« Bad experience for a Ibis »

As I am used to a certain Ibis standard, this stay didn't live up to that standard. The room was awfully small, I found two bugs in different days on the floor, the AC wasn't working and when I call the front desk they didn't pick up. Needs a lot of improvement.

« Very close to train »

Good room. Coffee and Tea in room would have made it better. Would stay again. The room was very hot and couldn’t seem to cool it down.

« Overnight visit »

We looked for a place nearby Gare du Nord so it was a nice opportunity to book this hotel. The metro station and some buses can be reached within minutes so you can reach all the points of the city quickly. Inside the room everything was OK, we got one facing to the inner yard so we had a pleasant sleep. The reception team members were nice and helpful.

« Overall Fine »

Slight delay checking-in, but excellent quiet room, could be improved with a kettle and a supply of hot drinks. Breakfast was OK, but limited space and choice not quite up to normal. The main reason for choosing this branch of Ibis was its position.I had arrived from London by Eurostar at the Gare du Nord and I had to leave the next morning for the east of France by TGV from the Gare de l'Est.

Not that great. The person on reception should use more deodorant. It was crazy that the reception team had to run from one hotel to the other. My wake up call did not work (NOT GOOD SERVICE AT ALL) The person on reception said breakfast was at 6am I said the card said it was 6:30, but she said it was wrong. When I went for breakfast it was not open !! I had to eat at the IBIS on the other side and there was very little gluten free option

« The staff are not-experienced. First day when arrived the person who checked me was over clever. He has charged me extra for Sunday night which is mostly special rate, even I have the booking for three nights; »

As a Accor silver member I was only offered one complimentary welcome drink. We have stayed in dozens of Accor hotels and this is the only time that my wife has been refused a welcome drink. I find the hotels attitude to be sexist and mysoginist The area around the hotel is very sleazy

« Easy access, central and comfortable. »

We spent three nights in a group of four across three rooms (50/3/8). 501 and 503 were more spacious than the usual IBIS room (and carpeted). The breakfasts were the usual IBIS fayre - tasty with some variety and generous. Checking-in the receptionist was particularly helpful - thank you.

« A very pleasant stay. »

Rooms were very clean which is important. The pillows were very soft and there was only one extra pillow. Two extra pillows should be provided in a double room. Firmer pillows are better. Breakfast was very good. Staff were friendly.
