This hotel is located well just off the A406, easy to find. There is on site parking at £3 per day. The room was a decent size but the shower was slow with not enough pressure. But it was a nice clean room and bathroom. There is a hair dryer in the room and an ironing room for general use. Friendly staff across the hotel. The breakfast was poor for the price, could be much better. Pans are contaminated so you could not get veg breakfast without guarantee of it any meat being cooked in them. Overall the hotel was decent with good potential to be good with a few changes.

I stayed at ibis barking London on Wednesday 7th February 2018, I paid £95.75 for my stay as well as £10 for late check out and minimum £25 on food and drinks there as well as £10 for breakfast for my baby. My baby woke up at 9:45 and breakfast finishes at 10 I called reception to ask if I could come down and get something for my daughter before it gets put away and I was told I could. When I went down a staff memeber that goes by the name of “ Sandra “ was very very rude towards me, as I went to make toast she took the toaster away as well as everything else I was going to get, her attitude was terrible baring in mind I had already asked reception if I was able to come and get breakfast and I was told I could.

Right off M25 it isideal coming from the north east it is also handy for Stanstead Airport 20 mins away the staff were helpful and friendly, room was clean and comfortable as was the rest of the public space,a buffet breakfast was included, there is also onsite parking for £3 a day for residents competitively priced to similar hotels I will definitely use again

The 2nd room I had was nice the first room was pungent from cigarettes. Truck drivers eat all the cooked breakfast and even brought tin foil to take enough food for the day leaving none for any one else.and it was not replenished before I had to leave for work . This happened on Thursday and Friday.

Everything good except breakfast. I stayed here two years ago and the breakfasts was fantastic. Worse at 6:40am. Go at 8:30am. Hash browns are luke warm /cold all the time. Juice full level with the top, how do you pour without spilling. The scrambled eggs looked green. Bacon greasy and brown.

My room The cleanliness and comfort were all very nice. The team were polite and efficient. My only two negative comments are that the hallway leading to my room didn’t smell too good and the hot water tap for the sink had a sulphuric smell.
