Several times stay in this hotel and found all room i stay the television was not working proper i mean the all channel was not clear and better you shut it off, the rest was quite acceptable.

I always have a great stay at the Mercure Kota. Lin Tang is a wonderful Lady, makes my day when I see her in the morning for my breakfast. Only no thing, the air-conditioning need to checked in 1014....room is not cool. I moved to 1005..which everything worked perfect. I would like to request 1005 on my upcoming stay. The new young man you hired for the GYM, is a great hire. He is always doing something to improve the appearance of the gym. Thank you again for the new bike.

Room was comfortable and clean but a little too dim. Needed more power sockets for charging stuff. I could either charge my phone or my laptop and I needed to work, so that was frustrating. HOtel staff were Super, always smiling, always polite. The guy at the front door helped us with a cab everytime with the loveliest smile. Wifi was unreliable and weak! Service at Spice was REALLY SLOW. Took about an hour for our food to arrive on table. 30mins is bearable and normal, 1 hour isn’t! Not especially when we have guests on the table.

Due to the event of cap go meh, i called the the receiptionist and they dont know for sure what time the road will be closed and there are no other ways to come to hotel. So yeah due to my activity, i have to postponed my time to check in to hotel into midnight. Despite all of that, all is good.
