I booked via gropon and the deal we paid for was not consistent with what the hotel received after an hour at checkin long day tired I was pleased after I showed the coupon they honoured it I booked 2 other rooms 1 for Brad W. and one for Wylie Mcqueen direct with you My name is Scott S. these are guests of my company also I authorised my Logistics Manager to stay the night in effect my company paid for 4 rooms To my dismay I went to the bathroom and there was no water to flush or was my hands I have booked 2 rooms for me and my family 27/12/2018 I hope my experience is better by the way the staff were professional and courteous

On behalf of the hotel we wish to express our sincerest apologies if throughout your stay you felt let down at all. Please be assured that we take utmost care in ensuring we provide a comfortable and carefree experience for all of our guests and your feedback I fell is vital for us to improve wherever possible. I would like to take the opportunity to inform you that on Saturday morning it transpired that an external issue caused the water supply to cease to the hotel, although this particular instance was out of our control, our team worked tirelessly to correct in good time. Regrettably however this was not rectified until approximately nine o'clock Saturday morning, by which time I am sure you would have been affected. I take solace that you found other aspects of your visit enjoyable, with particular mention to our courteous and professional team members and I would once more wish to extend my sincerest apologies if we let you down in any way. As mentioned above, my wife and I had a lovely time at the Hotel from our arrival to departure. We were fortunate enough to receive an upgrade to a Premier Room and I also won the Guest of the Day competition where I received some complimentary Accor points from the Christmas tree. Our family joined us for a lovely Sunday lunch at the Restaurant. We are looking forward to staying there again next weekend.

« Anniversary stay 17yrs after our Wedding night stay & Didn't disapoint. »

Check in was extremely easy team at the desk very friendly. Room was exactly how we remembered it. Would like extra towels maybe, as i have fairly long hair. Drinks in the bar where we met friends before going out for dinner, reasonably priced drinks & friendly team here also. As far as the hotel & its team, all round a very good stay.Water went off sometime during the night, so when hubby went to the toilet he thought hed broken something. After checking all the taps to find no water we called the front desk to find out there was a problem all over. Very appolagetic. Luckily it was pretty early in the morning so back off to sleep & wait & see. Back on pretty quick.

Staffs very friendly and helpful, room very comfortable. Parking entry and exit area a bit small for big car, breakfast are same for everyday and room didn't provide mineral water even first day.

Quite a good location in Glen Waverly, rooms are excellent and obviously been refurbished as I use to stay here years ago. Restaurant very good and service was very good as well. Sensational restaurants, theatre etc also at your doorstep. Would recommend highly for any business traveller.

« Best surprise is no surprise »

Great hotel. Great service. They always go out of their way to thank me for my loyalty. I like the location as there is a Bikram Yoga studio 5 minutes from the hotel and there are so many good restaurants in the vicinity. I love the way they take your coffee and egg order as soon as you walk into the restaurant in the morning.

The guy I checked in with was pretty good. He did asked for my le accor membership number and give me some directions on what to do over that area. But I think he forgot the part which he should tell me about the wifi password, and I have to call them to understand the wifi passcode as I wasnt aware that it was written in the captive portal.

Reception was excellent, friendly and welcoming. The only sour note was how I was spoken to by the breakfast guy, it is a hotel not a prison. I don't think it is too much to ask to be able to walk in to the restaurant to check if my colleague was there.

Very friendly staff, great room service and nice food at the restaurant. One little thing, the coffee in the morning seems to take a bit long, but not really an issue. The room service lady ran down into the reception to find me checking out as she had noticed that I left something in my room. Very impressed with that!
