The staff we dealt with were pleasant and affable but on the evening of arrival the level of professionalism shown was below the level expected. The receptionist was not present. Later we waited 25 minutes for 2 croque-monsieur to be prepared. Cutlery had to be found after the food was ready. No red wine was available, although the morning staff did provide a complimentary glass in reparation. The litre of water was brought without glasses. The room allocated was near to a lift as requested.

Hello, I called your customer service at 09pm on 12th August in order to know if I can book a room for a friend (Paul N.) and if I can paid with my own card for him considering the following : 1) I would like to book one night from he 12th August to 13th August. 2) I'm not in the same city and so I cannot physically go to the reception of the hotel 3) My friend will arrive around 11:30pm Your personnal on the phone confirmed me that it's possible, book the room and make the pre-reservation. I received few minutes ago the confirmation of the booking. Then at 11pm (2hours after), I received a call from the hotel from your personnal named Mohamed (He refuse to give me his last name) who indicate that I must come to the reception to pay the room or send by email a picture of my credit card. I refuse and tell him that your team on the phone tell that it was ok. Then he argued that the personal on the phone made a mistake and give 2 options : One, I do what he required Two, he cancelled the room I tried to explain that it an high risk for me to share picture of my CB and I don't want. Than he informed that he cancelled the room and hang off the phone. I called back immediatly and told him that it is a unprofessional way to proceed, the misktake was done by his team and not me. He told me that it's not his problem, that I no room booked in the system. After hard word, he repeat me many times : Who are you, who are you. I simply said a customer and he said that he cancelled the reservation involving that he don't know me. I told him that my friend had issue on his CB and cannot pay involving that he'll sleep on the street because of your mistake. He told me that he don't care. He was really agressive and refuse to give his last name, only said I'm Mohamed. My friend has issue with CB and was not able to pay so finally I accepted and share my CB micture by email. His behavious was unappropriate and extremely agressive. I'm really disappointed and chock by such behaviour. I used to travel for my personnal job as Project Manager for an american company and I'll not use anymore this hotel. Please train your personnal to avoid to repeat such situation and informed this Mohamed that he was totally unprofessionnal and had an unappropriate behaviour. Benjamin SALAUN-PENQUER

Overall, I did not have great expectations based on the review read on this hotel on trip advisor. Staff were nice, hotel did effort to modernise a bit the look of Ibis hotels. I had little time and not the sort of person to complain. The floor of the room (104) was rather dirty with pieces of papers, multiple traces of dirt. I did not complain to the management because we were tired and wanted to relax. Hoovering the floor for 5 minutes would have changed everything.

The hotel, the staff were all great. But it was disappointing that no complimentary water bottles were not given. When asked the reception said they don't give! Specially on the hot summer days, water would have been much appreciated

Very friendly and helpful guy at reception. Good location. Nice room suitable for 1 adult / 2x kids and was clean. Noisy street at night so not good sleep because of that. I understand Paris is expensive city to stay but I found another hotel for half the price and just as nice for our next 2 nights in Paris, though it was bit further out of the city.

My f. of three checked in at your hotel on May 27,2019. We had a smooth check in courtesy of Tatiana in front office who was friendly, courteous and very helpful. However, our first night was miserable because it was really hot in our room and the air conditioning was not working. I called the front desk several times but no one picked up the phone. On the morning of May 28, 2019, I immediately visited the front desk to report the air conditioning issue. I was informed by Edouard in the front desk that air conditioning for the entire hotel will not be turned on until June per hotel policy. I found this to be unsatisfactory; therefore, I requested to speak to a manager. After a few minutes, I received a call in my hotel room from Edouard informing me that Anne, hotel manager is available to speak with me. I immediately made my way back to the front desk. I explained my concerns with Anne regarding our inability to sleep due to the air conditioning not working. I found Anne to be rude and her communication skills and customer service were extremely poor. I found it hard to believe that she was the manager. She had no desire to make our 5 nights stay at their hotel comfortable. She was confrontational and told me that I was getting what I paid for. On the other hand, Edouard, went out of his way and contacted maintenance and requested to turn on the centralized air conditioning for the hotel considering other guests were also uncomfortable with the heat. In my opinion, Edouard is highly deserving of a management position because he has the skills and ability to provide excellent customer service. I would also like to provide my feedback to the staff by the name of Radka who manned the dining room when we ate breakfast on May 28 through May 31. It appeared that she was unhappy with her work. Despite giving our morning greetings, she could not even spare a smile and made us feel unwelcomed. My f. and I are water drinkers. Every single time we requested Radka to refill or replenish the water decanter, she would tell us that there is no more water.

Good expefience. The only difficulty was ti find the right hotel. There are about 8 Ibis hotels with the same name and location. The emails from Accor did not give the address. So we went to three before reaching the correct one.

Front desk was not friendly. No hospitality at all. Very poor. I stayed in lot of IBIS hotels. But this one is real bad due to the staffs.

It was a nice room and I really liked that we could store our luggage in a room downstairs after we checked out. However I moved a table and there was a child’s toy hidden behind it, along with quite a bit of dust.
