I was provided a room with Aircon not working . Despite knowing from the beginning that the rooms Aircon was not working I was charged money. This is pure and clear cheating. Me and family were suffocating in the room. Ibis staff came to check and they told Stephan to shift us asap but that useless guy just kept me on hold. when Finally me and family were unable to breathe in the room we were shifted at 2.00 am the next day. I was clearly cheated by the hotel and made to suffer for no fault of mine. Stephan at the night reception even said you can complain to the prime minister and even he can't help you. Next day I spoke with their leader Charles and he did not even offer an apology but said that we found a solution for you. Such people are a disgrace to the hospitality industry. The staff did not follow the SOPs and the head did not seem to have motivated his team. I will be formally filing my report when I am back from my holiday. It was the start to my holiday and the first experience was awful and pathetic. The experience was just the opposite in my next stay at IBIS in Zurich.

Customer service poor, only one channel wasn’t working , the room was tiny, bathroom has mould, couldn’t reach reception on the phone, in the restaurent we wait 1 hour to get serve. Really bad customers service

The air quality inside the room was not ok. suffocation was felt as the room is very small for three guests. The air conditioning fan was so noisy and disturb the sleep. Very small place and can not find place to keep personal things and even to walk around.

I had only one night stay in your hotel. The room was clean enough, I enjoyed breakfast too. Staff at the reception was nice. Only one thing, I asked for an invoice, 3 times because the address was no correct how I requested. But at the end we managed :-) thank you!

Sorry to say but this was the worst of IBIS I've ever booked. Rooms were too small, not clean at all, only replacing the towels with new ones isn't enough. Breakfast scored literally nothing - even though continental, there was limited items on menu, and that too wasn't enough stocked. Coffee machines used to be out of order all of sudden. This was the first time ever we were hungry every day and waste of money of booking room with breakfast. I would never recommend this location to anyone.

This hotel offers impressive views on the city. The rooms are small, but have a practical layout. The hotel needs a shine-up, and is getting it now. The surroundings may seem a little rough for the faint-hearted, but the location is very practical, with public transport nearby to all parts of Paris, especially convenient is the standard-price direct bus (351) connecting to CDG Airport right outside the hotel entrance. (Shun the expensive special airport bus services!). Breakfast is OK, but following up the supplies of food and cutlery could do with some improvement.

Reception was a building site and the lift took us up to the wrong floor, which was all very odd. Room key worked (ie: activated green light), but did not allow entry into room, so requested to be allocated to a new room. Very tired bathroom. The room itself was fine, but tired bathroom, but it did have a very comfy bed, which made up for the other aspects.

The reception guy when I checked in didn't explain me anything what he explained to other guests,how wifi works,lift,breakfast,check out time.all he said that my payment didnt go through even if it was andv purch booking next day I asked for restaurant he just pointed with finger go to the left side of the building and you will find it so rude man.in the morning I came for hot water for my tea and my porridge and Camila was very rude,she states that she dont have any hot water with her very unhappy and horrible person to work at reception ,but Gaziela was very helpful and such a amazing person,she gave me water many time I asked her,and she explained me very clearly everything I needed to know,very charming and lovely person.good job Gaziela.

We stayed at Ibis Paris Montreuil(Not the budget one next to it) and it was amazing. Hotel was great and so were the staff. The rooms were comfy and clean.

Check in took over 1 hour, reservation was not correct with extra bed, elevator always malfunctioning, room very small and damaged facilities. No bar or restaurant. Had to switch keycards several times and use a trick to open room door.

I would not book this Hotel anymore. the parking garage was closed and I had to move barriers personally to enter the garage (the reception told me to do this when I asked how to enter the garage) , than the elevator from parking to hotel didn't work (while our whole stay, also before it didn't work for a longer time). the escalator from parking to the hotel was extremely dirty and full of urine, further there was urine smell on all the stairs - it was extremely ugly!. The door to the Ibis was closed and you had to enter though the Ibis budget. the first room we received was extremely small, old and not renovated. the bathroom was ugly with black mold spores everywhere (on the ceiling, sink, shower) further parts of the bath were broken. We complaint about this and the reception offered us a second room but this was just a bit better. With an addn. complain we received a renovated room in the 15th floor were we accepted to stay for the 3 nights. Nevertheless, the carpet in the entry area of the room was wet, so it looks like there are water problems coming from the bath. The room for 3 person is still extremely small and you have no chance to open a suitcase nor you have any closet to store any clothes. The rooms are to small for 3 persons! It took us ~ 20 Mins to get to the breakfast room since the elevators in the Hotel had problems or didn't work at all .....you had to wait and wait and wait. (Outside of rushhour the elevator worked properly) I never visited such a bad Ibis Hotel before and I also reject to book any Ibis for the moment. We really considered not stay in the Hotel and search for a different one but we anyway lost so much time by checking all the alternate rooms etc and we didn't want to loose more with searching for a new hotel (since we anyway had 2.5days only as a family trip) The environment outside of the hotel is not really good and I would not recommend to walk there alone in evening hours. I will not recommend this Hotel to anyone and would not book it again. Ibis has to do renovation in the rooms

Was not made to feel welcomed. The receptionist never said hello Was given a room which seemed of smoke and bathroom filled with mould. Was moved to another floor which ameelwd of damp and another mouldy bathroom. Disgusting!!!
