Rooms were nice. Breakfast was great, staff were friendly however our credit card was charged twice! 7 days later after many phone calls I as still waiting for my money back!! A relaxing weekend was turned into a nightmare!!

Friendly staff but No upgrade and I ended up with a twin room for 4 nights. Pillows were really bad and the air on was very noisy. Vibrating on the grate. Someone should look at it. Room 409 and only vibrates in the early hours of the morning.

Room was great.and clean. Bacon could have been warmer at breakfast. Loved the eggs and coffee service, that was a huge improvement.

I have stayed here many times, generally it has been good. My most recent stay was on the 5th floor Room 507 and there was background water noises coming from the ceiling/walls. I'm guessing the water supply or hot water supplies are located somewhere in the area of this room. The second thing that left me thinking if will stay there again is being charged $25 for parking. Staying here several times I have never been charged this before and similar hotels in the area have free parking. The answer I got when I questioned this is "Well you should have been charged in the past" or I could just stay somewhere else I guess. I can understand paying for parking in the CBD Hotels but not in an outer suburb.

We went to Glen Waverley for Mothers Day and spent the night at the Novotel. Once again we were met with a smile and a courteous welcome. The new staff were as accommodating as previous and we had nothing to be concerned about.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Enjoyed our stay. Only suggestion, the door into the change room needed a room key to exit back into the pool area. A lady got stuck in there. We were in the pool and could hear her banging on the door to get back in. Perhaps this door doesn’t need a room key to get from the change room back into the pool area.
