« No AC - No safe - dirty room »

There was no air conditionner. Room was warm. I asked to fix and nothing was done. Just a visit of a so called technician who did nothing. And the receptionist telling me the problem was fixed when it was not. Ridiculous. I will not come back. I used to stay in your hotel very often about 5 - 10 years back. No longer. Thanks for asking for my opinion.

« It was okay but a lower standard of cleanliness than what I’m used to with an Ibis property. »

Bed was comfortable and clean. Shower soap was great. Toilet seat was completely off of its hinges. Curtains had holes, floor was stained and dirty. Loved the open window option. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I have stayed two nights and rooms are not clean and it was rusted as well as with warter flo marks on wall corners. Staffs are not at all friendly to customers. Not even keetle provision to make hot water for kids .. I wotn suggest to any of my friends.

« Stay was not up to expectation »

1. Staffs at morning shift were not friendly to customer and not with positive attitude. 2. Rooms were full of fungal and water flow marks and window screens were torn apart not at all up to IBIS QUALITY STANDARDS.. 3. Even they don't provide kettle to make hot water for kids and it's very primitive in service with out any food for service in room. 4. If you call hotel for any query they will straight away hung up calls abruptly for repeated number of times as they don't speak English. 5. Finally would not recommend to any friend circle..

Breakfast was not worth looking forward to. We had better breakfast with Ibis hotels where sausages, scrambled eggs and baked tomatoes were served. Too bad since the location is perfect! The shelves in the room are broken. Pillows worn out.

« Perfect location, comfortable bed, but no kettle! »

Can't fault location - Metro is 2 steps from the hotel door, very comfortable bed, windows shut the noise out, adequate bathroom and a shower. I would only add a kettle and tea&coffee facility plus some channels on TV (there were no international on mine)

The room was in a poor state : a drawer was missing from a cupboard, bits of the ceiling and wall plasters were missing or cracked, the bathroom is seriously past its best days, only two things towels available and the shower head had a low pressure (I've got thick long hair so took ages to wash it!). The bed was very comfortable!

Overall good hotel and helpful reception staff.A little noisy at night, given the location. Easy access to metro, team, bus, shops and restaurants. There is a public car park which is also very practical.
