« Great room, poor service »

Check in experience was quite poor I would say. The receptionist spoke broken English and somehow he managed telling me that I have to pay a deposit almost same amount as the staying. He was not able to explain properly why I had to pay for it. Rooms were clean and tidy. Iron was missing from my room and water was not being provided every day.

Rooms are clean and OK. Breakfast is OK. I think the the price is far too high. The evening before I spent in Paris in the Pavillon des Lettres and paid only 239 breakfast for 2 included for an hotel with a much higher level of experience.
