I was again in Pullman from 5th to 11th January. I always enjoy staying in this great hotel but this time it was a bit different. Although I have always stayed in this hotel for last 5 to 6 years regularly but this time i felt on the reception as if I am visiting for the first time although I have gold card status. When a person has so long association with hotel, I feel management should inform the perosn to take care of loyal member. I had already checked in online but perhaps the person on the frontdesk was new. I always used to feel very comfortable before this incidence. Anyway latter I was taken care of by management.I like to specially thank and pay my regards to Mavie, Mai, Michelle and Mr.Tanvir who have always been very professional caring and hospitable. I really missed Mr Amir Sheikh who has left and was really an asset and always there to help. I hope newer mangers will be as hospitable other wise I will think of changing my hotel from my next visit. I have to visit every month for about one week and I want to feel comfortable

I was with a group of 50, where everyone really enjoyed their stay at the hotel. It has a great location directly connected with a mall. Staff is really helpful and always smiling.... especially Miervie & Morkos at the front desk.

My favourite place when visiting Dubai for work. The tea lounge and the art exhibition (Artist Playground) are exceptionally unique. This is such a wonderful experience with high quality tea, Cream Tea and High Tea that it is worthy of experiencing even if you are not staying in the hotel. Thank you Ashish for excellent service and good recommendations that makes the tea lounge experience perfect in every sense. The stay itself is also very pleasant, thanks to all the staff and their welcoming and helpful attitude: reception, tea lounge, service staff are all very attentive and helpful. Thanks to Suresh and Puneet who made sure that the room is always excellently cared for.

Absolute pleasure staying at the Pullman hotel. The staff specially Mae & Melissa were fantastic and looked after my wife and I and went above our expectations at all times. House keeping staff were faultless with the execution of their task and would recommend Pullman Dubai Creek to anyone.

The hotel location is great and the staff at the reception area were very helpful and accommodating. Special mention to Razack and Dina. They were extremely helpful The food variety during breakfast was awesome Areas of improvement - service at the restaurant during breakfast time is very bad. We had to order tea like 4 times before someone brought it. Staff kept forgetting or took forever to serve us - during the breakfast time, we were showed to a table that was dirty. The staff did clean it for us, but by the time we came back to the table, the table was given to another guest. So again we were given a dirty table and it took sometime to get it cleaned before we could sit and enjoy the breakfast - the staff at the tour desk gave us wrong timing for our tour and this lead to the the pick up van coming 3 times to pick us and delaying all other guests in the van. He told us that the van will pick us between 10 - 10.30 am and apparently the pick up is 9 am so you can just imagine how embarrassing this was for us

The entire staff, from reception to valet to room service, not only took care of my every need, but went out of their way to guide me during my first stay in Dubai. They helped me find the best places to eat, transportation to and from my workplace, and offered to help me out without me ever requesting them. We enjoyed our stay very much,the staff are very helpful ,enough food varieties in the breakfast ,the location just perfect easy access to destinations, the only thing that i did not like was the room choice as i booked twin bed but got double bed,although the booking was confirmed with twin bedroom .

This was our second stay at your hotel. While we love the location and the overall service and atmosphere at the hotel, We were both times disappointed that we did not receive exactly what we had booked AND paid in advance for. We are a family of 5. In 2015/2016 I booked and prepaid a 2 bed apartment at the residence. We arrived at the hotel after a long exhausting flight way after check in time only to be told our room was not ready. I don’t understand this as we arrived late evening AND you had been pre advised of our arrival time. After waiting for almost 2 hours we given 2 one bed apartments! Totally unacceptable. These were cramped and extremely uncomfortable. Barely enough room to move in. Eventually, to make up, we were moved to the hotel where we given 2 tiny cramped interleading rooms. Very disappointing considering that you charge a premium rate. This time, to avoid anything like that , I booked AND prepaid for the hotelt hrough a travel agent. I then made sure that both myself AND the agent sent REPEATED EMAILS to the hotel with my simple requests. Interconnected rooms, late check in. I asked that you make sure that my requests were seen to as I didn’t want a repeat of my previous visit. At 11 pm when we arrived at the hotel, we were told that it was peak season and the hotel was full so sorry- you cannot have interconnected rooms AND we were given 2 rooms on 2 separate floors. Granted, when the check in staff saw how upset I was at this incompetence, she quickly arranged for my children to move to the same floor a few doors away from my suite but only the next day. This spoils the holiday as it is inconvenient to move rooms and prevents one getting settled and comfortable. While I understand that it’s peak season, why ask for guest requests when you cannot grant them? Surely if a room is prepaid at premium rates, you are OBLIGATED to ensure that the customer is given what they’ve paid for? I took the time to repeatedly email you before I replied and yet I was not informed that we would not be given interconnected rooms, due to room types, until 2 days before we arrived!!! Why? And if so, why were 2 rooms right next to each other not held for us? We enjoy the hotel, but unfortunately will always expect non satisfactory compliance to booking requests. Me and my family are regular guests at Pullman. And the amazing service is something we have over the years come to take for granted. We weren't disappointed this time either. However, there was one small letdown. I had asked for a room with a walk-in shower for my parents who have trouble entering the bathtub. I had written and asked for this when I made my reservation and asked again when I checked in a day before they arrived. And still they had to stay in a room without a walk-in shower for 3 days before a room which had one was made available. This inconvenience aside, the service and rooms were excellent. As usual. Definitely will be staying at Pullman again on my next visit to Dubai.
