« Wonderful Stay in the Heart of Queenstown »

This was our first trip to New Zealand, and Hotel St. Moritz Queenstown was our first stop. We had an exceptional 3-night stay. Our luxurious and comfortable room had a beautiful view of Lake Wakatipu and the Remarkables mountain range. The staff was friendly and eager to assist in whatever we needed. Breakfast was delightful and offered many options. The hotel was a close walk to the heart of downtown Queenstown, which made exploring the town and discovering fabulous eateries very accessible.

The overall quality of service and facilities was wonderful and good value for money. We loved the modern decor, especially the bathroom. The room was very clean and tidy. We enjoyed the option of having breakfast brought to our room. The view was spectacular. Bed was very comfortable. The room was quiet and easy to sleep in. Appreciated the bathrobe and slippers.

Enjoyed a three night stay in one of the lake view rooms. Simply stunning views and beautifully fitted out room. Staff very attentive and helpful. Close to all Queenstown central shopping areas by foot. Would come back at th drop of a hat.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay. The staff here take a fabulous hotel to the next level. Every single staff member we encountered was friendly & helpful. Our rooms were delightful and every comfort of home had been thought of including bath salts & chocolates each night on the pillow. The meals we enjoyed were presented beautifully and were very tasty. We can't wait to return ...

« Nice, cozy room with great views! »

The lobby is very cozy, with a warm fire going and lovely stone to the ceiling. Our bed was very comfortable, nicely appointed room and very roomy bath. The views of the lake and Queenstown will make you smile. I loved the wool blanket in our living area.

I was attending conference with work colleagues. My first time at the St Moritz and all my needs were met albeit it would have been helpful to have the Gluten Free options labeled so others did not start to eat it before I got there!

I loved staying at Hotem St Moritz. I really loved the little touches they had for us with a baby with the cot to a nappy bin. The room was stunningly styled and the customer service from everyone was impeccable. The only thing was the room service was not that amazing and not that hot when we got it. For real luxury in the shower you should have a shower head at each end so your back doesn’t get cold.

I had a great stay at Hotel St Moritz. The room was perfectly comfortable, and everything had a very cozy vibe. My only problem was that I had to wait an hour past check-in time. I originally arrived at around 11am just to see if my room would be ready. It was not ready, which was not a problem, so I just left my bags and went for lunch. I came back at 2pm (check-in time), and was told my room still was not ready. Because of this, I was offered a free drink ticket at the bar. After waiting an hour for someone to come tell me the room was ready, I went back to reception to ask for an update at 3pm. Finally, the room was ready. It was not a huge deal that I had to wait, but it would have been nice to have more of an update rather than keep me waiting at the hotel. Everything else about my experience was great, though. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Central location, amazing views, very friendly staff , very good breakfast, good room service, excellent shower. Reasonable price. A bit dark lobby but not an issue for me. Also short but steep hill to get by walk. I recommend this hotel.

My wife and I stayed for three nights with two daughters and four grandchildren and found all the staff so very cooperative and willing to help make room arrangements etc. Rooms were immaculate and although not over big sufficient for our usage. Breakfasts were excellent and easily filled hungry teenage boys.
