Asked for quiet room on high floor. This request was accommodated - thank you. We were allocated room 609. Internally room was quiet but unfortunately there was a loud constant throbbing noise which was I presume coming from the vents on the building next door which went until 1am, thus not a good night sleep.

We had organised to check out at 12 when I booked in. The lady at reception said it was fine. My daughter left the room at about 1115 and was yelled at by the cleaner telling her she should have checked out. This was uncomfortable and it should ha e been noted on our reservation we were ok to leave at 12. I offered to pay extra but was told this was ok. This did sour our experience slightly.
