Staff were fine, everything worked but my stay was very, very poor value. I paid over $500 for one night in an average hotel, a long way from the city. I travel regularly internationally and this is one of the most expensive business stays I have had and just wasn't worth the money demanded.

Very friendly staff to greet you on arrival. Comfortable bed and very clean room. Breakfast was very enjoyable with a great range to choose from. The only negative aspect of our stay was the very thin walls in our room. We could hear the people next door talking. We could hear people in the toilet and someone dropped something and it felt like it was in our room.

From the check in to the check out everything was super! The hotel location is great, just a short walk to Cuba street or the center and offers amazing views! The elevator to the ground level saves the walk up the hill The room is spacious, clean and well equipped ( though windows could be a bit cleaner and mini bar could be checked a bit more thoroughly). We loved the view from our window! Lovely amenities in the bathroom. Nice swimming pool and gym. All the staff is very friendly and were very nice to our baby and especially Max! He is the best!!! We absolutely loved our stay, thank you

Easy booking. Friendly staff but restaurant service on Sunday breakfast very erratic. Lovely views. Good location. Small bedroom / bathroom for the money. Extremely soft bed & very hard/thick pillows that gave both my husband and I terrible back, hip and neck pain. If we had booked a third night we would have had to check out and find another hotel. Outrageous charge for parking. Thoughtful touch bottle wine for Anniversary

Lovely hotel, great facilities. Very pleased. FoH team were very welcoming and engaging. Food was amazing. Shame the restaurant team were not there. Touch surly. Hugely uninformed. Several engagement all left bad taste in mouth. Unaware of products, menu items, even where menus were. Even the breakfast, which was cold, had several errors in it. Amusingly highlighted by instead of kiwifruit juice we got two kiwifruits. We would stay again as the rest far surpassed this slip.
