The shower head in our room was broken for 2 nights out of 3 of our stay. We reported to the hotel and was promised will be fixed the next day. No, they didn’t fix it and refused to give us other room. We can’t shower for 2 nights and the hotel receptionist was not helpful and very rude. Kept shirking her shoulders and said she can’t help with the situation. The room was dated, broken table and broken lights. The worst is the shower head not working properly so we couldn’t shower. We were travelling with young kids and this is the most terrible hotel stay during our two weeks Europe trip. Very disappointed!

Friendly staffs, good guestroom clean and unique. We have a good stay in the hotel as the staffs services is attentive and responsible. Great thanks to Thierry for his professionalism knowledge. Also to Abdoulaye, Jerome and all welcome front female for their good customer service. I will come back.

This hotel was perfect for going anywere as the metro is at the door . Also reception staff friendly . Not all speak English but a few did . Abdullah was very helpful for us he works night time and speaks great English . Overall iv nothing negitive to say!
