We were extremely tired because needed to wake up at 3 a.m., especially the 2 small children, therefore it was a disappointment that we needed to ask many times at the reception when our room will be ready. The room was paid in advance and I did the online check in a day earlier. After an hour of waiting and asking, they finally decided to give us an other room. Except for this bad start, everything was superb!

Rooms were tuny, we couldn't fit our double stroller inside the room. Showers were moldy and dirty, carpet was dirty. Hotel is a bit rundown. Not what i expected from a 4 star hotel

« Overall good but room service is annoying »

Pros - Checking-in and checking-out was easy and stall was really helpful. We arrived early and room was not ready but they kept out luggage there in storage so that we can go out to visit Paris and come back later. If it very near to Eiffel Tower and at night Tower is even visible from street. Just a minute walk away from tube station and Eiffel Tower is just 15 minutes journey. Breakfast food and service was really good. Rooms were clean and tidy. Lots of shops and eating places around. Cons - Police station is just in front of the hotel and it is situated on a busy road, which means that sometimes it is noisy. Very far from Disneyland. On check-out day room service will start coming in without knocking at the door from 9 AM in the morning and they will keep annoying you unless you give them tip (which they will ask you on second or third visit).

Perfect location,friendly helpful staff.Comfortable room. One very tiny complaint was room always felt too warm.Thankfully window opened. View from rooftop bar was amazing,unfortunately bar was not open (closed after the end of Sept)however,we still had access to enjoy the view of Eiffel Tower!

« Nowhere near expectations for a 4-star hotel. »

Location was good, but overall staff support was lacking. No ice machines meant getting ice from the bar, but the bar didn't have adequate serving containers, on any of the 10 days we stayed there. Bartenders seemed to get rude near the end of the trip, not caring for a simple request such as ice. One evening they were outright rude where other guests also noticed. No Air Conditioning was also a disappointment. The english-language TV channels were also very very limited and no Internet TV access (Netflix, Hulu, etc.). We were also forced to evacuate the whole hotel one day. I understand this might be out of the hotel's control but it was definitely a big impact. No one explained anything about what was going on either during or after the event. We were left to guess and worry what it was all about. Also, during the evacuation, we weren't guided through the hotel and ended up going through some non-access parts of the hotel, and dead-ends. We got lucky we found the exit through an unmarked door. This is a huge safety concern as during an evacation we were basically left to evacuate by ourselves. The toilet room is criminally small. It was uncomfortable to use. I have broad shoulders and had to keep them hunched just to fit. Using the toilet was an exercise in frustration when it should be a man's throne. This is the brief version.

We would highly recommend this hotel. We checked in online, and our room key was waiting for us at reception when we arrived. The staff were very friendly and the box of 'treasures' for children is a lovely touch (our daughters each chose a cuddly toy and a pencil case filled with pencils!). Our room was a good size, the beds were very comfy, and, although we overlooked the busy street, with the window closed, there was hardly any noise. The bathroom was small and could have done with a lick of paint, but it was clean and I was pleased to see Fairtrade toiletries. The kettle and coffee machine are handy, but I would have preferred to see proper mugs and water cups rather the environmentally unfriendly disposable ones provided. We didn't have breakfast as we felt it was rather overpriced, but the breakfast room looked airy and bright. One of the biggest plus points of this hotel, however, is its location. The metro station is a minute's walk from the front door. Line 6 passes through here - perfect for getting to Montmartre and the Musee d'Orsay, and an easy change to other lines for the Eiffel Tower and Gare du Nord. It took us under 10 minutes from the hotel to the Eiffel Tower. There are some lovely boulangeries on the street outside the hotel too. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with this hotel and would stay here again. Merci!

The noisiest hotel even I had been, because of Metro close underground. I couldn't sleep until 24:00 and after 06:00. Suppose for this type of issue you will not have any solutions. Additionally I will not have any complaints.
