Everything was perfect, with a few small details and one more disappointing thing. The small details are that the hot water only appeared in the shower by the end of showering and the internet connection was very bad. The worst experience of our stay was the airport transfer with the taxi you arranged as the taxi arrived with 15 minutes delay and we were worried if we will make it for the flight.

As this service is not dependent on our hotel, the time desired by our guests is communicated to the company, and we have no power about their punctuality. « below average... »

There were multiple issues: 1.) even though I filled in the CheckIn data before, i needed to write down contact information upon arrival (i don't see the benefit of the online CheckIn) 2.) My room as overall ok, but there was a moldy smell in the bathroom 3.) When leaving after CheckOut, there was a strange looking/behaving person at the hotel bar, who was presumably drunk, this left a negative feeling with respect to the overall comfort in your hotel.

I was glad to be able to book in so quickly and the staff were very helpful about maps of Charleroi etc and organising a taxi. The room was comfortable and breakfast was easy to access although the hot food was fairly minimal. Booking out early as I had to come back to England was easily achieved and overall it was an enjoyable experience.

Thuan was a short stopover before a flight from Charleroi. The location just across from the station was ideal. Staff were very friendly and efficient. The room was basic but comfortable, clean and quiet. This was our second time to stay in two weeks, and it is very likely that we will stay again.

Bad surprise, the room was very cold when we arrived. I was staying with my winter jacket while waiting the old air-conditioner start working. In the next hours the temperature did not change too much. The noise was more than I can accept, I was hearing everybody in the corridor and also outside on the street. The towels are very old and not enough - just one per person.

« Good place to regenerate between travels »

Hotel is very conveniently located, just next to the train station (and a new shopping gallery if you are interested). Rooms are small but generally ok, most importantly clean. A good place to stay overnight after coming in to Charleroi airport and continuing by train the next day.

The welcome was nice and the bed comfortable, but the bathroom was a bit outdated: - lighting took very long to switch on and blink a lot - the walls and shower needs to be renewed/repainted Price is a bit high 75 euros from 59 euros for a monday night... It's not clear what influence the increase of price.
