Checked in on line before hand. They were ready for us when we arrived. Clean comfortable room with usual amenities. Good hot water supply. Comfy bed.

I have stayed here over 4 times over couple of months. Good value for money if you book in advance. Tried their breakfast for the first time and it was pretty good. Staff very welcoming. Loads of retail's shops within vicinity.

Check-in and check-out was smooth sailing and simple. The room was well equipped with all necessities and the decor was minimal but perfect with the vibrant feature wall/headboard. Staff were polite, helpful and accomodating. Great experience overall.

Ibis Hotel Barking is perfect location for City Airport, my office and North Circular staying most weeks Monday till Friday, staff and management are top class, hotel is comfortable with basic restaurant facilities and is good value for money, see you next year.

Worst assistant manager on reception who even didn't know whats the check out time when u book for day use only. I have been told by the reservation that its 6pm and he keep saying 5pm. I have stayed there before several time and im classic member of AccorHotels. I have told him will not book next and he said no problem this is your customers satisfaction.

Took ages to get a toasted sandwich and we were the only ones in the lobby for food! Didn’t get any invoices and found out that when I checked in I said I had a vehicle and needed to pay for parking it wasn’t put onto my bill once I got the invoices sent to me! Now I face £100 plus fine! I was checked in by the assistant manager who took ages to do it and still got it wrong! I’ve since been informed he’s new so why wasn’t he supervised? Very angry at the incompetence!

As you have learned it, I just arrived in this hotel and I am not familiar yet to have a private car park which explain my mistake.
