Great Accommodation and friendly staff!!!! Very enjoyable meals. Nice little Bar that has a street aspect. Close to the CBD. And close to the UTS where I was visiting for my stay in Sydney. Overall a comfortable and convenient location.

It was a very pleasing stay. We felt very welcomed by a young girl named Sara. Sara heard we had a very bad experience before coming over and really made us all smile with a free drinks gift card. I really hope all the staff have a great 2019 as they were all very polite and so helpful.

breakfast was well below par and I felt sorry for the staff. would you be happy paying full price for a service that was sub standard and poorly planned due to your renovations. if you actually care about customer retention then I'd be extending apologies for your breakfast mess and offering incentives for guests affected to stay with you again.

It was enjoyable but the breakfast buffet was terrible. Many of the chafing dishes were empty and we had kids hat were hungry. It was too warm in the dining room, the coffee wasn't freshly made as in other hotels, it was out of a coffee machine. There was an irritable American guest that disrupted us during our stay which I should have reported to staff at the time but we had to look after our 3 children.

Room was quite good but the line up for the breakfast was very dissapointed also due to the number of people, we had to ask for plates, cutlery, orange juice to be refilled, sitting the people at the end of our table could not get out as we all had to get up to let them out, line for toast and coffee machine was rediculos, also nothing was open for lunch on Sunday and had to go elsewhere

The location suited us wonderfully but there were a few issues. Food trays were left in the hall filled with curry and egg stinking the area for the whole of the day. It took three requests to have it removed. The phones were constantly unanswered when dialing down to areas for assistance which left a very unsatisfactory sense of neglect by the hotel. The restaurant staff were lovely and i cant fault them however due to the relocating of the Four Elements restaurant breakfast was lacking at times with the kitchen staff struggling to keep the food replenished. I had requested a balcony room but as I had 3 guests this was not an option as there was no rooms for three available with a balcony. They all catered only to bookings of 2 which i found very unsatisfactory. Mix it up a little and give others an oppportunity to have their needs met. The overall look of the hotel looked a bit tired and i understand they were doing some renovations but they are obviously long overdue. Downstairs in the lobby was appealing but the carpeting and decor on other levels was dark and drab. I wont recommend this hotel nor return as I have stayed in many other places that have looked after me with a lot more attention to detail in terms of catering to my desires, which aren't really that many considering I am paying for the experience and comfort in terms of ambience.

I chose to book two rooms as I’ve read from the website about their hospitality room to freshen up since our flight’s arrival was early in the morning but when I called in I was told that it was not available. I emailed the hotel days before requesting for early check in even for just 1 room and was promptly replied by one of the staff. I understand that it will depend on the availability of the rooms but upon arrival in Sydney, I was rudely told on the phone that they charge 50$ for early check-in even if we arrive at 1pm. They should just have informed me on the email then and I would be glad to book the rooms the night before. I paid for late check out until 6pm but we have to go down 3 times to the reception to have our cards reactivated and we have been asked at what time we would check out by three different staffs as if they wanted to get rid of us immediately. Had to call the housekeeping several times to ask for dental kits but it never arrived until we informed the roaming housekeeping staff. There are molds in the bathroom and it was never cleaned by the housekeeping staff during our 4 days stay. And lastly someone from the hotel called my phone twice late at night a week after we stayed and when I called back, they didnt know who called my number. Customer service needs to be improved by some of the front desk staffs. On the otherhand, breakfast was good and the staffs are nice at the restaurant. Nice location. Swift check out. Still, will never stay in this hotel again.

We headed to the hotel to drop our bags off after arriving by train. To our surprise our room was already available at 10:30am so our day off to a great start. We were upgraded on check in as well, even better. We had a few drinks and a meal at Eve's Bar, everything was wonderful. We will definitely stay here again
