Went for a budget holiday to Fes and the Hotel was nice. Room was as expected. Needed the basics to help us get through our stay in Fes. The beds were a bit on the hard side but manageable. Heard lots of noise one night of doors opening and closing constantly on our floor but not the hotels fault. Front desk was great and very helpful. The garden terrace was great. Very easy to get a cab from hotel to the blue gate or airport. The obvious update would help the hotel even more but I think it is a good 3 star hotel.

Right in the centre of Fez - A standard Ibis hotel, you know what you are going to get. It was clean and warm and the bed was very comfortable. The rooms are small but fine for a few nights. Price was OK. Private parking ( small charge) - Will stay again.

« A safe ,clean hotel in a good location for all transport. »

We found the hotel staff helpful and friendly,the room was small but clean but we expect this from an Ibis. The hotel is situated in a lovely garden and although it was November we could sit out on an evening with a drink.Taxis , tours and trains were very close.The breakfast was adequate but we would have liked a little more fresh fruit. The room at the front of the hotel was noisy during the night from noise in the street. On our morning of leaving the desk staff offered to make us a coffee at 4:30 .

Great location - next to Fes train station. Small room - minimal walking space after opening 2 medium size luggage. Furniture needs some upgrade - for example, the hangers are broken. Draining system in shower - always flooded till ankle when bathing.

All the employees I met were very courteous and helpful , very speedy check in as I am an accorn member, Given excellent room facing the pool and very quite , Most comfortable bed, plenty of hot water and good wifi through out the hotel, Duvet a little warm this seems to happen in many ibis hotels as i they seem to have standard all year round duvet what ever the weather.Ibis type breakfast sufficient choise and good coffee ,Rachid working at breakfast times was always helpful and most courteous .Lovey pool and gardens nice bar area and drinks and food available .£ minutes from the main train station in fes .15 minutes by taxi from medina , Excellent hotel for the price , Highly recommended

« Awful website and staff »

DANGER. DON'T GO TO IBIS HOTELS!! They charge you twice the amount via their website (accorhotels) and it is IMPOSSIBLE to get the money back. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. They stole 100€ (the room was 100€ and they charged me 200€). Neither the hotel responded the emails I sent, nor the Central mail. When I got to the hotel the manager was never there. Someone said they reimbursed the money BUT LIED, as I check with the bank and there was no reimbursement. I ask for the RECLAMATION BOOK but they showed me blank paper!! DO NOT GO TO IBIS HOTEL, THEY STEAL FROM YOU AND THE STAFF IS UNCAPABLE TO SOLVE ANY PROBLEM AT ALL.

Check in was quick and given top floor room facing the swimming pool and beautiful garden.very quite room , very comfortable bed good shower and plenty of hot water.During my weeks stay the room was always cleaned very well.All the employees I met were most helpful and made my stay very comfortable, Good breakfast and selection, Rachid the waiter at breakfast was most helpful and courteous, very good air conditioning and fast wifi ,the limited food in the bar was very tasty .The duvets on the beds were too hot, Ibis seems to have just the one weight of duvet all year round , this needs to be looked at even in a Europe . I can recommend this hotel it’s next door to the main railway station and such good value . The main Medina is about 10/15 minute taxi ride

Good location near the trainstation. Rooms are rather small but clean. Great garden with swimming pool. Except for the cleaning ladies the staff is uninterested and not very helpful.

« simple rooms, great pool, kind people, fine location »

We had a good short stay at Ibis Fes, the staff was very friendly, we had a room that smelled a little like sigarets, but after mentioning at the reception we got a different good smelling room without any questions. The pool was great all though it is cleaned with something that made my white bikini orange/yellow, I can throw it away now unfortunately. Breakfast is good, definitely for Moroccan standards. Location is fine, next to the trainstation, close to the big mall Borj and a taxi to the medina costs only a couple of Dirham. For a short stay in Fes I would definitely recommend Ibis Fes.

« Totally disappointing! Maintenance of basic things very bad.. »

I was staked in WC..I couldn’t open the door! The sink was in bad condition and the water could not go down.. The room was not clean and the balcony was in terrible conditions.. seems no one clean it for a while.. This is not the standard of Accor !!

Room is clean and big enough, with nice of the swimming pool. Swimming pool is nice. Breakfast and lunch/dinner are good. It would be better if the check-in form us simpler, in which many of the items seem to be necessary. Also, it would be better if towel could be provided at the pool. Lastly, I have tried to check-in online but it failed.

« Brief stay, not very clean »

I only stayed at Ibis for 1 night. It was nice. The bathroom wasn’t very clean and I think the breakfast was overpriced for what it was. The breakfast foods were not fresh and mostly inedible.

« Less than what I expected »

The hotel is conveniently placed close to the train station but has not all the standards I expected to find being an IBIS Hotel. Poor accessories on the room and towels were worn-out.....worse than a standard Moroccan hotel! The hotel needs a refurbishment or better maintenance. Only beds and TV were acceptable, including WI-FI service. Staying on this hotel because of a job travel something more complete was needed.....restaurant service was correct but I don't understand why eating two nights pasta the one of the first day was correct and the one of the second night was horrible..... might be the chef was different? Unacceptable.
