« The stay was perfect, the room was clean and comfortable »

The service was good, the room clean. We spent a nice week-end. The hotel is well located, not far from the metro Station Les Agnettes which is direct to the Champs Elysée. The staff was helpful and kind.

1. No heating in the room. 2. No elevator 3. I got a broken eternal heater 4. Poor breakfast I have been to better hotel for this money. I have been in better Ibis's

« Noisy, poorly maintained »

Lovely welcome, staff very good, bedroom very very tired, bed poor, socket on bedside faulty, temperature dial did not function, so had to have window open, lorries for supermarket at 3:30 were too noisy, bud was past its best.

« Good location, breakfast poor value for money »

Convenient location for city centre access, comfortable bed. Breakfast selection was poor for the price and I had to ask three different people on reception about whether I could use my Accor points before I got a firm answer

You provide a very basic room. Not good archtecture: No place to put the suitcase, very small place for the clothes, big bed - no space to move... Poor airconditioning - no heating. The room was cold. No English chanals on TV.

« good with the exception of the last minut unpleasant behevior of the personnel during check out. »

I was told to leave the room immideatly after a two day stay in your hotel. Apparently I was late by 25 mn. The chamber maid started entering my room without knocking at 10.30.

« Over cooked »

Though the temperature was above 33 degrees, the airco was blowing hot air even when set at 10 degrees!! I couldn't sleep both nights! The window was dirty and when I tried to open it in the night for some air, people were offloading and using machines in the night- cutting grass or vacuuming- no idea. The toilet was not well fixed, the toilet paper support was also not fixed. The matrass I slept on ended up half off the bed. All in all a terrible experience. I preferred to stay in the shopping center until closing than back to the hotel and get overcooked!

Yourfacility is very basic. In the room there is no hot pot for coffee, no refrigerator, no English channels on the TV, very very basic and poor breakfast... There is NO VALUE for the price... Sorry.

The hotel is very basic in the room and in the breakfast. The room is empty, even without a picture. No refrigerator, no hot pot for coffee. TV without English channels (CNN, BBC etc.). Very disappointing.

The employees at the reception were very friedly. Some menues of the restaurant were out, but the available food ok. The room 219 was used, but clean and ok. The bathroom was dirty. Some browm streams and drops at the wall near the toilet were very disgusting and the Hotel haven´t cleaned it after reclamation. The condition of the bathroom in total is very old. It is a pity, because the Hotel has potential with its staff.

In general all ok but could improve in 3 things... 1. At first sight the elevator looks old and malfunctioning, i can tell you in few months the control panel will fall if is not repaired! 2.A bit abusive the parking´s price knowing that I had to pay a full day when my check in was at night! 3.What a shame that the restaurant is closed for Christmas and New Year´s! I think you should indicate it on the website or in the hotel, if that's the case please don't leave the menus in the rooms if the restaurant will be closed for 2 weeks!!

For 29.11.16: For 120 euro, the room is really very very basic and disappointing. The breakfast is dull, very very basic. No kettle in the room to make coffee. No English programmes on the TV (only BBC). The rest is OK. All is clean, hot water in the shower, good bed, good/nice service.

For 27.11.16: Good bargain for the weekend. The room was VERY cold when I got it. Breakfast is REALLY very very basic.... The room is VERY VERY basic. No kettle for coffee. No TV stations in English (only BBC).
