We waited for around 20minutes just to be served at check-in counter even when they have the accor loyalty check-in desk but seems like everyone not even a member can use it, even worse our child was having fever n better be in the room yet none of the officer there offering any help or make some initiative, this is by far my worse checkin experience ever in a hotel and any of accor hotel

I truly enjoyed my stay at The Mercure Kota. Our waitress at breakfast, Lin Tang, continues to impress. She takes service to a new level with her careful attention to detail. I believe she has a positive influence on the other staff with whom she works, as my second visit was even better than the first. The other staff at breakfast were also very good. The young man there at the gym is quite good at his job. I found the front desk staff to be very attentive and competent in their positions. Mohamed, the manager, does an excellent job of managing this fine hotel. Thank you for such a nice stay with personalized service and hospitable surroundings.

I feel disappointed to stay here with Air Conditioning problem and WiFi so slow (I cant open my company email via laptop). I already book this hotel for next booking on 17th November. I hope accor will allow me to cancel my booking with refundable. I stay at level 17. The smell of cigarettes is very strong on the second day I stay there. I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations especially about Air Condition, Wifi Problem, and smell smoke in the room, please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. First, there was maintenance Air Condition pipe which should be finish until 6 pm however we fail to fix it until the next day in the morning. And the second, concerning Wifi we will ask our IT to assist you. Third, we will make sure to provide you at non smoking floor for your next stay. Concerning your next booking on 17 - 19 November 2018 and you wish to cancel it. We hope that you give us the opportunity to better serve you and we will honor 1 night free . We understand that this is prepaid booking however we have not charge yet to your credit card and you may check your account. And the last for your information we have found your Tumbler Starbucks. Need to work more towards a non-smoking property. I am on a non-smoking floor and I need to air out my unworn clothes that smell like an ash tray when I get back home. The ventilation AC system circulates cigarette smoke througout the hotel. Smoking is public enemy number one in Indonesia. I remember when I used to fly and they had smoking sections - could anyone imagine that today?
