The hotel room was ideal with a fantastic view. Comfy bed, good wifi, good shower. However it was boiling hot and no air-con or ability to open window so did not sleep well. I raised this at reception and was told that many other guests had the same issue but as heating was set centrally nothing could be done! Hairdryer could be better and detachable from wall. I was able to book an extra night separately and deal with staff on email which on both occasions was done quickly and helpfully. Staff were also friendly at reception. However - every night the room card didn't work and had to go back down to reception to re-set it, multiple times on the last night. Reception was full of people with the same issue. Others in my party did not get their own rooms and had to share, as the hotel appeared to be over-booked. Many people in the group had a difficult stay. I feel hotel staff need more support or the IT system needs improved etc... not what you expect in a large professional hotel chain. This is not directed at individual staff who were helpful, and probably not to blame...

Quality of service and rooms not as expected: - Not enough towels provided for 2 persons even after asking - Most of the channels on the TV were not working due to bad connection most likely - One light in the room not working - We had two access badges, when activating one the other one didn't work anymore - Staff are not welcoming except the day you are leaving (Probably hoping for a last good impression and a positive review) - Main entrance door not open for some reason ...

Bed was uncomfortable and caused back ache, we ran out of toilet paper and had limited towels. Restaurant dinning was poor quality food for the evening, and the whole restaurant itself was cold.

Overall a good experience, made to feel welcome by the reception staff. Shower cubicle getting worn and tired and leaked around the glass door and tray. Hairdryer in bathroom not working, reported on first day, still not working by the time we left. Room 801

Nice staff, but probably the worst hotel i’ve been in for a long time! Rooms are horrible, as good as a Formule 1 hotel, I asked for a double bed bedroom, ended up having one, but with a horrible folding spare bed next to it. The restaurant really doesn’t make you feel like you are hungry, could have the opposite effect actually! It was freezing in there, and my entrecôte is probably the worst one I’ve ever had, basically ate 10% of it and then stopped. Waitress was actually feeling bad when taking my plate! Lots of improvements needed to make me come back, but also now questioning myself if in the future I will get back in an Accor hotel at all! That’s a shame because I am very often in that area to meet clients, I will just have to take a better hotel further away, and then take a taxi I guess...

A small room, with few space to go around the bed, a very small place for storing clothes, and a basic bathroom. the painting were old or not well finished (Room 1123). The unsonorization of the room are not very good. The neighbors were very noisy (several young guys shouting from 2 AM till 6 AM) and even tried to enter in my room using the communicating door. The second night (room 1228) was better, but ventilation is noisy: this is never the silent !

I am not exaggerating when I say that we were highly disappointed and felt DEPRESSED when we steeped in the lobby leading to the room it smelled like an Indian kitchen and felt really depressed when we open the door to the room , my daughter almost cried and I fel chlotsterphbic as the Room photographs were misleading , it was a very “TINY” room and even more tiny toilet! There were no amenities in the room accept for a TV. We did not have enough space to even store or put down our suit cases . What’s worse was that tthe he carpet was filthy and stained and we did feel comfortable to move around without wearing shoes. I am only 5’ 7” inch tall with a small frame and yet sitting on the toilet my knees were very close to the toilet door , which by the was was badly water damaged at the bottom . The worst part was when I walked into the very small standup shower , while I was taking my shower I noticed the shower water was not draining and my feet were submerged in the water and my body soap I quickly finished my shower before the water overflowed out side of the shower floor . Once I stepped out it took a good 15 minutes for the water to drain leaving my floor dirty. I have never been in a hotel so bad , the hotel is very far from the city attractions and located in a low income neighborhood . The web site photo of the hotel does not justify how bad it actually looked in person. What’s worse was this one hotel had two standards 1 Hotel ibis and the other Hotel ibis budget and when I asked I was informed that up to 5 floors it is known as a Hotel ibis budget and over 5 floors it is known as Hotel ibis de Montruel . The room window was like a window in a storage room , it was not your regular hotel window , standing up the window started as high as to my shoulders , it was about 18 inch wide and and close to 7 feet wide so you can guess it felt like we were ina jails cell. I have taken photographs of the bath tub standing water with my feet submerged in the water waste and the ever so tiny room where two persons cannot pass side by side and the room smelled old. The hotel should have NO stars . The Mercedes shuttle driver who picked us up had quickly left the neighborhood after dropping us . Even the room entry and toilet door was about 24 inch wide approximately . It was too late for us to change the hotel . The first night in the rom was depressing and we did not feel like coming back to the hotel at the end of each day. I feel WE SHOULD be given a REFUND.

Well firstly, the layout of this hotel is very confusing as it shares its reception area, night-time entrance and breakfast area with the Ibis Budget hotel. Then the second confusing issue was that, having chosen something at 6pm from the 24/7 menu, I was told the kitchen wasn't open. The only compensating issue was the price for this hotel - it was about the most reasonably priced in its bracket.

The shower was broken, the staff doesn't speak English and impatient, on my checkout they were very rude while i was getting dressed to go they knocked hard on the door at 11:45 and they even opened the door while i was asking them not to and shouted "GO NOW"

Staying at this hotel was nice, we enjoyed the Paris view from the 15th floor and the bathtub in the room, which was really unexpected. There were two negative things, however. First of all, it was impossible for us to reach the reception via phone when we had questions. We spent 15 minutes on hold and no one answered us at the end. Second, the breakfast was not worth the money spent, even considering the club discount. The rest was fine and satisfying.

The breakfast was everyday a disappointment. I don´t know why i pay the breakfast when i never have enough to eat on the buffet. The employees were not really friendly. I booked for 4 nights and have to pay 15€ per night for parking. The room cards were not working. I was on the 15 th floor and have to go back to the reception for not working room cards. I would visit this hotel not again.

I stayed in two different rooms. The first one was a basic room and it did not have a view. Apparently you need to specifically ask for a view. That being said, the staff were very helpful in changing my rooms and storing my things as they could only change my room from 12 noon. The view was exceptional and the room was very comfortable. The only downside to my stay was the breakfast. There were limited options for the buffet and it is not worth 20 euros.
