That's a good hotel as the atmosphere is very pleasant. Good service and kind staff. Nice breakfast with a large variety. Good amenities provided in the rooms. The neighborhood is quiet and a wonderful place for a walk.

« No Parking Space »

The hotel was holding some kind of event during the days of my stay and the visitors were using the guest parking lot. I was not able to park my car safely at the parking lot, having to leave it on the street behind the hotel. This was the first time ever I was not able to park my car at the hotel parking lot or any other pointed location. I had no support from the hotel personnel other than, "you can use the other hotel parking lot" (which was also full)" or "this is a safe area". It was a very sad situation and could have been better approached by having the visitors using the street and not the guests.

« Great hotel and staff, poor internet »

I stayed at this hotel for just under one week and had a pleasant stay. The hotel staff are friendly and always willing to help. The breakfast is very good and the rooms are spacious and modern. However, the internet is problematic and for a whole day I was not able to work due to connectivity problems.

Staff is kind and responsive. Hotel is well located and parking lot is ok. We were frustrated with the quality of the mattress (too thin) and the sheets had stains of improper ironing.
