I rarely being asked to save some deposite when I already payed full, so it kinda surprised me. But overall, it's comfortable when I stayed there, staff is helpful, located beside the mall so it's great for me to meet up with friends any time or in need for "emergency" shopping. The downside only because of Malioboro traffic jam, but we can't really do anything about it, right? Thank you for the service~

Booked single bed, city view room, and i also write down my request in my booking but got twin bed room with the view from my window is another room window. Ask for the room as i requested and got rejected. Why on earth you sell a single bed room while you only got twin bed room left ?

the room was small and the breakfast seem only 2 star hotel. no gym facilities and swimming pool was dirty and small, person who swim there use tshirt and staff do nothing.
