.

The hotel looks old, rooms need maintenance, very few amenities, elevators are not sufficient need to wait a long time, breakfast buffet ok but dinner are regular.
