After 1 year using this hotel I think the issue of the bus removing is going to make me look for another hotels better located in Zwolle.

« Room okay but more light is appreciated »

The room is standard and okay to stay for a night. The rooms are a bit older but fair enough for the price we paid. We stayed with a family of two adults and two children in one room. I would recommend to provide more lights in the room, it seems to be a very dark room without sufficient lights that are far too weak.

« Ok, but »

This is our go-to hotel whenever we are in the area. However, this time we decided not to book online as we saw there was plenty of room. We just went and booked at the hotel. As a result, we did not get the usual discount for being a "Le Club AccorHotels member". Not that we would've saved lots of money, but it's about the feeling you get. Will not go here again.

« Just ok »

Restaurant is good. Nice employees. Room had a good view. Couldn't receive NPO1 and NPO3 (and a few others). Informed the reception desk about it but, they never fixed it. Even though they had a full day to restore the TV. Dead bugs on the wall and spider cobs on the ceiling.

« Almost everything was right »

The room was very good except that the heating pipe work made a lot of noise the first two nights. Also there was no towel rail so nowhere to hang towels. It would have been good to have a radio or to know if radio channels were available on the tv. There was no information about available tv/radio channels in the room. The food was very good but there was no information about what was available or prices in the room. I was told it was available at reception but there was only a screen which flashed it up briefly every few minutes and you had to stand and wait for it to come around. Or the receptionist took a sheet with the information out of a cupboard and allowed you to look at it but not take it away. There should have been something in the room and on display around the hotel. I understand there will be changes do it doesn't have to give details. Just the cost of a main course or starter etc. There wasn't even anything in the room telling you what time breakfast was.

Was OK except from the restaurant were they constantly spoke Dutch even if they knew I couldn't understand. Chairs in the restaurant was dirty else OK

« Short but sweet. »

Clean room, a bit too warm as we were staying there with three people. Quite a bit of noise from the hall during the night. We are coffee-addicts, more coffee in the room would be greatly appreciated!

« Great time in Zwolle »

Very nice location, very easily accessible, just a few miles off the city center. Confortable room. We slept very well. We also enjoyed the restaurant for diner and breakfast. We felt very welcome.

« Bad setup bad bed »

My first experience in your hotel was very positive, the last one lee. I got a room with a sofa, that I book so i can work on it sitted, the sofa was prepared as a bed while I booked for 1 person. The main bed gave me the feeling it was getting old and the global smell of the room was not very fresh.

The room was comfortable, clean and with a nice view of the surrounding countryside. The staff were welcoming and curteous. They were extremely helpful about the local area and booked our taxi for us.

Room was dark. Large hedge in front of my room obscured all the light. Room was clean though and TV stations in abundance including my favorite (which wasn't available last time) Food in restaurant was good some days and bad the other day. Overall OK
