« Unbareable train vibration shaking the hotel every 3 mijutes »

Very very very bad stay Pris was full, all hotels gull and we paid average 264 euros per night for probably the worst Mercure evere Unbareable train vibration shaking the hotel every 3 minutes, literally, I vould fee the vibration and even count the train cars every 3 minutesz . And I was at the 7th floor

Hotel is clean and staff is accommodating but the RERA running underneath the hotel is getting the building to vibrate even on the 5th floor where I was. The hotel price is well overrated at 260 € a night. Connection to Wifi is over-engineered as free fast Wifi with no login should be expected.

Easy check-in and check-out. Nice renovated rooms (thanks for the upgrade). Only one suggestion: add one or two German TV channels to the TV set (beside the French ones there are only 2 English, 1 Russian and 1 Chinese channel)

The hotel room was a bit tired. There were two bunk beds but no closet space to put any luggage. Fortunately, I was only there for one night so that wasn't a big issue. However, the following morning there was no hot water.

Lift didn't work and despite saying it would be repaired wasn't. Directions to service lift poor. Complimentary drink was half a lager served from a side room. Breakfast was a poor selection in a cramped room. My room wasn't very clean and needed maintenance.
