Upon arrival we were greeted by a very helpful and friendly member of the staff. The room was nice and clean and well appointed. As it was a special occasion, the champagne and strawberries and chocolate were a pleasant surprised and a very nice detail. This is the hotel of our choice when visiting Sydney, we have stayed several times in the past and we will continue to stay the in the future. Very satisfied.

Yes it was ok however I dis not like the extra use of my Credit card (i hate the unnecessary paper work)eg the accomodation chagre, then the credit card fee and then the last swipe for Misc. fees in case of room charges $5 etc then room service.. much prefer to have accom Plus other fees on the one transaction..... It is always great to be back. The crew is great and it is grateful my room got upgraded. However, the room with balcony seems odd. It is against the main road/station and quite noisy. No sure anyone would like to sit there.. Rooms located on 13rd floor are still preferred. There is another thing add- my credit card was charged 11AUD from the hotel and I dont recall any expense. Friendly greeting and helpful desk staff when we arrived early in the morning. Also very helpful at the end of our stay when we had left things in the safe and were in a rush! Clean and tidy room. Warned of some renovations and noise, but we didn't notice the noise. Great location to just go out and get the train or bus.

Priority check in was slower than the normal check in. 1 person doing priority and 2 people doing normal. The normal check in eventually called me over so I didn't actually use the priority. Getting charged $40 to park overnight in the car park was disappointing. I feel it should be free if you are staying in the hotel. We were upgraded to a King room for no extra charge so that did cushion the blow a bit.

I stayed for one night, the staff that helped me checked in was very efficient, and very cheerful. The room I stayed in was newly refurbished, with coffee machines, big tv. As an accor member, I received drinks vouchers..it was nice to get a cool beer! It is easy to get to darling harbour, townhall, and wynard. The best thing about this hotel is getting to the Sydney airport, very convenient
