This is the perfect city accomodation for someone coming from the country. Easy to find and close to everything. My business was at the SLNSW but l enjoyed the nightlife down in 'spice alley'in the evening. Thoroughly recommended.

I checked in online so collecting the room pass was smooth. The room was clean and comfortable. Suggestions: 1. A complimentary bottle of water in the room would have been nice. I provided that feedback on the app which popped up on my phone asking how did I rate my experience so far, but nothing happened. 2. A greater range of herbal tea in the room would have been good also. 3. I had continental breakfast on both days. The range of breakfast cereals was disappointing. Please could you provide muesli. 4. Every time I stay in a hotel I always try to re-use my towels but most housekeeping staff seem oblivious to the environmental notices in the room. My towels were replaced even though I had hung them up in accordance with what the environment notice states. Suggest housekeeping staff receive further training on this.

Hotel great. Staff on front counter so friendly and helpful. Swiss girl on desk such a lovely girl. Think her name was Mara? Rooms are spotlessly clean. Beds comfortable. Easy walk to city. Not a fan of restaurant. Menu needs to cater for plain food. Would not eat there.

Booking was a nightmare because it was to be paid for with a company credit card. We were transfered from the reservations line to the in house booking and back again. In the end we couldn't actually pay for the accomodation so There was a long wait to check in. We were advised our room was recently renovated and when we arrived the room looked very nice and fresh. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom, although recently renovated had very poor functionality. The drain in the shower did not drain effectively so the whole bathroom floor flooded within minutes of turning on shower and the water drained out the central drain in the middle of the bathroom floor. We had to use towels to create a dam bank across the bathroom door to stop the water escaping onto the carpet. The toilet is positioned facing the vanity so that we couldn't sit on it normally, we had to sit on it sideways, which was ridiculous. The super sharp edges of the vanity were also very dangerous on the knees. Very basic gym. Check out was also prolonged with mistakes on our account having to be corrected.
