I flew in for one night, room was clean, bed was comfortable. All in all, exactly what I expected. Unfortunately, I seem to always be put in a room right by the lift - would be good for a note to be put on the system for me to be put away from this location in future.

Great location. We were directed to parking that was not close enough to the hotel and travelling with 2 small children this was inconvenient. We later found out that parking was available closer. We also ordered a taxi to Docklands and wish we were informed about the free trams available. Overall though our stay was great.

« Convenient »

I was traveling with my 5 week old son and his nan, the staff were fantastic. The gentleman at the front counter was extremely helpful when he realized we had a baby with us, explaining to use the car park for ramp access. He also changed our room so we could use our own porta cot. The staff in the restaurant were very friendly and accommodating as we had a peak at breakfast and dinner. They made sure we had enough room and were comfortable.

I was quite disappointed this time with the lack of customer service at the counter when I checked in - considering I say there often and am a Platinum Member I thought that the gentleman was very dismissive to my requests and didn't seem to care. This is not normally the welcome I receive

« Great location. Room in need of TLC »

The entry and foyer is quite inviting. The facilities are easily accessible. I think the overall building is a little tired and in need of TLC. The staff were generally courteous. Overall the experience was pleasant but I do not think I would stay there again as I believe I can get better value from another hotel.

« A few issues »

When we arrived checkin was nice and easy we got our room key and went up to our room, put our bags in there. Then went for a walk for some lunch when we returned we couldn't get into our room went to reception and they had changed our room on the system, we were questioned whether we had the right room and I explained yes we have already put our bags in there etc, our room key worked to get us back to level 9 where our room was but wouldn't get us in room as we had been changed to a room on level 3. It took about 15 20 mins for them to sort out and we finally got back into our room. Not a great experience when we had to go in and get ready to go out that night.
