« Worst of all Ibis. i did not spend a night , i cancelled the two day reservation and opted for another hotel in Paris. I serious call for my refund which 'm stll expecting »

NO satisfaction, instead a bad experience . Dirty room. spent out soap. disrespective front desk officer , with no willingness to assist. non functioning telephone intercom

« the state of the hotel and the room (619), derelict and dirty is just appalling. I will of course mention this shameful treatment of customer on Trip advisor etc. »

The room was clean, if a little bit bare. Renovation seemed to have taken place recently and had not been done very well - bedstands were poorly attached, there was a gap in the flooring, and there was slight water damage under the bathroom floor laminate, which made the room look dirty. The main bed was very firm and uncomfortable, and the sofa bed left quite a lot to be desired.

The staff were helpful, however the room was not the usual Ibis Hotel standard I am used to. There was no kettle in the room and I had to pay €2.50 not sure if that is a French standard. The remote control was not working and we could not subtitle the TV to English all channels where in French, it would have been helpful to understand the news and other programs. The shower tray did not drain well when we were showering so would fill up.

The room was noisy, poorly maintained, leaky shower/bath made a pool of water on the floor, stained toilet in and outside the toilet bowl, dirty stained floors, no fronts on several draws and the room was not at all like the room advertised on the website. We left 3 days early without a refund. Not to Ibsis standards at all.

Room is well arranged. Hotel is well located, close to buses and metro. No room service, no service at the bar to eat a little thing for an Accor hotel that's very poor. They pretended that a break down of the elevator was the reason for not serving items on the hotel card. This hotel should organize for improvement the respect and the quality of its services.

I've had booked a room for 3. - The sofa bed was still closed and we prepared it ourselves. - We only had two mid size towels in the hotel. When I ask at the reception the first night they gave me 1 other mid size and only two smalls. The day after the cleaners took away all the extra I did ask and left again two mid size towles. When I did ask again at receptions they gave me just one big towel and said that they "DID NOT HAVE" the small ones. - We found often the person in charge at the reception watching the tv or sitting at the bar drinking. - Very little courtesy was showed at any request- There is no service to leaving the luggage. You have to pay a store INSIDE the hotel to leave them while they could have used the same room just to store custmers baggages as any other hotels do.- I ask for late checkout being a Gold Member. They gave me just 1hr extra while I ask for 3hrs. They told me that they have given it already to too many people (not GOLD members) therefore they could not afford more rooms on late checkout becasue the hotel was fully booked. While I was checking out at 10am a guy enter the hotel asking for availability of a room and they confirmed that they had a rooms available and checkin could have been done at 12am. So they lied saying that the hotel was fully booked and they lied saying to not be able to give extra hours for late checkout. - Altought they claim to have confortable matress in my opinion they were not the standard ones that Ibis has. Very uncofortable.

« Broken bed and clogged drains »

We had one sofa bed for our two night stay. I had to go and get a fresh sheet myself and as soon as I made the bed IT CAVED IN and I fell hurting my leg and arms while trying to resist the fall. Went to the receiption to report this and the guy at the receiption (on 16th night) was upset with me for disturbing him. He was very rude and I didn’t appreciate being spoken to in that way. I showed him the pictures of the bed with no stilts to support the mattress and he told me that it’s not possible but refused to send someone to check the bed. During this conversation he raised his voice multiple times and I had to ultimately tell him that I should be the one upset as I fell and hurt myself. He then says LEAVE THE ROOM. It was the middle of the night!!! After this he fishes out another key and says take this as if it’s favor. I refused to speak to him anymore and went upstairs and slept on the broken bed. In the morning I spoke to the nice lady at the receiption and she sent someone to see the room. The person who cane was shocked at seeing the room with clogged drains and a caved in bed. We were then moved to another room. This incident ruined my Paris experience and left me with a back ache from the fall. Terrible stay. Why were we given a non functional room in the first place. Someone should have inspected the room. I would want a refund for the 16th night.

On first impressions the room was smaller than expected and very old giving the impression that it was dirty. The bathroom was really disappointing with fixtures broken and the shower weak as half the water came out of the tap and not the shower head and awful stained Lino. However the bed was super comfortable and double windows blocked out all the external noise of traffic etc. This was a big plus. The room should have a kettle for tea and coffee and a TV channel guide would have been appreciated.
