Toilete seat has been broken during the cleaning process at second night and has not been replaced. Room were ok, but clearly refurbished parcially, so itens such as bathroom/toilete could be better. The food I ordered at night arrived cold (French fries mainly). The rest were very good, very nice open area and swimming pool, excellent breakfast.

Room Fantastic, Breakfast very good Room service need improvement, food cold. Evening Meal in restaurant - Burger only average - But i suspect if i have ordered local food I would have had a better experience. Reception personnel excellent and very helpful. Staff at the hotel very good.

The room was decent as were the grounds. There was an issue with my door: the key card kept having issues AND the door kept getting stuck. The reception desk was helpful. I ate there once for breakfast and twice for dinner. The breakfast was good. The dinner each time were bad. I thought it would be better the second time around. It was disappointing. The bartender kept sneezing as wiping his nose. He didn’t wash his hands (that I saw of). This was not reassuring.

At the check in I order something to eat. It was a pasta with mignon, my surprise when I received my order, it was another piece of meat, but not mignon at all! I don't care about each kind of meat it is on the dish, but if you put mignon on the menu, I expect to receive mignon and not beef, as example, or change the menu and put pasta, blue cheese and beef!

Disappointing - lack of trust

Front desk helpful and attentive. Room is good. External area very pleasant. Breakfast is ok, missed fresh pressed orange juice, a product that is offered by any simple "Pousada" in Brazil. The disappointing part is related to missed products in the bathroom, that "disappeared". We forgot 3 products in the shower: a shampoo, a conditioner and a brand new Dove liquid soap. The next day of our check-out I called the hotel saying the room I was and describing these 3 products. As we were going to return to the city of Campo Grande within 3 days, I planned to pick those up. To my surprise only the shampoo was found. I talked in person with the Governance Manager, Patricia, that said to me that the room maid was asked and declared that it was not there. She also said this employee is working for them for 2 yrs and has even found a valuable item and returned. Then she started to ask me about the Dove product I guess for the hotel to buy it and send it me, but I said I didn't need the hotel to purchase it. I just felt it was a complete lack of trust, as client, to know that at Campo Grande Novotel , if I forget anything in the hotel room, a minor or major thing, there is big probability that I am never going to get it back.
