I booked the room for a birthday celebration which in a way went wrong. The hotel organised a cake and a card which were thoughtful - however, we were disappointed when found out that the room was prepared for two guests only while the reservation was made for three instead. We needed to call the reception and wait for more towels, glasses, cups and sofa bed to be settled. Regarding the swimming pool, the refurbishment was not finalised; but, we were told we could use it - choosing not to; due to the location which has the restaurant's windows facing the pool which was not appealing to us.

Excellent place to stay and enjoy Curitiba. It´s located in Batel, an elegant district of Curitiba, close to main shopping malls, restaurants and cafes. Journeying by car can be a convenient option if you prefer to be flexible. It`s possible to use Uber for transportation.

Wi-Fi was impossible. Many falls, and even when working, not scoping the whole room. Very hard to stay 14 days in a room with such bad internet performance. I will seriously consider to stay at another hotel when coming back to Curitiba

I enjoyed my stay, the service was great and staff was gentle. The room was good, but I felt that near the lunch table the light was too dim, and I also missed a cook top or microwave.
