« Terrible, other than location »

It's a hotel in the best location of Marrakech for people in transit, but is tired, neglected and badly managed. Questionable lift, carpet, pillow quality, combined with shockingly bad breakfast. No thank you again

« you charged me twice »

at first it was all good. When i gor to essaouira i checked my bank account and got charged twice the night before. So i paid two nights instead of one. Ive been trying to get in touch and have not answer at all.

« Everything was good except the first night »

I arrived to the hotel the 3rd of August around 01:45 AM. The guy on the lobby didn't take my reservation into account, so he give me the worst room ever .. not what i book on the Accor Hotels application. In the morning, i asked the reception to change the room or I'll be obliged to leave the hotel and look for another one ... but the reception agent was so kind and helpful, and she told me that she will change my room in the afternoon. Then i was satisfied about my reservation and my two days at Ibis Marrakech. At the checkout the agent was also so kind (another one) on saturday morning and he offer me the breakfast.

« Was correct except the first night »

I arrived to Ibis Marrakech the 03/08 around 01:45 AM, the agent didn't take in consideration my room booking on the accor application, and He give me a room very bad, the night was horrible. In the morning i asked a gentil woman in the reception to change my room or I'll leave the hotel, and the fact that i book on the application and the guy give me just a room for 1 night, She told me that they will change my room ASAP. Friday afternoon, they change my room :) and i was happy. And Saturday when i want to pay the 2 nd night they offer me the breakfast ... which was a kind commercial geste :) Anyway except the first night ... the stay was OK for me and the staff were so kind. « Fine but mediocre service »

The first room was fine, the second (on the third floor) was very old and ready for renovation. There were many issues with the service (we went down more than 5 times because our key didn't work, but it didn't occur to the receptionist to help us find a solution), also no toiletpaper. In general the facilities were a bit sober (e.g. no hair dryer, sober breakfast, hardly any sockets). However, we were allowed to leave our suitcases during our Sahara visit and the swimming pool is nice.

« Nice but could be much better »

Clean place, good price and very friendly and helpful staff. The main problem was that the bed was uncomfortable because it dipped in the middle so we had backache for the duration of our stay. We later discovered it was because the bed is broken and bowed underneath the mattress. The other problem was very minor and that was that the bread and cakes at breakfast were a little stale.

« Good clean hotel for rail and bus links »

We chose the hotel for its location. As we were coming into Marrakesh on the train from in the evening to take a bus out from Supratours early the following morning. The hotel was room was nice, clean, good shower and large TV. Only disappointment was the WiFi was public and not a password protected.

« Good location terrible service »

Location wise is quite good, easy on transportation and not too far away from the old town. Checked in was an ease nothing out of ordinary, room was ibis standard so nothing fancy to be expected. First room was come with balcony that can’t be liock from the inside, sound of street noise helped me to not sleeping whole night. Informed to the manager they said they going to fix but nothing come. Move to another room after that with snake in size and the shower is just to low on pressure literally wait for 5 minutes to get the hot water running. Breakfast is nothing out of ordinary, services just nothing to be delivered, staff come late, many table an attendant just messy.
