Get that fitness center floor covered with rubber mats so the new floor doesn't get scratched. Conside installing a chin up bar and a dip bar in the gym. Coffee machine in the breakfast area always needing maintenance and cleaning out. Suggest a required cleaning schedule so it doesn't "go down" first thing in the morning when everyone is lining up for coffee. Include the pumpkin selection for the vegetables and soups more often- it is excellent when the cook prepares it. I noted "Mr. Bob" always gets a bug light at his feet under the table for breakfast. I too am bothered by the mosquitoes and could benefit from that appliance also!

Wonderful location, the staff were all so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good but I was a bit bothered where they put the milk for the cereal. The milk was in a jar and the jar was in the bucket full of ice but the ice melted so when you take the jar out of it the water gets everywhere. But overall it was nice staying there.

The rooms and pool area need work, the air condition in the room was noisy and the bar had no spirits at all. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and I appreciated the small welcome in my room upon arrival. The breakfast was great, both Asian and Western dishes and the food was very tasty. Overall location is good.

I have been Accor member since 2008. Due to the expensive annual membership fee, I didn’t renew annually, nowadays, I book Accor hotels through agoda.com which sometimes have discount. Overall, very pleasant trip although price is a bit expensive. :)

A lil bit under my expectation, especially the fact that the room has only three electricity plugs (one for tv, one for heater jug and the other one in the bathroom). When I need to do something with my laptop and recharging my phones at the same time, problem occured. Fortunately, the staff at the front desk are all nice.

This Mercure hotel has been around for a while in West Jakarta, close to the most visited culinary place of the people of jakarta that is Mangga Besar and its surroundings, you will very easy to find good culinary around this hotel, the hotel is located strategically close to the entertainment venue Jakarta, can be spacious room with a very nice view, unfortunately the completeness of the room and bathroom is incomplete, the pool is quite nice there is a pool of warm water, unfortunately not renovated and beautified again ..., breakfast is good enough just need to add variety. in general the hotel is suitable for small family holidays and who want to find culinary around the hotel.

I noticed the wireless router in my room (1105) was recently covered to try to cut down the blue light coming from it. Despite this cover, when the room is dark, the light is still bothersome, so I need to disconnect it to get a good sleep. This is a dumb design on the part of the manufacturer. Blue light at night disturbs sleep and it should be avoided. I can't think of any other solutions other than to change the brand of the router to one that has no silly lights flashing like a spaceship landing. Thanks for the alternate fitness room. I actually enjoy it more than the gym since it is cool and quiet and I can get a great workout without disturbance from other guests fooling around on the bike. It looks like the renovation will take some time, but my exercise routine has not been affected! Lintang continues to provide 6 star customer service!

Need a short wait for my room Checkin was Good, the reception very thoughtful to keep our room away from renovation work being done. Room was OK clean. Would appreciate an extra towel. Bathroom is quite clean, bathtub needs more scrubbing. Coffee machine not working (or maybe i cant operate it) Amount of tee in room is lacking but not a problem. TV channel needs to be more varied

Me and my friend Stella, we were staying at Hotel Mercure Kota Jakarta for a short escape during Eid Mubarak holiday last month. We arrived at 1 PM, and we the front office was nice. The lady (I forgot the name but she's wearing glasses) welcoming us with warm welcome also she helped me with some informations. We went up to our room which is located at 18th floor, and once we opened the door, the smell of the room itself was Horrible. Indeed we requested a smoking room, but we never experienced such a very very strong smell before. Even though it's a smoking room, the hotel should have an action to minimize this matter. But we let it go, since we're understand your hotel quite old already. The view during the day and night was Perfect! we like it : ) We had Dimsum brunch on the second day of our stay, the food was nice. especially the Lamien! we like it. Overall, our stay was nice since we weren't stay at the hotel the whole day everyday. Just the smell of the smoking bedroom, I hope you can work on it. Thanks Mercure : )
