Check-in was efficient. Elevator was scary. Room was comfortable, but windows are only single-glazed and there was too much noise from helicopter arrivals and departures. Breakfast was adequate. Check-out was efficient.

Room only had AC in bedroom. And TV was in the living room. With I wanted to sleep watching TV, I couldn't. If I wanted to watch TV in with the AC on, I couldn't Breakfast was really bad. Eggs were watery

It was a short one-day stay. I was very well greeted and treated by Bernardo at front desk; the room was spacious, with confortable furniture. On the down note, the elevator was a bit slow, and the air conditioning, which just installed in the bedroom, was not able to not cool down the living room. But I slept well, though.

The stay was great. great service all clean and nice. good breakfast and pool. We payed with another card for the stay but the deposit was charged. I still struggeling to get it cancelled. i hope they cancel it soon.

The hotel is nice, however, need some improvements. The room has old equipment, such a microwave and has some old furniture. The major problem that I check is regarding the magnet cart to use the lift and reach the room. I had to switch my card 4 times because the cart was always losing the magnet. This was really boring because we arrive tired from work and if the card does not work, you cannot reach your room...

The hotel is good, however has some problem with magnet card to reach your floor/room and this needs to be improved! My suggestion is to check the system used to improve it as possible as you can!Apart from that, the hotel is medium/good!

The bed was very comfortable. The A/C cooled the bed area well, but the main area not so well. English TV channels very limited. A newspaper in Portuguese does me no good. Only one garbage container for the 3 rooms.

The Staff was extremely impolite. As an example: I ordered room service, was not asked whether I wanted it to be billed to the room and once the staff member arrived he didn't give me any explanation. So far, ok. However, during the whole transaction the staff member did not take his eyes off of the television and was rude.

« Good but could be better, actually it was better. »

The hotel, location, cleanliness, food was good, BUT there was not even a little gift or special treatment for my 8 years old daughter. She was ignored by the staff, it was like if she was not there. Last time we went to this hotel they treated ger on a soegual way, they even prepared a tent for her. Now the experience was not so good, we were disappointed...anyway the entire rest is fine.

I had an embarrassing situation while having breakfast. The waiter came to me and asked what was my room number. After I said he check his list, stopped in front of me and said: your room number is not in the list and stayed looking at me. I said: well, then you have a problem, go and check with reception. He went there , called them and came back saying: everything is OK, the list was not updated, although I had arrived the night before. Then I said: of course this is OK, do you think I am not a guest??! Then another guest came and he asked the same question and her room number was also not in the list. At least he did not tell her the same thing and decided to check. Mistakes can happen and his list was not updated, but this is not a guest problem. He stopped looking at me expecting what? Me to go there and check with reception??? I felt really upset, I have used this hotel for many times. Another point for improvement is the food. The scrambled eggs is made with milk. So lactose intolerant people cannot eat, like me.

I had a nice stay. The rooms are simple but I liked the apartment set up. The windows are thin and let in a lot of noise but you never hear noise from other rooms. Breakfast was nice and also didn’t cost much.
