As ibis hotels go this one is particularly tired and in need of a major make over. There seemed to be construction work going on whilst we were staying there so maybe it's underway. The food was terrible and there wasn't enough staff. The pool is ok. The location is good.

It matched my expectations for location and cleanliness in particular. The pool was good with ample seating and sun loungers. The choice at breakfast was sufficient for my needs offering extended hours. The current building works had little or no impact on guests, but looking round the hotel it was evident that these improvements were necessary. Reception staff were extremely friendly and efficient and I was allocated an excellent, spotless room for my 4 night stay. As with other Ibis hotels the rooms do not have fridges, coffee making facilities or safes. If one or more of these were included I believe it might earn them another star! I will certainly use Ibis/Accor again, booking direct to get best options and rates, which I latterly learned they would price match if found cheaoer elsewhere.

Horrible experience. Although staff were friendly, but facilities were horrible. Towels were presented old and worn. Bathroom smells and full of rust and mould everywhere. Food in breakfast left exposed to bees and flies. Beds and pillows firm and high, and caused us great pain. As a Gold Member, I didn’t get welcome amenities and didn’t get free local calls despite requesting.

It is good for what you pay for. The swimming pool was great, not crowded. The team was helpful and kind. Breakfast could be improved with omelettes made freshly as other Ibis I have been too. I recommend this hotel

The location is great as it is right next to the train station. The staff is friendly but they speak limited English and are not too knowledgeable about the area. It would be great if they know a little more as that would help tourists. The room is decent and the bed is comfortable. But the elevator didn’t work for one day and climbing up the fire escape was not easy for everyone. It was doable for me but I cannot imagine people with physical challenges. Overall, it is conveniently located and my stay was fine.

Great location and nice garden and swimming pool. The rooms are noisy, you hear conversation and television from next rooms and the one below and above and everything from the corridors. The rooms need a compled remodelling, the carpets are stained, the painting is peeling, the matress is poor. The painting and coucking in the bathroom, just pathetic.The staff at the desk was professinal and knowleadgeable but they should learn how to smile occasionally. The staff at the bar...just terrible. Overall not much to recommend

Hotel stuff refused to order me taxi, when i called them during heavy rain, they told me that they do not have any number to any taxi service, nor any car. They so forget to gave me Welcome drink, i need to ask next day.

it was ok there was a mix up with the reservation. My family and I missed the check in as we weren't aware there wasn't an overnight train to Fes from Marrakech. we go there a day late and instead of honouring our late check in, we were charged for another day! any other establishment would have honored the one day check in.. .... but hey its Morocco not USA!

The shower gel keep running out and I have to ask for more every day during my 3 nights stay. The pillow is too soft for my liking. Everything else are fine.
