The location and ambience is good.BREAKFAST menu is below par.No Asian items,even though 50 percent occupency are Asians.Fresh frUits are not kept on 24 october.The Reception girls are not polite in responding to Non EUROPIANS .They give prefernce to Europians .I am not visiting IBIS TGV again even though i am member .

i booked for 2 rooms for a family of 6 persons. I was given 2rooms beside each other. They should have given me a connecting room for easy access. I have made my reservations early enough to have placed me on a connecting room. I have to request for another access card for each room to have an easy access. Is it not mandatory to provide each occupant a room access card?

Regarding your expectation to have 2 connecting rooms, we understand your disappointment, but be aware that there is a lack of translation on reservations where is mentioned "Adjoining Rooms" in English and for us in French "adjoining rooms" which means good "rooms side by side". We always do our best, for this type of reservation, to give one of our connecting rooms, but they are subject to availability, as indicated in the general conditions of sale. Know that we work hard with the different sites where these rooms are offered so that there is more confusion and therefore disappointment on the part of our customers. Regarding your disappointment not to have air conditioning, we are aware of the inconvenience and we ask you to accept our sincerest apologies. The week before your arrival, it was very cold on Paris, forcing us to put the heating on the road. The peak heat found last week is temporary in this period. The time to put everything back on the road, the cold it would be installed again. Hotel had a great location and the room was surprisingly spacious to accommodate all four of us. However, we had an issue with the air conditioning that wasn't solved even by the end of our stay, making the nights rather uncomfortable and stuffy as it was unusually hot during fall. Otherwise, the staff were very helpful and accommodating.

The room was ok. Nothing to brag about but close to the airport and just a place to sleep. The staff are very rude and seem to hate their jobs or their life, maybe both??? I would recommend this hotel if you just need a place to sleep and don't expect much, especially from the staff.

« We had a pleasant stay in the small nice comfortable room. Location is very strategic since it's close to the shopping centre and train station. »

Overall we enjoyed staying in this hotel. Room was well cleaned. Receptionists were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and had plenty of varieties of food.

Asked for a quiet room and got it, although the view wasn't terribly inspiring. Could have done with more shelves or a drawer or two in the room. What price a room safe? We had to keep all our important stuff with us, which was a bit of a pain. Nice to get a decent sized bathroom in a Parisian hotel, with a bath! Would have been nice to have a rail in the shower to hold on, and/or a bath mat to stand on (I am an older customer now, and need a bit of reassurance). Breakfast was more than adequate and a lot of choice, although some things were a bit sparse if you over-slept and arrived after 9. I loved the raisin bread! The staff were very helpful and friendly.

For your next stay, please notice that we have safe close from our manager office that you can ask for to the reception, and we also have 3 PRM (person with reduced mobility) rooms with a bathroom with rails. But for this kind of rooms, we only have shower and not bath. This rooms are not sold on our website but if you just let us a comment on your booking or if you contact us before your stay, we will do all our best to satisfy you.
