Had a great stay , staff was friendly and helpful my room the best we ate at the butcher bench on site and had a great meal but the a/c was very hard to change at night- to hot in the room stat did not make any difference I felt.

The staff at reception were extremely friendly and professional making sure everything was correct. The room was well appointed and just what I would expect from a Novotel hotel... very inviting. The room was great being comfortable, very clean, warm and a nice size.

Awesome- from the moment our car wouldn’t fit in the car park and they allowed us to park outside they did everything they could to make us feel welcome!

From check in to check out it was an easy process. The only comment is I wish I knew I could go straight in to the car park. Would’ve saved me from circling the block.

Welcome and checkin was quick, friendly. This weekend the hotel was very busy - so the lobby was not a pleasant place to sit and have an afternoon drink. Seemed like 2 different symposiums were using the hotel. This time we had a room on the road side of the hotel (6th floor) - which still surprisingly had a fair bit of road noise (for people from the country). Will remember this for next time. Room was spacious and comfortable. We were a little disappointed to find that you have gone paperless - so no physical copies of newspapers available for guests.

very enjoyable stay. Greatly appreciated the room upgrade and the friendliness ans service by all staff. Was a bit hard getting a seat in the bar area when we entertained some clients but this was sorted pretty quickly.

Noisy drunken Asian tour group kept me awake - in corridors and in room. Smoke drift from outside smoking area permeates entrance foyer. Full ashtrays and beer bottles left out overnight and in full view at breakfast. Door seals in room let smell, light and noise into room. Digital clock too bright. Guest services generally unhelpful when I advised my bill would be paid directly. Serving food to conference group in hotel foyer is a bad look and crowds the area. Not enough foyer seating, I had aforesaid Asian tour group pushing me out of my seating. Overall not a good experience. Room was clean and well maintained.

The room was perfect for our family and the bufffet breakfast was awsome. The kids loved the pool but it could have been a bit warmer.
