The room is comfortable with a good soundproofing. Welcome from staff is warm and speedy. The only downside is the noise made by RER, especially at 4th floor and below.

The location is great, just in front of the RER station "Nanterre prefecture", two station from the biggest Paris attractions. I would recommend to book 6th-7th floors in a privilege room, equipped with Nespresso machine and many other extras for the perfect leisure or business stay.

I have already reviewed this hotel with similar grade, but it didn't learned from mistakes. Prices in this hotel are similar to the Pullman, it has really poor quality of rooms and also treats Accor gold members very bad. When I asked if there is a room avalaible for upgrade as per Accor membership rules, I received a bag with 3 cosmetics as a counter - Pathetic

« A little bit disappointed »

I booked a room through online and wrote the memo to ask to arrange the adjoining rooms with my friends if possible. When I checked in, the receptionist gave us the rooms totally separate ones even not the same building so we asked her to find at least the rooms in the same building. Also we asked the twin rooms (for me I was single room) and she said she has arranged the rooms which had 2 separate beds but when we went to the room 2 of our rooms are double rooms.. Meanwhile my room was assigned a kind of suite room which was very spacious but the room smelled dumped.... The bathroom has got moulding... The other thing is about online check in. I received the email to do that so I did but I didn’t know how it worked when we arrived at the hotel because our check in was usual and it took more time than usual because of the room arrangement. We would like to get more clear instructions how is the difference between doing and without doing online check in... I stayed a few times the Mercure hotels before and my impression was always good but this time, I experienced a little bit unprofessional and I was disappointed..

Always a good stay in your hotel in Nanterre. One negative point to mention: the 'escaliers' is never vacuum cleaned. I have stayed in your hotel numerous times since May this year and still the same old dark brown cookie bits are on the stairs carpet between ground floor and first floor. The stuff is there for at least 6 months now!

ice cold room. Interior was also depressing and sterile in the room. Strange with separate toilet outside bathroom. Bathroom and toilet also ice cold. Took really long time to check in. The guy in the reception had to do a lot of writing. That should be made more efficient

Room - fine but too small. Toilette - rather 3 star experience. Bathroom - not bad but the tiles also didn't look like 4 star. Breakfast - quite fine.
