I was meet with a friendly receptionist and the staff were very helpfulWith our stay this time we order food to our room, it turned up quickly and hot.The food was of great quality and very enjoyable.Prior to even leaving the hotel me and my partner had already discussed when can we return.Thank again, see you soon.

Everything about the Mecure was above expectations. The room and bed were comfy. There was a choice of pillows. The pool and gym were good and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was to die for. All in all one of the best stays I've had in Sydney central. The price was quite reasonable.

« Although only one night we were extremely happy with comfort and service of the hotel. »

We were booked in very quickly and assisted with directions to our room. The room was spacious and very comfortable. We looked at the facilities and pool on the top floor and appreciated the views of Central and the city. The dining room staff were efficient and helpful during dinner and we really appreciated having a table at the window overlooking Railway Square. Our 4 am wake up call came through on time and enabled us to be at Central Station for our train excursion in plenty of time.

Great service from checking in to checking out. The staff were very helpful and my room was lovely and clean, quite and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast and other meals were wonderful. Location was perfect, walking distance to Central Station. I can't recommend the Mercure highly enough. I must say again great staff.

Great reception. Concierge couldn’t be more helpful. Appreciated top floor room.... don’t get to Sydney too much so it was nice to be able to see the bridge. Had a drink at the bar, again, great service. Brekky too, as an Accor member I had use of the club room with the tv and coffee etc which was a nice touch. The only thing that I noticed, but could not figure out how you could really get around it, was a bit of noise around the midnight , early hours of morning... some I think was air crew just getting into their rooms... went back to sleep so it wasn’t a big one.... and given the choice of great room top floor and 20 mins of noise or lowest level next to a lift... I know which i’d Prefer every time. Overall, felt welcome and looked after... even two drinks to start my night. Thanks!

As above , I have been a Accor member for over 18 years, the welcome was not that good I have received 100% better at other Accor hotel , but saying that they did put us on the same floor as our friend from over seas.

Your Hotel is at a great location for Airports & Inner parts of the CBD. Staff were very helpful & friendly including your housekeepers. The only negative was the bathroom had a very bad sewer smell when we checked in, we used your bar for a few drinks & had dinner outside of your hotel, when we got back the smell was still there. Funnily enough in the morning though there was no smell? I did not mention it on checkout, but perhaps you should check the room we were in 1220, possibly a one of.
