It was a nice short getaway. Upon check-in, Ms. Juni kindly informed me that there's a renovation going on, so I might be disturbed by the sound up to 5pm. But throughout my stay, the sound didn't spoil my stay. The room was nice, the 50k voucher was worth it, the staff were all very helpful, the breakfast was sumptuous. Upon check-out, Ms. Rasti did a great job.

So wonderfully satisfied. Just like my second home. Staffs are extremely friendly and helpful. I have been your guest ever since Ibis was opened in the lates 1990s. I have know a Bell Boy named Dedi for years. What impressed me about him was how he even recognized the smell of my cologne. When I stayed a month later, he did recognize that I was wearing a different cologne. Wow....Penciumannya Tajam sekali! I was shocked! I think that explain how much he pays attention to the guest and our needs. Thank you.

Staying 2 nights here. The room is very clean and comfort. The staffs are good, and we can check in early (if the room is available) as our request (9 AM). The lobby is connected to Malioboro mall (located in center of Malioboro) , and make us easy to access anything.

The hotel location is perfect as it is located at the middle of the famous Malioboro street and also connected to the shopping mall where you do not have to worry if it rains. There are restaurants, food court and supermarket at the mall. A number of places of interest are also located within walking distance. There are lots of shops along the malioboro street and night market where you can try some of their local food. The hotel staff is also very friendly, accommodative and attentive to your needs.Their service is very good. Smooth Check-in and check-out. The only minor issue with my 5 nights stay at the hotel is that the air conditioning is not cold enough and also there are mosquito which is quite annoying and affected our sleep. Apart from these, we are happy with our stay at this hotel and will stay with this hotel again if we ever visit Yogyakarta again.

The first impression was the smoky-smell at my bedroom, then the sink, and the weather still cold even I turned off the AC since my first day. I also doesn't like the breakfast, taste not so delicious and same menu everyday. Boring!
