I booked four rooms in my name and we had people in out of rooms all week. The process was handled with professionalism and nothing was a concern. Meals and staff are a credit ti the organisation.

When I booked I requested 3 separate beds and had to take a Junior suite to accommodate this request. All ok. While staying for over a week in January and experiencing some problems I double checked the request for 3 separate beds. When I received a call from the hotel to confirm we I was still coming, the 3 beds request was not on the record! I also requested 2 towels per lady = 6 towels. These were NOT provided. The female staff person on duty on the day of our arrival was excellent. Pleasant, helpful and courteous.

Staff where very friendly. The pool was great and sitting out on the terrace for breakfast was lovely. Found the location a little out of parramatta to actually be good as it has great access to major road. If I was going to races would definitely use this place and close to Homebush. Local shops and restaurants are very handy

Customer service in the buffet breakfast was exceptional. Over all is was quit good. The only thing I would have to say is there is quiet a bit of damage to the rooms peeling paint and marks on walls and furniture. Also I believe the $15 p/n fee for parking is a bit steep apart from that we enjoyed our stay

We had dinner it was value for money. We have had better breakfasts at other Mercure hotels. We took advantage of the $1:00 breakfast deal which made up for the quality.

I had a lovely stay and felt relaxed and was greeted warmly by all staff who were patient and helpful. My only concern was trying to operate the shower as I couldn't find the right temperature (a very very small suggestion as it wasn't a big deal).

the nuilding is missing paint in many areas and looks tired. the breakfast only cost $1 but I feel like I overpayed as the bacon was dry, the egg was yuck and the coffee was a machine. (not good)
