Hotel room is absolutely fine with a very comfortable bed and nice and quiet. Was allowed to bring my 2 dogs which was brilliant. The only problem I had was with the bathroom. The temperature of the water varied whilst having a shower (from hot to luke warm and back) and sometimes the toilet did not flush properly. This was in the morning. It was fine very late at night so maybe it depends on how many people are using the system at the same time.

The room was basic, but all that was necessary. Car park wasn't the best, as I had a long wheel base van; but I managed. Breakfast was definitely not the best! Most of the food was just about warm & the service was none existent.

On the whole we were happy with our room and would have had a good nights sleep but for exceptionally noisy people near us. Laughing and slamming doors until after 3am, hanging around the corridors. The position of the hotel was excellent for us and we would stay here again. We were peeved that we were charged £10 for our early arrival without informing us and giving us the choice to return later

We arrived quite late to discover an extremely small room which smelt of smoke. Completely inappropriate for a family. There was a double bed with a rollaway right up against it and next to that a desk and stall. We had to get into the beds from the end as there was no room between them. The room had also been smoked in. The desk staff advised that they had no alternative available and were extremely dismissive and unhelpful. Others were also complaining that their room’s smelt of smoke. Had it not been late at night and had we not had a child with us, we would have gone elsewhere. It was impossible to use the kettle safely as it was on the desk blocked by the rollaway. Not at all what I would expect from an Accor hotel.

Receptionist was terribly rude, I believe all she said to myself was ‘name’ she gave me my key and that’s it. I had to ask for dinner, breakfast and check out times. Room was clean and modern other than a few stains on the pillow cases which housekeeping must of missed. Breakfast was satisfactory, not overly hot but again cheap and cheerful. My recommendation the young girl on reception needs some customer service training.

When staying on business I find this place just the ticket. Clean, spacious and a nice bar and breakfast offering. For what it is and what it costs I think it’s really great. Breakfast was a bit over cooked. And rooms could do with extra pillows.

This is a useful location if you are on your way somewhere or have to drive into London or locally the next day. I use it when I'm working in the East End of London or it's just a little further through the Blackwall Tunnel to Greenwich. The rooms are clean and comfortable however the food could be improved.

Very good stay! Good price, facilities, staff were helpful and friendly. Wheelchair access and facilities were good. Bathroom did get sloppy but layout was really good for access.

It was good overall, the foldout bed was a bit of an issue. Alarm going off at 5amish in the morning. Didn’t get an apology or any explanation. Our guest were told they could drink there own drinks in the tables area... kinda of a weird as that’s never happened and I’ve travelled with big groups for the last 6 years. Luckily the weather was nice so a drink outside of the hotel had to do. Checking in, they didn’t have all the rooms ready... kind of a problem for me especially when I’ve booked ahead of time and even communicated in advance. I had 19 in total in my group. 15 were booked with me. It took way to long to get us checked in and I told to check my guest in and I’ll wait for the last room as we had a tech run to get to. They said sure but then got it wrong again. It eventually got solved but we lost a lot of rehearsal time. I would stay here again if we come back next year but would expect better organisation.

Ibis staff nice but room has dust / dirt round edge. On second night ants in room and on bed required me to change room late in evening
