Very nice and comfortable rooms. very close to all forms of transport. Used Mercure Sydney on numerous occasions. Parking is available but more expensive than Accor Novatel located nearby. Breakfast and Dinner options were used on this occasion and found very good. Thanks

I have stayed at the Mecure Sydney several times as it is in such a fabulous location. Five minute walk from central station and the Light rail. From there it is a ten minute journey to anywhere within the Sydney central CBD. It is also a short ten to fifteen minute walk to Paddy’s market, China Town, Sydney Uni, theatres, cinemas, Darling Harbour and shopping. The hotel restaurants are fabulous and the facilities including a roof top pool with a view are great. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Easy parking is available and the hotel just has a great vibe.

We stayed at Mercure Central in February '18, had an amazing stay so we stayed for three nights in April '18. This stay we had a great time in the bar and restaurant. Accommodation was brilliant as usual. Staff were exceptional especially Caitlin in the restaurant for breakfast.

My one night stay in April 2018 was very pleasant. As an AccorPlus member, I enjoyed the complimentary welcome drinks at the hotel's Eve's Bar. Dinner was very nice at the Elements Restaurant in the hotel and the recommended lamb shoulder mains was excellent and the raspberry brulee nice. Breakfast was also nice and the separate dining area for AccorPlus members a very nice touch. Emailing the tax invoice certainly makes my business trip convenient. The hotel is a leisurely ten minute walk to Central Train Station.

Enjoyed stay at the hotel. All staff helpful to me personally, however my daughter did witness a male waiter during breakfast on Sunday morning, run into a small child probably about 7 or 8 knocking her toast out of her hand, and just walked away from her without seeing if she was ok or assisting her. Luckily another one of the wait staff seen it and went to assist the little girl and got her some more toast, well done to that staff member. Overall stay was quite enjoyable, and food was good.

Staff were friendly and efficient. Room was very clean and well maintained. Just a slight smell, I suspect from the drains, in the bathroom. Meals, both in the restaurant and room service were excellent. Difficult to fault the overall experience.

Great location to train, check in was quick and we even received a late check out as we were going on a cruise but could not board until 2pm. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were lovely. Breakfast was great. Would definitely stay again.

Very handy to get around the city. Right by central station and easy access to buses and shops. Eves bar was a great place for food and cocktails. Breakfast good but evening menu not to our taste.
