Was staying for work, parking beneath the building is key to my selection decision. Check in was quick, room was clean and service unobtrusive. Did not eat at the hotel.

Enjoyed. Excellent breakfast. Breakfast staff excellent friendly and extremely helpful. Very kind to our three year old. Rooms clean. Asked for adjoining room when booked (we have five children) but get. Made stay less relaxing. Have paid bill but haven’t received itemized invoice. Car park was expensive. Annoying to have to get a card every time we used the car.

Overall no complaints. The relocation of the dining room made breakfast a rather unpleasant experience. We were staying on a room only basis but did take breakfast with you on the first morning. I admired the staff for their patience and forbearance in difficult circumstances but after our experience we went elsewhere ( to the Central Mall).

« As usual, my Sydney "home away from home" lived up to my expectations »

Check-in was its usual great standard, with the pleasure of an upgrade to my room. Thank you Hilda Room (Privilege room on 13th floor) was excellent (nice to note the new TV!!!). Catering in both the 4 elements (I look forward to the "new" restaurant) and Eve's Bar was good (I understand why the menu was reduced in its offerings due to the renovations). It was good to see a "pseudo" members breakfast area established after a couple of days. It is good to have a slightly less chaotic area. Special thanks to Dominic and Aman, Katarina, Suraj, Eva, Caitlin and Arusha and to Vono and Daisy (breakfasts would not be possible without them), and thanks to Vanessa, Ann, Willan and Charlie, plus Shibam in Eve's Bar. Concierge staff offered their usual brilliant service. Special thanks to Mohammed and thanks to Connor and Flynn. The "invisible" staff like room cleaners and those who check the mini-bar were good.

the pillow in my room had a blood stain and it seemed that house keeping took shortc cuts. Not sure how many such short cuts are taken and if I will ever feel comfortable staying in your property ever again. The clock radio had incorrect time, i relied on it for waking up and relaised when I missed my firt teleconference on what had happen.

A room with "real " blockout curtains and quiet. Check in and out was a breeze and the staff were very professional. You can tell the staff cared about their job. Very Clean But the only gripe (small) I had was the sport channels on Foxtel. Soccer is the world game but you have chosen to have 2 golf channels? I came to Sydney to watch a A League game in Gosford and as there were 2 other games that night, it wasn't available on your Foxtel sport channel. I ended up watching them on my iPad via my Foxtel app.
