« Found dining room experience very disappointing. »

The room and staff were just great. Unfortunately the dining room was not up to standard . Entrees and breads were brought out with main meals after waiting some time. The dining room was not full, and we dined late, only about 6 other diners who left just after we arrived. Orders were mixed up.

From check-in on wards, the staff at reception and dining/restaurant were exemplary. Friendly, professional and prompt, they made my 3 day stay feel warm and welcome. I travel almost weekly, staying at various 4 and 5 star hotels. This was by far the most impressive service I have experienced this year! Particular thanks to Jiz, Elise, and Juliana.

« Total Relaxation!! »

We had an overnight here after a very busy working week and had a wonderful time.We were checked in by the super friendly Daniel and lucky enough to be upgraded to a privilege room in the 7th floor which had a rest view and a super comfy king bed plus robes and slippers.Also had a complimentary bottle of Bubbly on ice in the room which was much appreciated!!We just took advantage of the room, used the ppl and ordered room service for dinner and were looked after by the lovely Elise who provided excellent customer service going above and beyond to ensure we had exactly what we wanted!!Next morning we had a delicious breakfast with Raj making the best coffees!!All in all our weekend was just what we had needed. A big Thank you to all 🙏 Were back early next year and looking forward.

Thanks for the great stay! Nice, clean rooms, Comfy bed & LOVED the pillow selection - I usually have to sleep without a pillow at hotels because they are too high but there were both low and high pillows on my bed already.

« Service from staff is beyond reproach. »

Completed a small survey during my stay which was acted upon on the same day; Amazing. As an ACCOR member, the room I had was OK, mattress was very firm and hurt my back, causing me to not sleep well. Have had much better nights sleep on previous stays. Staff were always polite and professional, however need to have a better process when waiting at the desk to enter the restaurant for dinner, I was stood waiting for while on two evenings, unless you know to go around to the bar area and request service.

Rooms were ok. Each time I went to the bar, reception or the restaurant, there was nobody there to assist me. I had to wait for someone to turn up. I had dinner one night in the restaurant with a colleague - we both had the steak. It was extremely tough.

I am used to staying at the Novotel Parramatta but could not get in. This was a nice alternative. The property was not as run down as the Novotel but the Novotel's location is much better as it is closer to more restaurants. The hotel was good, Showers were very good but the breakfast was a bit disappointing.

Everything at the hotel was lovely, staff friendly rooms very clean the only slight negative would be that the pool had leaves in it and did not appear to be cleaned from one day to the next. However in saying that it was a very windy weekend and perhaps this was totally unavoidable.
