I could not fault our stay we had a wonderful time. The staff at the front desk and concierge were so friendly and obliging. The wait staff at breakfast were fantastic they were so caring and considerate and the lovely lady that cleaned my room did a wonderful job everyday. Thank you.

Recently stayed at the Mercure Central Sydney for a company sales conference, it was easily the best conference facility I have attended, the staff were excellent and the facilities were also very good. A very pleasurable few days.

Typical Sydney experience for me. I'm not a fan of staying in rooms with two beds when it is one person (just me). It feels a bit like I'm in a backpacker hotel. The staff were very friendly, though. The main reception room is very nicely fitted out. The rooms are pretty average. Mine was long and skinny.

Concierge and staff at restaurant very helpful. Room always very clean. Had to wait quite a while before being served on arrival. There was only one other person being served at the time. Very quick departure. Would love to have a room with a separate shower, due to safety concerns getting in and out of the shower (over the bath). Great choice for breakfast and room service very prompt and good quality.

Booked this hotel on Red Balloon sale, great price and the loyalty welcome was the best I have had lately as a Accor plus gold member. This hotel is in great location for city shows, close to central station. The Eve bar is great for a drink or a quick meal - not to mention happy hour mid week! The staff are very friendly and helpful and I would book this hotel again for a Sydney stay. I would like to give the young man on reception, Michael or Mitchell I think his name was for excellent Customer service.

Staff were absolutely lovely, approachable and very attentive. Breakfast offered a large variety of foods and was constantly being replenished. The negative however was i arrived at 2.30pm for a 2pm check in and the room still hadn't been cleaned yet.

I can't count how many times I stayed in this hotel. Reasonable price. I always feel welcome. Almost all my requests are being granted. I love the breakfast here. Late check-out are easy to ask. Wonderful staff. The only downside on the last two recent stay was the slow internet connections and it took me time to connect which was never an issue before.

our stay was a restful experience . We were upgraded to 1411 room which was marvelous as we could just sit on the chair and sofa and await our plans . our bags were taken to room by Arden /or Aiden from the consieage dept. and he remembered my name the next day , so i was impressed. very quiet room too. so thank you we will return as we have done before. I still would have liked body lotion to be included or swapped with another item in the bathroom . the menu in ELEMENTS COULD HAVE HAD SOME BASIC ITEMS ON THE MENU .

I made a booking through Accor hotels website, but I was charged about $60 more than I was informed in the email when I made the booking when we were checking in. I showed the email and the receptionist fixed the price but if I didn’t point that out, I think I was charged extra and that made me little worry about the booking system is not functioning. Rather than that, our stay was great.

Poor communication prior to check in. I don't have credit cards, so the surprise requirement for a room fully paid for in advance was an unhappy problem. Concierges were very nice. Breakfast was good, but your waffles are WAY too sweet!!. Room was small....no toilet brush provided, no overhead lighting. WHO pays extra for Wifi?? YOU really do need to include that in the room charge! Annoying that I was forced to have room service, and then my favourite pyjamas were taken with the sheets.

Staff were friendly and attentive. They wanted to make your stay awesome. Really appreciated the flexibility of the dining room staff in assisting wih my daughter's dinner requests. It dosen't always occur so we appreciate it when it does.
