« No hot water »

The hotel room was a bit tired. There were two bunk beds but no closet space to put any luggage. Fortunately, I was only there for one night so that wasn't a big issue. However, the following morning there was no hot water.

« Dirty tatty room. »

Lift didn't work and despite saying it would be repaired wasn't. Directions to service lift poor. Complimentary drink was half a lager served from a side room. Breakfast was a poor selection in a cramped room. My room wasn't very clean and needed maintenance.

room looks good, good bedding but the bathroom was not at the level of the hostel. bad money for the price. the breakfast is too expensive for its prestations compare to other hotel.

« The lack of restaurant / and poor quality breakfast area / bar etc. was not fully informed in advance. »

Room is good. Staff very pleasant and helpful. But this is not worth the money with so much building work being done. There is no real 'meeting place' for my customer to meet me / collect me from reception. The pizza offering in the bar was REALLY BAD. Not suitable for a hotel that costs EUro 200 per night. I am very disappointed. My colleague who is coming to Paris in 2 weeks will NOT be staying with you as normal... we have found an alternative hotel.

This hotel is wrongly called Paris La Défense Grande Arche. I booked it thinking it was close from the Grande Arche but it is far from it so you need to take the RER (Nanterre) to go to la Défense There was no air conditioning in the room. It was very hot. Open the window, it is noisy outside so I was not able to sleep at all. The guy came and told me it is not on as it is "winter" ??? The breakfast: I had to ask to clean a table for me. None of those employees went to a Hotel School to learn how to serve in a hotel. The plates were dirty , poor choice of food...ANYWAY, last time !

« I only stay here because its in my companies budget »

Overall it feels cheap which at over 100 euros a night its not The redesigned bathroom is very poor, no towel rails and as I was upgraded to an "executive room it did not appear to have any chairs... and please stop skimining on towels it eels more ibis like with each visit, every time I visit you always add breakfast which I never have as it is so overpriced.- I then have too ask fro the invoice to be adjusted. and finally I did fill out a paper guest survey

The hotel is undergoing refurbishment, and the restaurant and other facilities were closed. This should have been advised at the time of booking. In temporary bar are the tables and chairs were covered with a thick coat of dust. The standard of cleanliness of the bathroom was not good. There was a large amount of mould on the tiles, particularly in the shower. In my opinion, there should be a reduction in price to consider facilities being unavailable, and there should be a notification when booking that facilities are not available..

« Very Disappointing »

Very disappointed to arrive at the temporary check-in desk to find no restaurant or bar facilities were available due to refurbishment - why were we not advised before arrival? The height of the bed did not cater for clients with mobility issues, with a strange uncomfortable mixture of pillows. Why only paper cups for tea / coffee!

Pleasant and efficient staff, check was very easy and same for checkout. Dining room was closed but the reception provided recommendations as to where we could eat close by or in La Defense. I found the stay to be of a very high standard of Customer Experience

Excellent check in from Simon, helped me get an iron for the room. Room was a premier one but quite surprised to find towels on the floor of the bathroom on entry of my room 212. The iron whilst a godsend was a pain because the board was not a self standing one so ironing is not easy. The bar and breakfast area was ok but shabby. Staff were all excellent

Convenient for business. Friendly helpful staff. Main services being rebuilt. Room in annex building worn out, but clean. Elevators made me nervous - jerky ride and one of my colleagues stuck in elevator for 1/2 hour.
