« noisy staying »

Rooms were noisy. Neighboring doors creaked (grincer) loudly at any moment of the night. Outside the Gare of Fes can be heard since the windows do not close fittingly. I would not say the staying was as calm as I would have liked. Nothing else to say about the people or the service. The rest of things are OK (not good, not bad).

Hotel was good and excellent location...but the only problem was at the reception when checked in..it smells cigarettes smoke a lot...another customer also complained...this should not be a place to smoke..either the staff or someone else was smoking...instead loban or oud could have been better...

« They charged me the welcome drink »

First I need to say that the front desk staff was very polite and tried to do their best. For my perception was all about lack of management and training. After my check in I asked about the welcome drink voucher and they told me that they would have to prepare one in a sheet of paper and it would take some time, so they spoke to the bar and authorized the drink without a voucher, at the bar I asked which drink could I choose as a welcome drink and the barman suggested a local beer and I accepted. After they said that alcoholic drink was not included and charged 13 usd. What a day.

Well located and helpful staff. Room adequate for an overnight stay. My dinner experience was limited to bar food because the restaurant closes too early for business travellers. Otherwise I was quite satisfied with my stay.

I like the staff, they were friendly. But the hotel is very tired, carpets old and dirty. Room carpet also dirty (as in stained). Bathroom was clean.

The issue that I have experienced was: I would like to inform you that i made a reservation online via accorhotels . The Hotel i made a reservation for was for the Ibis Hotel in Fes Avenue des Almohades, Place de la Gare, Fes 30000, Morocco. I made a reservation for the 22nd of July for £73.14, However when i filled in my card details and completed my booking the website timed out. I then checked to see if the payment went through, which it did, the reservation was booked for the 23rd and not the 22nd. i called and spoke to a representative named Alex who informed me to contact the hotel directly. I contacted the hotel who informed me that they did not receive my booking reservation. i then re-contacted the representative who informed me that there was nothing that he could do. I then re-contacted the hotel and gave them my reservation and booking reference, who then confirmed my reservation for the 23rd of July and not the 22nd. I informed them that this was not my fault and explained the situation. My dad then arrived at the hotel and repeated back the same information to the receptionist, who was very rude and aggressive towards my dad. I understand that is Ibis’s company policy that they cannot refund or modify bookings; however the internet timed out and confirmed the incorrect date of my reservation. I booked the hotel for my parents who were due to arrive today and I couldn’t modify the booking for the 22nd. Therefore, I have now had to pay again but for £130.00 for a mistake that was not my fault. I am extremely dissatisfied by the level of service I have received with the lack of help and support. I have always booked with Ibis but never have I experienced such hurt, disappointment and the rudeness towards my dad. I would therefore like to plead and request that I am fully refunded for the booking that I made. It occurred on: July 22nd, 2017 I would therefore like to plead and request that I am fully refunded for the booking that I made I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. the hotel was okay , also the room. The swimmingpool also okay but the changing rooms of the swimmingpool was in a very bad condition!!!!. The restaurant had one good gerant we met on theusday and Wednesday, the gerant on Thursday was bad. the "menu of the day" is every day the same !! not a good idea !!

My stay have always been good in this hotel . Nice clean rooms clean and dry bathrooms always excite me except for one thing ..... I found one fly and a mosquito ( which I had to kill myself ) in my room ... please next time make sure you don't have any next time . I do understand it's summer time and one expect such things but being Ibis you can't ignore this. Keep it up.

Nice hotel and friendly staff. But the room was not clean! We had to exchange our towels because black hair fell out when we opened one of them. There was black hair on the floor, in the shower, and floor under the bed had not been cleaned in some time as there was trash there. We stayed on the 9th with booking.com and had a great stay. Booked again on the 10th on Ibis site, and had a bad experience.

Our check in was very smooth, efficient and pleasant. We found the grounds to be beautiful and sat outside for a drink. We were pleased to see a pool but did not have time to go in. We had dinner n the dining room which was good. We also ate breakfast there which was also good. Hotel a great location as we arrived by train. We will recommend this hotel.

Stay was terrible and staff behavior including rooms were awful.bedding was already used before allocation of room.No cleaning staff available to change bedding.I was very disappointed by reception staff because of their non cooperative behavior.i checked out one day early but refund was refused by reception staff when asked why their behaviur was very rude.

From the outside it did not look like a typical Ibis which was good. The receptionists were helpful and friendly. The pool was set in nice surroundings but as it's not heated it's too cold to go in for a swim
