Staff was very friendly and acommodating. The rooms were rather small and the air was stale and moldy. It took several hours to air the room enough for the smell to go away. Otherwise, it was ok. I would not go back, though.

« Understaffed. »

Too few people working at the hotel during the whole week. The people who were working were exceptional though, really more than expected. We have called reception many times without an answer the same happened with room service. One of the main elevators were off the whole stay ( 7 days), which in an hotel with 180 bedrooms in a 20 story building makes a difference. Valet service was understaffed too most of the times with extra waiting compared to before.

« Just needed a good sleep night, but I had the opposite. »

Terrible noisy mattress. Terrible noisy street and windows without acoustics supression. I dod not slept well this night and I’ve asked for a quiet room during reservation.

« No alternatives for not working heating »

Heating was not working. I have reported the problem to the reception, they have checked and, surprisingly the alternative presented was an extra blanket! I was completely unsatisfied with the impossibility of moving to another room. It were two very cold nights. Besides that, room is clearly old.

I do not know what to say anymore, what I had to say I already reported on a form sent by the Accor website.   I am very disappointed, do not recommend to any maniera, extremely dirty and noisy the hotel. it's a shame for the Accor.
