It was good, the service was really nice. The only drawback is that for longer stays the lack of even a microwave at the rooms is important. THat could be an important upgrade.

« Good hotel, poor Wi-Fi »

I usually stay once a month in that hotel because of the proximity to the company I work for. However, I always complain about the poor WiFi connection, and this time was no different. I stayed at the room# 27, and the WiFi only worked in the living room, and there was no coverage at the bedroom. For my trip next week, I already booked a different hotel.

« The room was comfortable but the facilities were not like I expected »

I arrived and had clearly said that I was going to arrive early (6am) and they kept me waiting until 9am because they had no room. The room was ok, however the building is ver old and the elevators were too slow and small. The gym is very small and has almost no equipment.

great- the key cards never work in the lift though, so I several times had to have mine recoded or replaced. Music on Thursday night in the restaurant was great, but they should advertise it more to guests!

« It was ok »

People who work at the hotel were super nice and welcoming. The first day my room's AC was not working so they quickly changed me to another one. People were really helpful. However, for a whole day there was no hot water to take a shower. During my stay internet was not working in the rooms. I'm not sure if it was temporary or not, but it didn't work any of the days I was at the hotel.

I really enjoyed the room, especially the space of the shower. The staff was very helpful with my business needs. If gave it 9 stars because there were 2 small things that might need work: the wifi is spotty and the breakfast was not free.

Excellent location, very close to the Santander theater, shopping, etc. Very good breakfast, varied with fruits, juices, cakes, breads. Wi-fi very good too. Check in and check out was fast. I recommend!
