This hotel is in a good location for me with easy access to trains and buses. The reception staff were very good, room was clean and made up each day and the restaurant and bar were very good. There is a wide choice of restaurants and eateries in close proximity and a large shopping centre within walking distance.

We were rather put off by the shower over the bath in our room and can only say the staff was most helpful in obtaining an alternative room for us. My sister is 86 and the thought of her clambering over a bath in order to have a shower was rather frightening! However your staff was most diligent in finding us a room with suitable shower access so we can only say thank you for your kind attention.

It was very comfortable, and the staff made me feel welcome. My room was lovely, buffet breakfast was awesome, and i found a specific pillow in the cupboard in my room which is the same as the one i use at home, so i slept very well. My only complaints are that the mattress was a bit soft and the pancake maker in the dining room wasn't working all the week i was there.

I had a room not on the Hwy side which is great, but the other facing room is also noisy due to the garbage being taken away or moved around. No seats at breakfast .
