I did the reservation online, and they confirm a single rom with a double king bed, well I get there and the room was with two twin, so I ask to be change, and I get a king bed, but in first floor facing the swimming pool so without the chance to open the courtins at any time. Pour internet wifi

Although novotel campogrande have good instalations and very nive & helping staff, but quality of Rooms are not even equal to ibis. I had reserved the room for 3 nights but had to check out after first night. Due to bad quality room which was already changed on our request.

Its always good to stay there. The only thing this time was that I arrived at night there were a few people checkin in and only one person at the concierge, so it took a little time for me to get into the room.

Facilities and service are good but lack flexibility. Since I checked out at 3 am and wasn't able to have my breakfast (which I already paid for) it could be considered a discount/refund in my expenses but it was promptly denied by the staff in charge.

The hotel was not up to the standard I expect from Novotel. The room was musty and smelt of mould. I got asthma, which does not often happen. A bad sign of the state of the room. The mattress felt like it was older than the hotel itself. I would not stay there again.

« Not the greatest Novotel in Brazil.... »

The room was stuffy and smelt of mould. The mattress I estimate was older than the building itself.Would not stay there again. I expect the Ibis next door was probably more comfortable. From what a colleague told me, it is.

« Too much Noise »

In have been at the hotel a couple of time and the services went down. On arrival the services was ok but not the standard that l have in Munich for example couple if month ago. But you get in the tight corridor with trolley of the housekeeper cleaning doesn't look like the Novo Hotel that l know. Bedside that the hotel support to be quite because you have lots of businnes promote that works but not full of people singing and partying from early evening till later. I really don't think the hotel is in the standard that l know. Thanks a lot

Nice breakfast and comfortable rooms. The only issue was after the shower the bathroom had been completely flooded. Probably a leak in shower glass.

Im a regular visitor to Novotel campo grande, why?...., because the rooms are very comfortable and it feels like home with all the very helpful and friendly staff. Recently the food has also vastly improved and I eat more lunches and dinner their than I did before. Saturday is fantastic!
