It was a very short stay for business reasons. The hotel is conveniently located just across the train station square. My room was spacious and quiet.

Hotel is excellently placed for the railway station 5 mins walk together with the centre of the town. The hotel reception was first class, very organised and efficient, room was a decent size, in good condition and clean. It also had a small but well stocked bar area. We did not take breakfast so i cannot comment on this. Whilst we were there there was a small fire (23.30) at night and in the reception area. We therefor had to vacate the hotel. The hotel personnel dealt with this situation well, unfortunately the local services (particularly police who seemed to be in charge) did not resulting in us being left outside until 0140 on a very cold morning, not the hotels fault.

I arrived at midnight, from the airport. I checked in nicely, the staff member was very nice. However, the room had a door to another double room, and there is no sound isolation at all. I took the hotel in order to have a good night's sleep before another flight. In reality, I had to listen to everything the couple behind the wall did and said - and I can't blame them but the hotel. I could hear their every step, every work, how they go to the toilet. This is completely unacceptable when you pay for a separate room, not a shared room!

Location is very good, near the train station but too much noise in the hallway (sound insolation issue). The superior room is simple, nothing special but the quality of the mattress is good. Overall, the price per night (100 €) is too expensive for the quality. At least the breakfast should be included.

silver card holder. Hotel advertised with air conditioning. Visited last year same time, same problem air conditioning not working. Last year got a change of room, this year requested and given a fan.

The rooms is well kept, but with old furniture. The bed was creaking all night even from small movements. We heard conversations of our neighbors because the noise isolation is very low. I hope you can fix this small defects. Thanks

Perfectly located for the station and the lower town. The staff are very helpful, and there is a small bar area. I've stayed here many times and will continue to do so.

The stay was great, Bruno (receptionist) was very polite and helped us somemhch throughout our stay! He planned the best routes and showed us great websites on how to get to the zoo and Brussels city centre. Was very helpful that he spoke very well english. He also made sure we got to the airport on time and showed us the shuttle bus timetable and other possible routes

Team was friendly acting. Room need to be supported with simple items such as; another trash basket, slippers, face small towels. Parque needs some maintenance.

Old outdated hotel. Very basic interior and everything feelse extremely cramped. Would not recommend. Price/quality wise there are better hotels around.

The reception was friendly and welcoming. The room had a double bed with good matress and a bathroom with good and clean shower. It's not big luxury but I got what I needed. Breakfast is great, a choice for each, lots of fresh fruit, good croissants and good bread. And friendly staff. I stayed for 2 nights and I was happy. Thanks!

What is really good about this hotel, the "taxi shuttle" just for 17 € from Charleroi airport :)The hotel has a very good location, just next to the railway station a and a shopping mall :)Very nice breakfast and female staff is very helpful, can't say that about the male staff, as the hotel bar should be 24 hours but only when there are females at the reception as they also serve the drinks... :-/
