Satisfactory to good. Reception staff pleasant and helpful. Breakfast area and contents ok. Setting out of room appeared crowded. Suggest refrigerator in room be turned on ready and stocked with some items - a better look of efficiency and atmosphere. Suggest television set up not necessarily be only viewed from bed. Lifts one day took took at least 10 minutes to arrive (Staff lift apparently was not working) Not convinced that the floor was vacuumed every day. Tea bags or sweetners need to be added to each day. Milk was not topped up until asked for at reception. Needs to be checked every day. Generally, the experience was ok.

the room was spacious and overall good. however one of the beer or wine bottle in the mini bar broke prior to my check-in and the drink was spilled in the fridge. quite unpleasant, called the reception and notified them about it. the television was not working too. have to call the receptionist about it. but she promptly arrived to help solve the issue.

To be perfectly candid, I booked it through the Day Use website, which means it was a romantic escape for my partner and I. She comes from a background that would make it fatal if she were seen with me, so discretion and a quick checkin are needed. Your staff were very professional. It was a beautiful room. I can't find any fault at all and I would love to come back. Thank you.

The room was lovely and quiet. However the provided toiletries all had the seals broken. Also when I went to leave the staff member said they would call a taxi and after 20 or so minutes I asked for an update on its arrival (I am in the lobby sitting on the seats by the doors waiting for its arrival) she told me it had already been and gone. As I was still there and was sitting by the door the whole time I said that I did not see a taxi arrive or leave. It was just her begrudging attitude - another service provider had to say to her 'Perhaps you could call another taxi'. The taxi was then very quick to arrive.

It was very good and comfortable. I was there for 1.5 weeks whilst doing work experience for a course, and it felt like home during that period - only better having someone cook, wash and clean for me. The staff were happy, very nice and helpful. Nothing was an issue for them.

Customer service was excellent when checking in and we were overly impressed when our delivered pizza's for dinner were brought up to our room by staff (we were expecting a buzz to come and pick up). Room was clean, modern and comfortable. Price was best value for the area and perfectly met our needs.

This was a business trip so very limited time spent in hotel room. Room was spacious and well maintained with adequate amenities. I expected at least a bottle of drinking water should have been provided as complimentary which wasn't there. There were few gaps in house keeping as shampoo and hand towels were not replaced on couple of days. Room was comfortable and quite for good rest after busy day. Front office staff was courteous and helpful. Guided well on queries related to local commute and other queries.

Concierge and service were fine but it was annoying having to rapidly get ready to go because of the fire alarm. Not your fault as it was the dickhead that was smoking in his room. My wife couldn’t get to sleep though.

Team at front desk were lovely and greeted me in a happy and pleasant manner. Room was clean and comfortable. Food in the restaurant was very ordinary and the price and quality of cooking of my steak was poor. My view is I will happily stay again but not eat at the restaurant.

The hotel was good except the air-conditioner didn't work ( or work properly). Someone came up but couldn't get it working and said th at it would have to be seen to by a qualified person. They gave us a floor heater, which did give us some warmth. Room 420.

Accommodation was fantastic. elevator 1 do not go in as this gets stuck. We pushed the telephone urgent button and it was disconnected 3 times. Did not get any compensation or sympathy from reception.

Our guests safety is high priority whilst staying with us and I do apologize that you weren't made to feel safe during this situation.
