« Unmaintained Hotel »

The air con was not cool and the bed is due for replacement (I couldnt sleep because the bed is not properly straight, I felt the left hand side of the bed is higher than the right side). Very old hotel and a refurbishment is needed immediately. This is the worst Mercure hotel ever and SHOULD NOT retain "Mercure" brand.

From the moment we arrived to leaving we were made to feel so comfortable, staff were so attentive and polite. Main breakfast area has such a vast choice which we thoroughly enjoyed the foods. We had an upgraded room with honeymoon set up. Whereas i didn't request for it. Perfect!! big thank you to all staff especially Ms. Lisel and pak Danu and team for outstanding services and personal care, we had an amazing time and we will be back soon!

Was great staying again at this hotel. Just some minor issues for them to stay on track, a) Housekeeping forgotten to refill the coffee sets as no sugars, etc. and b) Aircon stopped working for a while, think blower tripped.

« payment for lunch is slow »

truly disappointed about the settelment at 2nd floor. Everytime you pay the lunch or dinner bill, the staff will take you to the lobby front dest to finish the settelment. That really shocked me. It is not the first time i met this one. It seems that all the staff in this hotel believe that every customer in this hotel is liar and will not pay the bill to them.

« DISGUSTING »

Smell of damp carpets. Clogged aircon filters. I am still receiving treatment for a respiratory infection that got from your hotel room. Changed room once but it was just the same bad experience. Safe deposit box not functioning well. Food full of Aji No Motto and choices of drink and yoghurt all loaded with sugar. Dinner was grossly overpriced and not quite the same as the order described. Staff were fantastic, polite and kind but sadly there was nothing much that they could do to help considering that this is clearly the problem of a management that is only interested in making money at all costs.

Overall bright and clean. Carpet in the room a bit dirty; breakfast was not too good as the food were either too sweet or too salty... overall pleasant experience... love the bed and comfy-ness of the pillows.

The staff in the hotel is very kind and patience with many of my requests. They kindly answer all of my question, help me with arranging the room and parking. The chef from the restaurant also help give suggestion for the food. The only thing that i have trouble with is the access card. I booked several rooms in several floors and the access card is only allowed me to go to 1 floor, so i need to bring several cards just to go to each room. Everything works out well in the end and i am happy with the service that all the staff provide.
