Good hotel worth its stars, excellent position near the north circular, Thames and City Airport, hotel staff are great, friendly service, bar staff, Chef Philippe and assistant Dakota always have a smile, GM Jeordi always as a welcome word, makes you feel welcome.Access road to the hotel entrance is always packed with parked cars on double yellow lines reducing the road to a one lane, and is busy.

It was good overall, although a sign pointing you to the hotel would be advisable. Customer service from the time we booked in to booked out was just brilliant... we really did not have anything to complain about. Room was clean and staff were happy to help. The lady on breakfast was simply brilliant and a hard working individual. Asset to your hotel.

Everything was perfect apart from TV that wasn't wirking tired even housekeeping staff tried still didn't work. Will be nice if check befire guest arrive.

Cleanliness of the room wasn't at the typical ibis standard. I don't typically stay in this area when I'm in London so probably won't be back. The staff is nice. Check in was completed within 5 minutes The perks it's close to the bus stop and a big Tesco. You could definitely walk to the tube station for sure

Having stayed at the same hotel for the past 140 nights I feel I can conclude IBIS Hotel Barking is great, some things could be better but generally for the cost, hotel rating it's great, just a shame the staff change like the weather, but management ensure things run smoothly, breakfast could be better priced for the "light" breakfast, car parking on double yellow lines on the narrow road leading to the entrance gate is diabolical and dangerous, otherwise, I congratulate IBIS Hotel Barking for their service.
