Nice room, comfy bed, good breakfast... could of had mugs instead of paper cups, the shower rail didn’t hold the shower up very well which was annoying. Other than that service was very good

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Particularly a lady called lucy at the checkin desk, she was fantastic and had good recommendations. The room was big and beds comfortable. The location couldnt be better, walking distance to the eiffel tower and metro stop close by. Best thing is how great the hotel staff are with children,p and al the toys they had at reception for them to play with

That is not normal and of course we changed the milk as soon as we noticed it too. To apologize i just credited you 1500 points on your loyalty card (30€). « Nice welcome, great personell when we checked in and an amazing view! »

Checking-in was (very child)friendly. Instructions was clear and the kids got a gift; which is always a good start. The room was really nice and we enjoyed the view. It was better than we expected or maybe even hoped. It was the kids their first time in Paris and thanks to Novotel they won't forget. The room was better rated than the Eiffel Tower :-)

My stay was not very good. I changed room three times. The break fast was a great disappointment. I paid for the breakfast during booking. I requested for a refund from the hotel and i was denied because the lady told me it was done through Booking .com. I am waiting for the refund from the hotel either as cash or a voucher. i paid for 4 person times 2 days. The car park was too expensive. I was charged city tax at the counter during my checkout. I remember i paid the city tax when i booked the hotel from the UK. I have to confirm that too. On top of all this hassle my stay was made very pleasant by your fantastic employees. Mr Khalil and Miss Lucie at the front desk. Without these kind of lovely people guests will be very unhappy. Please convey my thanks and regards to the two employees.

« Some confusion over the pre-payment at check-in. Breakfast buffet was limited but overall stay pleasant »

There was confusion over the pre-payment at check-in, however the member of staff was pleasant and friendly. I think this was an error from central reservations or the hotels financial department, Most staff were friendly, rooms were clean. Breakfast was busy and tables were limited. The breakfast buffet was limited in food choices, unlike other Novotel hotels in the UK. Guests were expected to fry their own eggs, this led to queues and long waiting periods. This 'self-cooking' element of the breakfast affected the whole experience negatively. This meant some members of the party finished their breakfast considerably later than the rest of the group. It ruined and hampered a good start to the day. I would suggest a chef fry the eggs for guests as requested, or the eggs should be fried and ready for guests to take, as in other Novotel hotels. There were no vegetarian sausages available. Seating only catered for a maximum of 6 guests to sit together. Our party of 7 meant either sitting separately or one guests perching at the end. On the first morning of our stay one of the coffee machines was broken. Again this led to long queues for drinks. The English tea bags had finished so guests choice was limited again. Overall the breakfast was a huge disappointment. Had we known this would be the case, we would not have included it in our package, instead we would have gone out for breakfast.

The room was comfortable and clean. The staff that welcomed us was very kind and did a great job at accommodating our needs. The hotel is a few steps away from the bus stop and metro station. The terrace at the top floor offer a superb view over the Tour Eiffel.

A nice hotel in general but showing some signs of age in places. Staff very polite and helpful while Breakfast choice was good. For a family the hotel is close to a Metro station, on a line that enables you to easily reach some of the main tourist attractions. The rooms were clean and functional. Our only complaint would be the Beds which we found uncomfortable and very soft. Hopefully these will be replaced whenever the next refurbishment is planned. Top floor views are great but be aware photo's are misleading of the space - it is just a long narrow balcony with a single row of tables. All in all an enjoyable base to explore Paris from.

This Hotel is situated in a quieter part of Paris but close to a Metro stop that allows good and easy connections to the main tourist attractions of the city. Staff were polite and friendly while the breakfast choice was good and plenty of it. Rooms were clean, tidy and functional. The hotel does need some TLC in places as it is starting to show its age. Our one issue was that we all found the beds a bit soft and uncomfortable. The roof top bar has great views but photo's are misleading because it is just a single row of tables and is often full. However we spent most of our time away from the Hotel enjoying the sights and sounds of Paris in an enjoyable family break.

« Great stay...good location »

We were a family occupying two rooms booked together and another booked separately. No complaints with the rooms they were all clean and comfortable- great beds! Bar areas were nice although we thought the restaurant menu choices were poor so did not eat in there. Roof terrace was nice although very busy as expected. Our only complaint was breakfast. The room is quite cramped with tables very close together and it was all a bit chaotic. Food was very slow to be replenished.

« Very good place, great location - can be better though ! »

Firstly I must say all the staff at the hotel are excellent, everyone is nice & welcoming. I would like to especially make mention of Kristof (I hope I have spelt his name correctly) who was extremely helpful to us. Hotel is at excellent location; just few Km from Eiffel tower and right in front of Vaugirard metro station. There is a super view of tower from the 7th floor bar. Rooms are nice and comfortable with good access from the elevator. My only complain about hotel is breakfast. I think it was really poor and had absolutely no imagination in it ! Same old things every day. In fact on more than 1 day, they ran out of basic thing like bread ! Common how can you run out of bread when you are in middle of city like Paris ! Other than breakfast, I liked the stay at Novotel.
