Where else in the world do you need to knock on glass wall because the door to the reception is locked and the receptionist needs to walk there and press the exit button so you can enter to even start checking in?Scenario: 11PM after a hot summer day walking around Paris. We were given the keys, were assigned room 414, great! We were told to walk to the other building, yes the hotel has two buildings. Key would not work, but another guest pressed the exit button from the inside so we can enter. Went to 4th floor, there is no room 414. Went back to the other building to tell the staff (he is black and bald, I didn't get his name) that there is no room 414 there because rooms start at 421. He did not believe it, he went with us to the other building so we walked again. He went with us to the 4th floor of the other building, then we were able to show him that there is no room 414 there. Great again! When we returned to the main building, he found out that he could not get in, because, remember what I said ealier about the door? Yes, it is locked. He knocked at the glass walls like I did earlier, then his colleague pressed the exit button so we can all enter.We went up to the 4th floor of the main building and voila, room 414 was there! Then there's the other problem. He gave us "swipe" keys but the door only accepts contactless keys. I went down to reception again to ask for contactless keys. I pointed at the glass box containing used keys to emphasize that I need contactless keys. He told me that the swipe key should work and because he did not believe me, he went with me to room 414. Then he realised his fault and I told him I didn't want to go back down again. He went to get the correct keys. By this time, it is already 11:33pm and we were really tired. I'm a Gold LCAH member but no welcome drink was offered and seriously, I didn't really bother asking for it. WHAT A DISASTER!

My first time in Paris and I chose a good hotel which was near the metro, restaurant's n shops where I could easily buy my things. The front staff where also helpful.

Very good. The receptionist on the night I arrived was very helpful. He arranged a call home as my mobile phone was not working and the room phone did not want to connect to an International number. The receptionist was very helpful and sorted the problem out. Obviously being British, breakfast was les than I was used to

All the facilities you need, polite and helpful staff, excellent breakfast choice, modern and clean rooms, very good wifi which enable me to do my work efficiently. I was also upgraded free of charge. Apart form the noise of the Metro under the hotel (despite me being 3 floors up) it was an excellent stay

We‘ve stayed for three nights and we can confirm it was very convenient to arrive the destination by car and travel the Paris central by train and metro. The station was in 1 minute walking distance and the train departs every 15 minutes. However, the noise (very little) of the train can be heard in the room but this wasn’t a big deal for us. The room was „petit“ and clean and nicely equipped. I wanted to highlight the very friendly staff, especially Mr Nathan, who made our check in and check out procedure very pleasant even though we had to wait as there was a big group checking in at the same time.

The two bedroom with mini kitchenette suited our needs for this length of stay. I would have liked something a little larger if staying any longer. There were elements of the room that was in need of repair (bathroom bench room 624) however everything was clean.

« Average experience...A significant scope of improvement »

Hotel is situated at nice location but my greatest disappointment was related to Breakfast. I included breakfast while booking the hotel but to my disappointment ...For vegetarian people there are neither much of the choices for fruits or salads nor any other option available. In fact bread toaster was non-functional. How can anyone apply butter on a cold bread or even eat it. My rom microwave oven inside plate wasn't moving. I complaint but wasn't replaced. In short, will I stay at this facility again...My reaponse would be..If I have another hotel option available...I won't stay in this propeety again.
