All good service, clean rooms, cleaning service was very good. Room service also excellent. Excellent staff in the evenings - fun, young people. Issues: no iron available for 2 days (rather problematic for business clients) + invoice cannot be changed even if the mistake is not with the client.

The room was very nice with modern interior and a good bathroom. Breakfast was Ok... but pretty basic. Unfortunately the "underground / metro" resonated into my bedroom, a bit annoying but not killing. The Hotel has a fine location at walking distance from the La defense office area and near a nice small city park. The name used on the website can not be found anywhere on the hotel so initially I though I was at the wrong hotel. Adding "Le Grande Arche" to the name plate would help.

Everything at the hotel was minimal and basic. The breakfast was the worst I have ever had at a hotel. The only thing that was good was the location and the staff was wonderful.

Nice hotel with easy parking and RER access. Room a good size and well decorated. The room was unbearably hot with no ventilation, fan or aircon. Neither of us slept.

Facility was clean, modern & functional. Staff was friendly and helpful as a non-French speaker. While morning dining was convenient, the process was a bit confusing - seating options and payment. Overall, enjoyed my stay and would consider the location during future business visits as transportation was readily available. If looking for tourist experience, better to stay closer to Paris -city center

The room was fine. I arrived on Sunday 31st March in the evening and asked the duty receptionist (William Ingham) to book me a taxi for 9 am on Tuesday 2nd April to take me to the airport. I came to the desk on that day at about 8.50 to checkout and asked if taxi was on its way. It turned out that William had not ordered a taxi. I asked the young lady to contact the taxi company. She said she couldn't get through so ordered me a taxi from another company. I asked her for the price and she said didn't know so I asked her if she would ring the company and ask them for a price. She told me that she couldn't do that, she could only book online. I found her very unhelpful. The taxi driver arrived but had no idea of my destination and when I asked him for the price to the airport, he said that it would be on the meter. I said that I was not prepared to pay on the meter as the traffic was very heavy. In the end we agreed a set price. I found this a very unpleasant experience and because of the delay in leaving the hotel we only just made the plane. I would suggest that this service needs to be improved.

Excellent for business trips. Good facilities in the rooms - coffee, kettle, bathrobe, etc. I particularly like the choice available for breakfast. The location makes it ideal for business trips in the La Defense area.

The nearby train was extremely noisy and disrupted my sleep. The waitress in the restaurant was extremely rude when I told her I had medical dietary restrictions (even though this information had been passed to the hotel in advance of my visit) - she stared at me in disgust, turned and walked away, without saying a word. I then had to repeat my request to another, thankfully more helpful member of the restaurant staff. My room was relatively clean (but not so clean if you looked closely in the corners). The room was very convenient for the seminar I was attending. The bed was comfortable and the bed linen and towels were clean and fresh. The staff on the front desk were helpful.

I like the hotel and the service provided by employees. There is one issue though: the noise made by RER which could wake up people with a light sleep like me. On top of that, last time I stayed in the hotel, I was in room 506 and the window doesn't close hermetically, as a result the noise from the street can be heard.
