I enjoyed my stay, the service was great and staff was gentle. The room was good, but I felt that near the lunch table the light was too dim, and I also missed a cook top or microwave.

Overall experience was fine. However, I had to call to the hotel Mercure Batel and talked with Adria in order to request the original invoices. I expected to receive it without having to call to hotel.

« Best stay in a Mercure Hotel! »

The room was awsome! A duplex one, with lots of room to be really comfortable. The restaurant was fantastic, doesn't matter if it was serving breakfast , lunch or dinner: I could have one of each meal there, at least once, and on every one it was a tasteful experience.

« Terrible experience with the elevator, 20 minutes waiting. »

There was only one elevator working and they allowed the construction material to be transported in it, further congesting its use by the guests, in the morning, the rush time for guests!

« Rooms were OK. But breakfast was too ordinary and very limited »

Rooms were OK in terms of space and comfort. However noisy with vehicles sounds. No complimentary water (at least 1). Very ordinary breakfast and limited options. This is big disappointment for me. Restaurant with in the hotel is also Not Good. Quite small menu (around 3 to 5). Not going to consider this hotel again. Thank you

Hotel Accommodation is good, however, lot of noise during night with vehicle sounds. Lifts are very old. And biggest let down was Breakfast. Breakfast was have very limited options and it is repetitive, Not upto Mercure standards.

1) At check in they tried to charge more than agreed during booking via their web site.2) Parking is charged in advance from another company. No more responsibility from the hotel.3) No iron available to press shirts....UMBELIEVABLE.4) Hotel under refurbished process...a lot of dusty on corridors and rooms.
