The receptionists have been friendly, and the room was clean. However the free-wifi in the room was very slow and basically unusable. Our team of six colleagues all experienced the same as we were unable to connect to do our works in the hotel. We all ended up using our phone hot-spot to connect to the internet. Another thing - the food trays that guested left out of their rooms after the room-service dinner lines to hall-way for a long-time, and walking pass these after-meal trays at night doesn't make you feel really good!

A treat away for the night. Just a 35 minute ride on the bus. Great to leave the car at home; and walk around 'The Glen'. So many different cuisines to choose from ..... this is a great location; and the new Glen shopping Centre must be without equal in Melbourne. The room was quiet, the bed comfortable. All in all, it was a restful interlude.

Nice welcome on arrival. Enjoyed the free drinks is with no limitation on what you can order from the drinks menu by the glass. Well appointed room with comfy bed. The breakfast, however was a bit of a let down with several dishes over cooked and cold and no artisan breads available, e.g. sourdough and/or rye. While I did not ask if you could get these they should have been available as part of the buffet. The location suited us perfectly.

I had a really nice experience from the moment I entered the Hotel - I intend on doing regular travel to this area at least once a month, so it was comforting to know that there was such a nice Accor property nearby. the service staff in the restaurant (especially in the evenings) made me feel very welcome and it added to my experience.

They ensured we were well look after The hotel restaurant - Butcher Bench - do not offer good menu and required improvements. Reception was quick and very friendly, rooms were clean, facilities were good, location for food was spoilt for choice. There was one incident with the Cleaner that was a bit odd - she wanted to clean the room so we asked for 10 mins and we would be going out and she said she didn't have 10 mins and left.
